I’m hosting for the holidays this year, which means a full house of long-haired family members. As you can imagine, both of our bathtubs clogged up pretty quickly. We tried the usual fixes—pouring boiling water and Drano down the drain—but nothing worked. In a pinch, I reached out to a friend who recommended this family-owned business. I love supporting local companies, so I gave them a call.Jackie, who answered the phone, was incredibly kind and helpful. I’m pretty sure she worked some magic behind the scenes to get a plumber out to us by the very next morning. The plumber was professional, efficient, and was able to clear both drains quickly. As a bonus, he also fixed a minor toilet leak while he was here.We were pleasantly surprised by how affordable everything was, especially since they were running a special for December. It was a great experience all around, and I really appreciated the personal touch from a family-run business. Highly recommend supporting local businesses like this one!

They called me by 10 p.m. and made an appointment for the next day between 12 and 2pm. He was available before that and showed up early around 9:30 am. We had a leak showing up in the floor of the master bathroom and feared the worst....sewer problems. All Time Plumbing and Drains responded immediately and sent two guys, Joel and Jose. They inspected the plumbing system with their scope from the roof, contacted another company to conduct a thermal test and had it all figured out in less than an hour! They were courteous and patient with our aging 13 year old pup following them around and gave us an estimate when we will do our future remodel. These guys are amazing! They were at our house with an hour of our call and gave us some really great insight into our issue with a leak in our Master Bathroom. They performed a pressure test on our water lines all included with the free service call. Can’t believe service like this still exists.
