Brian and his team were wonderful. Brian was very responsive and easy to work with. I’m very happy with the quality of work that was done (drywall ceiling repair, tile demo and replacement, baseboard replacement, toilet wax seal replacement). Everyone was so respectful and it was clear they cared about the work they were doing. Will definitely be calling here first with any future work needs!

We had this company repair water damage to our house from a line that broke while we were out of town. We did run into a couple issues with the repairs but Shawn made sure to get them resolved. In the end we were happy with the repairs and with the cost. Thank you Lightning Construction for getting our house back together!

This company was referred to us by our restoration company, and they did a fantastic job. Brian was very responsive and available and patient while we worked through some insurance issues. The workers were on time, respectful of my elderly mother who was there, and did an excellent job on the drywall repair, texturing, and paint. You cant even tell anything was ever wrong with the area they fixed. I would definitely use them again if I had any construction needs in the future.

The guys who did the work were respectful and professional and did a fantastic job. As others have noted, this company is honest and reliable. We will certainly use them in the future and refer others to them.

In a world of wishy-washy contractors and crooks (obviously, weve had some bad experiences), I cant believe our luck in finding Lightning Construction through our insurance company, USAA. (Last year, we had a leak in our master shower. This year its water damage on the patio roof.)Brian is amazing and so is the entire team. They answer the phone. They call you back if needed. They respond to your text messages. Theyre friendly. They speak honestly and openly. There are zero shady vibes to be found. Honestly, this company is a breath of fresh and a true stand out and whenever I need help, I never have to cringe at calling a contractor again. (Can you hear me sobbing with joy?! lol)

The work done by this company was good, and the finishing touches were really nice. There were some payment glitches and communication gaps in the work contract as part of the broader insurance claim, but their part of the work was handled well.
