Jesus came in with a smiling face and a positive attitude and assessed the situation. He was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He went right to work to figure out what the problem was. He spent time explaining the issue to me, and I even called my boyfriend on the phone and he explained everything to him as well.He was awesome. I would definitely recommend them.

Jesus was amazing! Not only did he quickly identify my leak, he also discovered that my faucet had a sensor and fixed that as well. I would highly recommend this company for any repair needs. Hailey in the front office was polite and made sure we had a plumber scheduled the next day for my valves that were corroded. Anthony was here the next day, on time and went above and behind to make the repairs. Both Anthony and Hailey were friendly, polite and efficient. I would like to sincerely thank Jesus and the desert rain plumbing team for replacing our water heater. Jesus is so genuine and very knowledgeable. He took his time to access the issue, explained in detail what was wrong and how he would fix the problem. We had two other plumbing companies come out to diagnose what was wrong but they only took a few minutes to tell me my water heater needed replacing; Jesus on the other hand took his time to explain what the issue was and even asked me more questions to help me understand.Although it took a minute to schedule our appointment due to lack of communication with our warranty company, I am very pleased with the way DRP handled our problem. Had service done today with Desert Rain Plumbing we were referred to them from our home warranty, they were not going to make it till next week, called the office explained our problem and they were able to come out with in 24 hours, Jesus was our technician, he was absolutely professional and wonderful person explained everything that he was doing , and took the time to explain the proper way to use the garbage disposal to my mom. I highly recommend this company and if you ask for Ben he will take care of you fr fr. Honest guy and goes out of his way to answer any questions to make you feel like you are being taken care of and not screwed over. I originally had a different plumbing company come out for a leaking water heater & when they quoted me they gave me crazy quotes & was stressed out. I gave Desert rain Plumbing a chance based on their review and let me tell you they did not disappoint they came out quickly and when I told him that my water heater flooded the laundry room they were very prompt on setting a time for the technician to come out and replace it. Ben deserves a raise and to be the first to have 1 on 1 interactions with clients very well mannered and professional!!!

At the request of my landlords warranty company, Desert Rain Plumbing sent Jesus to come out and fix the pull/push shower valve as it needed to be adjusted so when turning the knob to the hot side, hot water will come out and turning to the cold side, cold water will come out. Two other plumbers couldn’t figure out how to adjust the valve to get this simple task accomplished? Jesus took the time to analyze the issue and within minutes problem solved! Thanks again Jesus!

Despite a rocky start, the situation escalated when a restoration company, recommended by Desert Rain, attempted to exploit the situation, inflating damages and costs.Thankfully, my claims agent redirected me to a more reliable restoration company, paving the way for Desert Rain Plumbings involvement. Unfortunately, the first plumber, in a hurry and lacking professionalism, left loose ends and failed to address the issue adequately. A subsequent water leak emerged, leaving me frustrated.However, the saving grace was Jesus, the second plumber from Desert Rain. His professionalism, thoroughness, and excellent customer service transformed my perception of the company. He did a full test on my water softener and was able to explain to me the issue. He didn’t get to replace the part that day due to needing approval from my warranty company. The part was approved by my warranty and they already called to set my appointment next week. I highly recommend this company and Jesus.

The Technician, Daniel R, was very polite and professional. He made me feel comfortable allowing him into my home. Being a Senior, you have to be careful who you allow into your house. He discovered the problem with my hot water heater and addressed it immediately. There was no fumbling with the unit he knew exactly what needed to be done. Within an hour I had hot water, Thank God! The first guy sent identified our home was too old for them to use a snake and they would have to do hydrojetting.I had a small mixup between the company and home warranty, but they came out again to hydro jet. Every person with Desert Rain I spoke to was fantastic!Skimming the other reviews, it looks like most issues are with their home warranties and not Desert Rain.

Never written a review before for a plumbing service yet want to now. Matt was the best plumber Ive ever known to work on my house. Initial visit he knew right away what was clogging my system up and fixed it while answering my questions. Second visit he went above and beyond normal plumber duties by offering us a much better faucet for the price then set it up including installing the soap in the dispenser. Matt was always professional, personable, and instilled confidence that the job would be done right, and it was. Thank you Matt

I am kind of shocked when I see the reviews for this company, I have had an excellent experience with them. On Monday I requested service with my home warranty for a leaky faucet. On Tuesday Desert Rain Plumbing called to schedule my appointment. Today (Wednesday) Andrew came out and replaced the part that was leaky. I do not know if the leak will happen again but I do know that he fully replaced a part instead of just repairing something so it should be good. The woman that I spoke to on the phone when setting the appointment was pleasant and efficient, when setting the time slot she was considerate of my schedule. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with Desert Rain Plumbing.
