    Froggy Fix are wonderful! I had a leak I didn’t know about until my downstairs neighbor was having her plumbing issues fixed. Thankfully, Justin found it and then Joseph fixed it the next morning! It was done quickly despite it being a “why on earth was it done that way originally” problem. Without them, it would have been more damage for both of us down the road. Froggy Fix are very knowledgeable and customer satisfaction is a priority.     Justin and his Froggy Fix crew came to repair a water leak issue inside my bedroom closet that was then diagnosed with a slab leak problem. I was overwhelmed at first to have my apartment repiped but the process was done so efficiently and Justin has an eye for detail which I greatly appreciated. I had noticed the water not completely drying up and he promptly diagnosed the issue as a secondary leak from my upstairs neighbor’s main water line and came back the very next day with a member of his crew to remedy the issue. Frank was also very kind with checking up on me throughout the process and was concerned about my asthma issues and answered any questions I had. He also kept an eye on my cat while they were working there before I had made arrangements for her to go somewhere else. I will continue to use Froggy Fix in the future if I have any other issues.

    My experience with Froggy Fix was totally positive. I had somewhat of a plumbing emergency and they came out very quickly to stop the leak in the late afternoon then returned the next day to begin the fix. Everyone person I talked to was helpful and positive about getting the issue repaired as fast as possible and explained every step.     We had a major leak in our irrigation system. They fixed it very quickly and changed out some corroded piping. Justin came back out because of an issue with the pool not filling up. He cleared out a clogged piece and fixed a leak on the hose in the back. He was very professional and knowledgeable! We will definitely call them back in the near future to have our hot water heater replaced.

    My guest bathroom at my home was not draining after giving my baby boy a bath. I needed someone to come ASAP to see what the problem was because I use our baths and showers daily.     Yesterday afternoon we found that our hot water tank was leaking and that our water softener was completely full of water. I reached out to Froggy Fix Plumbing immediately. Within one hour Bishop showed up to review the situation, After running through some options, we decided to purchase a new water heater and new water softener. Bishop made a run to pick up the new units and start the disassembly process and Isaac was on his way to do the installation. We were up and running before dinner. This is a great team. They were all very knowledgeable, but most importantly to me, they were very respectful and just plain nice guys. Would have invited them for dinner, but they completed the job before dinner was done. Ha. Would recommend Froggy Fix to anyone with a plumbing need.

    Froggy Fix is an amazing company! Justin and Bishop saved our water and our house not once, but twice! Our water heater started leaking and Justin was able to come out within the hour to check things out and get us a new water heater scheduled for install (for the next day!!). He arrived with the new water heater and installed it within an hour. We were without water for maybe 20 minutes.When our water softener broke, Bishop came out to see if it could be fixed, turns out it couldnt be. He ordered a new one and had the install set up for the next day. Again, we were without water for 10 minutes total.I dont know what we would have done without this amazing company and team! As new homeowners in the AZ area, we had no clue where to even start when trying to find a plumber. Well, we dont have to look any further because we have found our plumber(s)!!The communication is amazing, never was I left with an unanswered phone call or text. I knew exactly what was happening and when. They were timely with their arrival and installations. I also really loved the text message letting me know that they are on their way and it even had a tracking feature so I knew when to open my garage and how to plan my work at home. If I could, I would give this company 10 stars, because I have never worked with such a great company who truly cares about the customer (especially when there is a water emergency happening). Thank you Froggy Fix for helping me keep my stress levels to a minimum when things were not going as expected.

    Look no further for a plumber. We have a water leak under our house, the main!!! Both Justin’s that came out were absolutely amazing. These guys know their stuff. We have quite a bit of work to be done, an entire new main line re routed. Took a few days to get utilities marked, and once these guys got to the job they knocked it out in one day. Communication was a little off, but ultimately these folks do awesome work.

    The technicians were friendly and explained as we walked through the house if there was a problem. They suggested that I might try the waterflow mechanism for the calcium buildup , and it sound like a good system, rather than the softwater tank, so they installed it and in a manner of seconds they were done. Very knowledgeable and effiecient. Good crew. Good working with them.
