I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Shawn and Always Plumbing. He was quick and very easy to communicate with, and he took the time to explain what was happening with the water heater and gave thoughtful recommendations for our situation. He was great about working around our schedules and finding a time that worked for all of us. The installation process was fast and efficient, and the work he did on our water heater is very well done. Plus, when he installed the water heater he even took the time to bring our trash can in since the trash had run while he was working. We are so appreciative and highly recommend Always Plumbing!

If you have an issue with your water mainline, give Shawn from Always Plumbing a call. We found a leak in our water main, had to shut the water off at the curb, and called a “professional” (self described) plumbing company. After 24 hours of jerking us around and a ridiculous quote (and a very nervous and upset family with no water), I called Shawn. Problem solved! He showed up with a team in about an hour from my call, even rescheduled a less urgent job. They quickly identified the issue and suggested a solution at a fair price. They couldn’t complete the repair until the following day when the ditch which team was available (they also rescheduled to make room for Always Plumbing). But no worries, Always Plumbing left us with a temporary above ground water line so we had water back on in the house. The next morning, the teams assembled and were done before noon! Everything back togeather as it was! I highly recommend Always Plumbing for water main issues!!!

I always know what he’s doing and what the solution to the problem is. We moved into a new house and had to call Shawn for a leak we found, he responded almost immediately and was here in a few hours! The technicians showed up in a timely manner and looked professional. They were extremely polite and when reviewing my issue they explained everything in detail of what they needed to do and why. They were extremely courteous as they went in and out and I could barely hear them, and they were way quicker than I expected. When they were done, they showed me the completed water heater and showed it worked, no leaks, no issues, and they made sure they cleaned up everything. It was like they were never even there! This is the most professional company I have dealt with in quite awhile! 11/10 definitely recommend.
