Frank serviced the RO system in our recently purchased house. He installed a new faucet, changed the filters on the RO system, tested the water and flushed our hot water tank. He was very transparent through the process and provided us with good information on the workings of the RO system as well as our water softener which will help us out in the future. I will definitely use Camcor again and would be happy to see Frank as our technician in the future.

We had Tyler from CAMCOR service our RO water filtration system after moving into our Sun City West home that had previously sat vacant for several months. Out system, by appearance and performance had not been serviced in several years with flow of filtered water very poor in both quantity and quality. After careful inspection Tyler completed a change of 4 filters, also checking out the tank and pressure bladder. Our system is now working as it should, with taste and clarity restored. While in our home Tyler also checked our water heater and water softener, confirming that all was working properly offering recommendations for proper operation and maintenance. We were very impressed with both Tyler and CAMCOR and will use them again with confidence.

We were having an RO system problem and I found Camcor by Google search. They arranged to come the very next day and our technician, Frank, was at our door at 8am, right on time. Our previous install had been done incorrectly and Frank diagnosed the proper way to support 4 lines of outgoing water to support our kitchen area. The work was done quickly and affordably and Frank was a very personable gentleman to have in our home. We needed a 10 gallon tank which he did not have on his truck so he went immediately to get the part needed and finished the job for us. He explained the start up operation and annual service that should be performed to keep the system in good working condition. Very impressed, will definitely call Camcor again and ask for Frank.

I’ve used Camcor Plumbing for many plumbing repairs in the past. This time they were out to repair a gas line on my pool heater equipment. What was unknown is if this would be a repair to the gas line or if a full replacement was needed. Frank and his assistant technician had to dig deep to find the route of the pipe before replacing the rotted piping. Always good when a technician is honest and says a repair of the damaged piping should suffice instead of replacing the whole line. Afterward, Frank tested for leaks in the repair area and restarted my gas water heater and checked my other gas appliances to make sure they were all working. Two weeks ago, Frank had to replace the valve for my main water shut off. Always great when the plumber has the needed parts on the truck and can do the repair immediately. Kudos to the Camcor team!

I like that I received an email telling me that Tyler was on his way to my house. When he arrived, I could see clearly that he was working for the company as he was wearing a uniform with the name of the company and his name. Very professional and friendly. He explained the different options for me to select a new garbage disposal. Once he completed the job he told me how to maintain this new appliance. Asked if I had any questions or concerns at the moment, but that I could always call if I had any more questions. I will highly recommend this company.

Frank came into our home with booties on his feet, which I really appreciated. We needed our RO water system looked at. First Frank encountered some problems with the project, our tanks were impossible to access (bad job done the first time). We ended up with a 10 gallon tank and a new RO system which is going to be “more up to date”, and efficient. The job was completed quickly, cleanly, and Frank had to locate and pick up a new tank for our RO. Super pleased with the work and would highly recommend Camcor Plumbing and Water treatment.

Coming from Seattle where the water is wonderful we couldn’t get soft water installed in our house fast enough. We are so glad we chose Camcor. Our neighbor told us about Camcor and we had them out to explain and show us what options we had. David was professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and happy to give us all the help and time we needed to make a choice. WE moved into a 10 year old house the was the victim of benign neglect, one of the problems we had was our water softener, it worked, it didnt work, we tried several things and the results were the same, the problem was still there.In September of 2015, a call to the manufacturer, Aqua-Pure, gave us the name of Camcor Plumbing as the recommender service provider in our area.Camcor came out immediately and gave the unit a thorough examination an determined the required fix( a new timer ), which was done at a moderate cost with a good warranty on the work and parts.Were very satisfied with Camcor and the softener has been doing its job since.

Frank and his assistant found the leak in the bidet seat filter. Cleaned the filter and reinstalled. They checked for leaks and reasembled. They were very prompt and professional and explained clearly what they found and how they handled the repair.

As always, David was helpful and professional. He quickly realized that although I was told the new sink handle I had purchased at a do-it-yourself store was not going to work in place of my broken faucet. We talked about some other things that need to be done with other sink in my home. He explained very clearly and assessed my level of understanding. David also checked the ph level and the level of certain chemicals in my water to determine if the water softener I purchased last August was working well and it is.
