Met Joel today and sold him some capacitors we talked work seem really knowledgeable about what hes doing and I talked to a lot of people in the heating and cooling business and Im a owner of Leons pumps so there is some relation to work in the field so I decided to Google his company to see if it would be a good idea to use these guys if I cant find anybody local which I have problems with being in Ontario and they are top-notch read the reviews Ive also made a few of their employees but never really talked to him like I did with Joel so if you guys need somebody in the heating cooling business read the reviews and use these guys

My gratitude for YMC is off the charts. They were so professional and polite to my wife and I. I made the mistake of calling Right Now heating first. If your not familiar with them, it is a scam. They told my wife we needed a whole new furnace, and supposedly showed her all the broken exhaust pipes, and even told her we had gas leaking in the home. He told us it would cost us $20,000.00. I then called YMC, and they sent a service man out that same afternoon. Branden came out showed my wife everything that he found, which turned out to be only a broken motor. Branden replaced it and the cost was under $700.00. He also checked for gas leaks among other things and made us feel perfectly safe in our home again. I will never call anyone else for my heating and cooling needs. Branden, we cant thank you and everyone else at YMC for taking such great care of our family and staying honest in the community.

I refuse to use anyone other than YMC. A few years back, when I had an AC issue, two different companies told me I needed a new system. Mike from YMC came out and fixed it with just a new wire—talk about goat-level problem-solving (it was the goats fault)! I’ve also had three plumbing issues since then, and the work, along with the customer service from both Jakes, has been outstanding. They really do have a great team, and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Our heat went out during the night when it was in the 20s. We called YMC in the morning and they came out that same morning. Branden replaced a broken part—he was excellent. He was so nice and friendly and efficient. It was a wonderful experience if you have to have your heat go out.

YMC has come through again. We have an extremely old furnace and the techs have never pressured us to consider getting it replaced. They work to repair and do not to push replacement. They are a great company.

My A/C stopped in the middle of the night 8/16/23. I called YMC the next morning and spoke w/ Monica to set up an appoint. She was so professional and kind and sent me over to Siaha. She was also great to help me on the hottest day of the summer. Siaha assured me that a technician would call me and get it sorted out. Brandon and Blake called in the afternoon and came by to replace a capacitor. Everyone of your staff was professional, helpful and kind! I was beyond impressed! Thanks YMC!!!

I called YMC on a Saturday night around 9pm. It was 80 degrees in my home and climbing. Joel showed up within an hour and had our AC working within 30 minutes. My AC is over 30 years old and he didnt try selling me a new one, he just fixed what was wrong. I really appreciate that. No high pressure sales pitch, just a pleasant experience all around. Joel was very polite and, knowledgeable and even refused to take a tip from me. The fee for an after hours call in the middle of a heat wave was extremely reasonable. YMC was great, worked with my schedule and notified me ahead of time to ask me to reschedule due to them having several emergency calls. I agreed since mine was just a checkup and they came this morning instead and on time. Called me ahead of time when they were on their way. Jesse arrived and quickly, jumped in and got my servicing completed efficiently and also looked at a concern I had and took care of it in minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Cost was reasonable as well. Great service! Thank you Jesse!!

Had an issue with my AC gave YMC a call and was set up with a service appointment. They were able to give me a free estimate for the cost to repair current unit vs a full replacement. Decided to go with a replacement which they had done in a matter of hours. The installer Mike was very professional and courteous. I’m very happy with the quality of work as well as the timeframe they did it in. I highly recommend YMC.

The serviceman that came to our house was named Jack. This review is more for him than for YMC. He was amazing!! Our AC was on the fritz and had been turning off and on during a 100 degree heat wave. The first guy that came out didnt really spend much time, because it was currently working when he came. Later that night, it stopped again, so we had to call the on-call guy, who ended up being Jack. He came right out, didnt act put out at all for having to come super late at night and he diagnosed and fixed the problem for us and made sure we felt very taken care of. I generally have a little distrust for repair men, but the second I met him I felt like I could trust him, he went above and beyond to help out me and my family and he really understands what it means to take care of and make the customer happy. Would recommend him to anyone!!!

Our shared family cabin in Cascade had no condensation pump installed in the Air Handling Unit, we stayed there last weekend and discovered nobody else had checked the unit. There was 8” of standing water in our system. Called Jodee in Meridian and she sent out Zach. Zach pulled out 30 gallons from our duct work and installed a pump and plumbed it into an existing drain. He was so kind and courteous. He explained everything easily and even included our 5 year old in the process.

A year later and still excellent service.Excellent service. Should have used these guys long ago. Steve Hixon showed up early and they had my address wrong. He got right on the job, explained my system to me and replaced a contactor.. He also took a look at my shop and the duct work I want done. He made a list of what is needed and I am looking forward to the bid to get done what I want. Again my hats off to Steve and his service. Looking forward to the maintenance part of your service. I asked if they did that and he got me signed up. I highly recommend YMC for your ac/heatpump service.

I had a jetted tub that leaked from the knobs and a shower that required super human strength to shut off. YMC came out and I watched as he did hand to hand combat with both of these leaky offenders. It took a bit of time, due to old parts that didnt want to play nicely, but he was victorious. Not only that, he didnt mind that I watched and he answered all my questions as he did battle. Like the other times I have used YMC, they know what they are doing, fix it quickly, and charge reasonable fees. Highly recommend.

We have had YMC perform our yearly maintenance checks on the air conditioner and furnace for well over a decade. We have always been happy with their work, and in October 2019 we got a bonus. YMC is now buying furnace filters in bulk, and have passed the savings onto customers. This is really good news for us, since we change our filter every six months. Happy to recommend this company.

Hired YMC to install a kitchen sink for my Daughter and son in law in Meridian. Three concerns after installation was completed,1. cold and hot water were hooked up backwards( this should be a very basic procedure for a plumber), 2. Small leak at valve location which my son in law corrected and 3. They left the counter top dirty after the job was competed. My kids said the older plumber was pretty impatient with the young apprentice which probably caused all their shortcomings. I hired them throug Home Advisors and I would not use YMC again.Special Note: I am pleased that on 2/24 the service manager gave me a follow up call about my review. He was extremely apologetic and professional about my concerns. I would retract my statement that I wouldnt us YMC again, the call from their service manager changed my attitude about their business. They will be refunding a portion of the labor cost back due to some of the shortfalls and I can respect any business that follows up with their Customers and backs up their work.

I decided I was bored looking at my thermostat so I decided to get a new one wired it up and nothing worked. So I called YMC and told them what had happened and they send a tech out right away. James showed up at the house friendly guy new his stuff 120% and we figured out it was wired for one certain thermostat so he took the five wires out and plugged them into the panel and bingo it works. I highly recommend YMC 120% the owner is a awesome guy and so is there employees.

A little late in writing this review, but I my A/C unit complete shut down on me in the middle of July. I called around noon and thought for sure it would be a week or so to even get looked at. The friendly receptionist assured me they could have a tech out within a day. To my surprise, I received a call later that same day from the Brian the tech himself explaining the problem and that he had parts to do the repair. Couldnt be happier on a 100 degree day. We needed to replace our 31 year old A/C & heating systems when a fan motor gave out during a heat wave. YMC sent a tech the same day to access the situation and provide an estimate. The cost of the new system was good enough for us to make that decision instead of putting money into an old system. My Business/Restaurant/Store(the Hilltop Station!) was having our Grand Opening on September 12th. At 1pm on the afternoon of the 12th. We were all running around getting geared up for a crazy night, when our AC went out! We were opening at 3pm and in a panic. I called, and within the hour A.J. had driven up and repaired the unit. Such a lifesaver! Fantastic work A.J and YMC! I will definitely recommend you!
