    Keith Irelan was our HERO. Our drain pipes were almost completely plugged with nasty grease. There was only about a 1/2 inch open! Keith came out with their high pressure jetter and spent HOURS clearing the blockages. IT WORKED! Here we are, a year later, no problems whatsoever. He was so thorough. Saved us a ton of $$$ that wed have had to pay to replace the pipes. Way to go, BSJ!

    I was looking to have a water softener system installed at my house, which my wife and I just moved into. I saw a BJS label on the water heater at our house and contacted the company to come take a look. They were able to send a technician almost immediately. He took a thorough look at our system and advised that we did not have enough room in our water heater closet to install a softener, but we could install a different type of water conditioning system that would ameliorate our hard water. And, two days later, he installed it.The technician, Fred, was very polite and very detailed in explaining our options. He was concerned about getting something to solve our issues at reasonable price. We are impressed with his service and impeccable manners.

    Fred Cherri came out on Sunday to find that the problem within the house was a clogged pipe. Once Fred cleared the clog, he checked the pipe in my front yard leading to the sewer. He could see that I didn’t have an open line. He came back this morning to discover that I had a cracked and collapsed pipe. The cable company contractor was there and took responsibility for breaking the pipe when installing fiber optic cables. Thank you to Fred Cherri for not giving up in locating the problem. I really appreciate BSJ and Fred’s work!

    Usually do stuff myself but took their annual membership which included tankless flush. Their tech. Michael was terrific. He did a great job, made a thorough inspection of other plumbing, and took the time to explain everything. He knows his stuff is very professional and polite.

    BSJ Plumbing associate Dustin arrived as scheduled and greeted us with a smile. He put on shoe covers to keep our carpet clean. He diagnosed the issue and quoted us the cost. We gave him the go ahead and he completed the process within a very short time. Our experience with BSJ is always positive and we highly recommend them to those in need of their services.

    My entire experience with BSJ Plumbing was excellent. Scheduling same day service was quick and easy, and the scheduler was very professional and courteous. Michael G was my service tech, and I was able to see when he was on his way, and keep track of his ETA in real time. Michael was great! He listened thoroughly to everything I needed help with, and confirmed back to me what he was hearing to make sure we were on the same page. Ultimately, I needed natural gas lines checked for leaks, and ensuring a safe connection to a brand new gas range and oven. He checked everything, showed me what looked great, and what needed repair, then drew up a quote promptly. The price was fair, so he completed the work on the spot, which was basically an old shutoff valve replacement, as the old one was leaking and out of code compliance. He even showed me where newer valves had been replaced when we replaced a water heater and updated the AC/furnace system, bringing peace of mind that previous work by others was done to code and was safe. Michael is a great asset to BSJ Plumbing, and has knowledge, personability, and work ethic to give this company a good name for itself. Thank you!

    Weve had BSJ out to our house several times to help us keep our house maintained. From installing a new sink to replacing shut off valves to helping with a new shower install these guys are always the best. They send the right people for the job every time. Their prices are fair, and the people are honest. I am incredibly thankful that I can trust the prices they give me, without having to worry about getting second or third opinions. I cant recommend them enough.

    We had a sewer backup and needed service ASAP. on a Thursday morning. We called other places and they could not fit us in - we were so relieved when BSJ Plumbing could come out and help us. They gave us a block time and we were able to track how far out our tech was and see a picture of the tech thru their text app. Our tech was Robert L. and we were very pleased with him. He gave us a price and stuck to it - without any other surprises later. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He was also always aware of keeping everything clean and disinfected making sure he sprayed everything down. I’m hoping of not having any plumbing problems in the future , but if we do, we now know who to call. Highly recommend them.

    We had an issue with our outdoor waterline to the back hose, it got stuck on/broke and we had to shut off the main water line to the house to contain any potential flooding issues. Michael Gisbran was our technician and he was very knowledgeable, professional, communicative, honest, and fair.I also appreciate that the company keeps you informed of status via email, text, phone and you can track your driver as well on the app/link once they are on route.We have used BSJ on more than one occasion and I recommend them highly!

    This is the second time weve used BSJ Plumbing. I appreciated their promptness so that my plans for the rest of the day werent affected. Joe was courteous and took care of our water heater maintenance and drain quickly. Joe told me that the water heater had very little sediment and was in great shape. I like that this company is honest and doesnt try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you dont need or make up problems you dont have. I highly recommend BSJ for your plumbing needs.

    We replaced our traditional hot water heater with a tankless, and it has taken some getting used to. Mike at BSJ has been amazing with helping us troubleshoot configurations and settings.     Dustin provided 5 Star Service! He replaced all our 17 year old plastic angle stops with solid metal ones to prevent a water catastrophe!     Jonathan arrived promptly to work on my list of plumbing problems/concerns. He worked efficiently and always cleaned up when he finished. Of note: when he had a problem that he couldn’t resolve, he brought his supervisor out to help. Evidently, the business model is to have a supervisor available to problem solve, on site, if necessary.     Dustin showed me the corrosion, rust, and burnt wires on my old water heater, and was able to install a new one the same day. He was professional and efficient and the water heater works great. He even came back the next week at no charge to install a drainage pipe from the pan to the outside and did a thorough job of that as well!

Of the quotes I got, they were in the middle but I feel like I received a top quality product and excellent service.     Fred was the most wonderful person I have had to deal with this issue with my water heater. He was professional and has went out of his way to assure the job will get done. Although I have had to put money on shipping he could see how frustrated I became when I found the part would not come in until next week. He assured me he would make it a priority to come back even if it is late. He made sure that the service call and labor was discounted. He explained step by step what the problem was and understood how frustrated I was, even if I raised my voice at the person on the phone. He took charge and took it upon him self to provide the information that was needed to get the part shipped. He made sure he will be the one to come and install the part once it is received next week. Thumbs up to Fred! BSJ has a valuable employee with Fred!

    2nd slab leak in 7yrs. Just $200.00 more and more work involved. I cant say enough about Keith and Joe. If you want peace of mind call BSJ Plumbing. Theyve joined Johns Heating and Cooling.     Steven from BSJ Plumbing was right on time which I always appreciate. He identified the problem with our water heater after seeing evidence of water in the belly pan and rust around the lower heating element. He said best to try and replace the heating elements if the rust hasnt too badly damaged the threads. He said option B was to try and get it replaced from AO Smith while under warranty but realize that they will charge an inflation increase of what the unit costs today versus what it costs when we bought in 2019. We went with the replacement option and fortunately, the threads were still useable. Steven replaced both upper and lower heating elements, showed me the corrosion on both, and then tested the water heater to make sure it was working and not leaking. While we were waiting for the water heater to drain, he asked me if I had any other plumbing concerns. I showed him that our dishwasher spraying arm had become detached and he was able to fix that and getting it working again - at no charge!I was very impressed with Steven and the time he took to explain our repair options. I would highly recommend BSJ Plumbing and Steven in particular.

    I recently had my water heater replaced with a newer tank by BSJ Plumbing. I didnt know that the old one needed replacing until it was shown to me where there had been corrosion occurring at the bottom of the tank. I appreciated learning a bit more about water heaters and how they fail over time. I didnt want to take the chance of a leak or worse, so I opted for the new tank. Dustin Magnus was very knowledgeable and professional in helping me make the right decision to replace the water heater. He was great with the service call from start to finish. He took the time to explain things about the install, and was never high pressure, nor pushy about me needing the replacement. Just honest and straightforward, which I appreciate and respect.     We had to reroute our gas line and run a water line to our refrigerator ice maker. Michael G came out and was knowledge about what obstacles we would face and on solutions.     Our toilets, showers and tubs on one end of the house were backed up. Of course this happened the day before a holiday weekend.     Great experience with the guys at BSJ. We got 3 quotes, and I wont lie, BSJ wasnt the cheapest. What they DID do was take the extra time to examine every feature I had asked about and quoted me accurately and honestly. They were up front with risks and recommendations. They followed up after the quote to see if we had any questions.On installation day, they did excellent work and finished the project on-time. They left everything clean and tidy. The recommendation they had for a new kitchen sink was spot-on and Im very happy with the end product.

    I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise of BSJ Plumbing. I called them to fix my softwater system, which they did. They also took the time to check out my home to make sure everything else was in good working order. They did discover a couple of issues, advised me about them and asked me if I wanted to fix them. I loved they were proactive, and it allowed me to get the problem fixed before they became bigger issues becuase they were / are proactive. The issues the discovered and fix: One was with tankless water heater, the other was the water pressure value to the house. I will use them again!

    This company is contracted with Lowes for delivery and installation services. I purchased a new dishwasher and within 1 day was called by them to set up an appointment for the next day! The service man, Robert, was very punctual and professional. He tested out water line and explained, in detail, why we may want to consider adding a regulator sometime in the future, but never tried to hard-sell me on the purchase. Then as he was removing the old dishwasher, he realized the new dishwashers handle was going to prevent us from opening one of our cabinet drawers. He went ahead and removed the old washer and took the new one back to the store for us, and the next day we returned to the store and purchased a different washer. Within a few days, an appointment was made and again Robert returned in punctually, calling first to advise he was having a problem at a current job, and might be a little late for our job. Once arrived, he had the new washer installed and tested quickly, going over all the paperwork in a thorough manner with me. The company never charged me for having to come out twice, which was much appreciated also! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs, and will be using them in the future for all of mine!

    I inherited bad plumbing in a house I recently bought and had the sewer main collapse on me. Both Michael and Keith did great jobs both scoping to find the problem and then fixing it. I will be using them again when i inevitably have to replace the other cheap pipes that the previous owners left me.

    Joe, Michael, and another employee went above and beyond to install our water softener today.I had been quoted a price, and then they realized it would take more work than the quote. Even with the extra time it took they still honored the original quoteThey had to dig a trench, run 3 pipes under my sidewalk, and run power to the softener. They cleaned everything up and walked me through the install.All 3 of them deserve a raise. I would highly recommend them and BJS Plumbing to anyone.

    BSJ Plumbing is extremely professional and responsive. Our water heater broke on a Friday and Brandon communicated with me all weekend but we decided to wait until Tuesday to have service. Michael came on Tuesday right on time and provided options for replacement. When I chose a tankless system he called to reserve the equipment and came back the next day to install. Michael and his apprentice were here all day, were both super friendly to work with, and their work was impeccable. They took time to explain how our new heater worked and to answer our questions. When they left, the work space was spotless. Additionally, they provided service for us which was way outside their service area! I really appreciated the texts I received to let me know that the plumber was on his way, with a picture of him and a bit of personal information.I would highly recommend BSJ to anyone in the Chandler/Gilbert area (that is their area of service, we live in the extreme North Valley).     BSJ helped me deal with an electric hot water heater that needed to be replace. It was covered under a Lowes extended warranty program, but Lowes was fairly non-responsive and difficult to deal with. BSJ actually coached me on how to best deal with L:owes (which is not something I expected them to do) and with their help, I was able to get Lowes to honor the warranty.     ***UPDATED Yet another outstanding service experience from BSJ. This time Aaron came out to look at our water heater. He even called the water heater manufacturer for us and ordered a replacement part. When we found the item was out of stock, BSJ found an in stock part somewhere else and then Fred came and installed it right away. We thought we were going to have to go without hot water for a long time, but thanks to BSJ, we did not and their pricing was extremely fair!!*** I will DEFINITELY use BSJ for any of my plumbing needs in the future.     Several years ago i purchased a solar hot water heater to work along side my regular hot water heater. The solar hot water heater had. finally seen its last. i contacted the manufacturer in Tennessee and asked for the AZ service people and they connected me with BSJ Plumbing & Appliance.     I dont usually leave reviews but the experience with BSJ Plumbing absolutely warrants one.I purchased a dishwasher through Lowes with installation and BSJ Plumbing was the one to complete the installation. The plumber who completed the work was Robert. Robert did an excellent and thorough job throughout the process. He measured the dishwasher prior to brining it in given that the brand (Bosch) can potentially cause heigh issues. Went over options on how to turn the water off and recommend (not pushed) potential upgrades to piping in the future (solid recommendations that I had from the home inspector so it wasnt a hard up-sell). The work was completely in a timely manner, my house looked great, and Robert walked me through the piping that was done and where certain things were and the reasons why. On top of that, he even took the old dishwasher away to recycle.Cant say enough quality things about the company and specifically Robert.     We have had a leaking hot water heater since Thanksgiving and have been fighting our warranty company because they cannot find anyone to come out to my little town about an hour away from phoenix. Needless to say, I called a number on the new hot water heater I was looking at and they referred me to BSJ plumbing. Not only did they come out to my town, but they were on time, and they also saved me a lot of time and money by offering to install the water filtration system that I had already purchased at the same time. Once their assessment was completed in February, we have been proactive in having all of the recommended issues with our home addressed. Fred Cherri has been a pleasure to have in our home.     Great work. I have been involved in construction and maintenance supervision for 40 years and have seldom seen better crews. I had a utility sink installed in my garage, and a pressure regulator for my whole house. Mike Gisbran, Joe Money, and Bob Labrecque took care of a complex project that included cabinet demo, wall demo, sewer drain and vent relocation and dryer vent relocation.     Wow, what an amazing experience. I just moved into a new house and the garbage disposal was dead. Deader than dead.     Very Happy with this company! Chad came and installed my new Water Heater. There were several obstacles to overcome: he was able to diagnose the problem, understood the problem, and had expertise to correct the problem. Offered him water and food, but he did not take break until job was completed. Dispatcher had called 2 hours prior to appointment time to notify that Chad was running late due to an issue at another job. Very professional company! 2 years ago had dishwasher installed by Bryce.     We have always used BSJ for our plumbing needs.This time, we needed a new kitchen sink faucet installation and replacement of shut-off valves under our bathroom sinks.Fred, our service technician, alerted me that we had unusually high water pressure and tested our pressure reducing valve.The valve was not functioning so we agreed to have that replaced during the service call. Fred was very methodical and explained everything in laymans terms.A fellow BSJ technician, Chad, was in the area and brought Fred a part he needed to complete the work. Chad stuck around to help Fred complete the job since there was now an additional task involved (and we needed to leave for an appointment by 5).Their teamwork was excellent and they completed the job with plenty of time to spare.Fred and Chad were courteous, polite and very efficient!
