During a heatwave, my parents’ AC went out, and we had a fantastic experience with Express Plumbing Heating & Air. They offered multiple service options and thoroughly explained each one, helping my parents decide the best fit. They came out the same day to diagnose the issue and quickly scheduled the repair. Despite the busy period, they set up a temporary solution to ensure my parents’ comfort. On the appointment day, they worked efficiently and diligently and explained everything clearly. When we had a follow-up question, they returned promptly the next day to make sure all of our questions were answered and addressed. Overall, we are very pleased with their excellent service.

Thank you so much to Ryan who was able to come out same day, in the middle of summers hottest week to restore our AC after we had been gone for a few days. He was quick, he came before we got home (with our permission), and was even mindful to not let our cats out. He stayed in contact with us to keep us informed. My rental property had an AC issue on Wednesday night (around 100 degrees at the time). I called Express Heating, Cooling & Plumbing that night and they were able to schedule a technician to come out Thursday morning (the next day). Justin showed up on time, was able to diagnose the problem, and offered me several options on what could be done to get the AC back up and running. From the first call to the completion of the appointment everyone at Express was polite, competent, and professional. I have used Express a couple of times before this, and their service is always excellent. Highly recommend for AC and plumbing service.

He saved me thousands of dollars by crawling into my tiny sloppy crawl space to make sure none or the water was coming from my house , but from an irrigation flood. Needing you main water line replaced is a nightmare that nobody should go through. Unfortunately I drew the short stick this month. Having a couple of other companys come over (all reputable) Express went into a lot of detail in thier inspection, and I felt they were the most thorough. Not the most expensive, nor the cheapest. But, you get what you pay for. And, I got some hard working, professional young men. Great group of guys. Kyle, the apprentice went above and beyond, when it came time to backfill and patch my grass. I hope you never have to replace you main water line. But if you do, express will get the job done. Great job guys.JM

Last week we had our very first plumbing emergency in the house weve lived in for 13 years. Unlike the first two plumbing companies I called (where I got recordings instructing me to leave a message), Express picked up immediately and a cheerful womans voice asked how she could put a smile on my face today. After explaining my situation, she explained someone could come out and gave me a window of noon to five. She also implied that if I signed up for their $199 VIP Club, the wait time could be quicker. Ill admit this solicitation to pay $$$ upfront sent up a red flag, and I declined. Technician Simon Camargo showed up a 3:45, diagnosed the problem and immediately set to work correcting the situation. I was greatly impressed by his friendly demeanor and professionalism. When presented with the invoice I was surprised the charges were about double what I thought they might be ($1,700 to replace two outdoor spigots), but the guess-timate I had in my mind was obviously not reality-based. Id always heard plumbers were expensive and now I know, yes they are! To be fair, Simon was here for a total of 2 1/2 hours and was required to make several trips down into our icky crawl-space.Anyhow, I was impressed enough by the service I received that I opted to pay for their 3-year VIP club membership, knowing that other plumbing problems are bound to happen sooner rather than later, and it would be good to be prioritized the next time disaster struck. The membership includes a thorough once-a-year plumbing inspection, which I opted to have performed the next day. Technician Ben Steidl arrived towards the early part of the window I was given. Again, I could not have asked for more genial and professional service. He was here for about two hours and inspected every bit of plumbing in the house, including performing tests to determine the amount of chlorine in our water, as well as the waters hardness. He drew up a proposal for future repairs/servicing, which I will certainly consider once I have the necessary funds. I did opt to have him immediately replace a washing machine hose that had a small leak.So all in all, I felt good about my decision to hire Express Pluming; hence the five stars.

He came into the house and checked the air flow from the vents and if they where giving off enough heat for me. He changed the filter on our heating unit as well. It’s always a bummer having to replace an hvac system that suddenly goes bad. But I’m so grateful they came out so quickly and caught a gas leak that the fire department missed. I had a carbon monoxide issue and a gas leak from an old furnace. They are so thorough and swift and you don’t want to settle for anything less when it comes to your health and safety. They very well could have saved our lives! Don was so great, he even fixed my fireplace I’d been battling all winter at no cost. If they see something simple they can help with or show me how to do it cheaper on my own they don’t hesitate to save you time and money.

Stephen Storm came the same day I called to check out my furnace and heat pump Express had installed 2 years ago. I was concerned and had questions about the heavy frost on the heat pump. He checked everything out and answered all my questions. He did advise adding surge supressors to my system to protect it during power surges or outages. He came and installed those on Monday. They’re employees are always friendly, notify me when they’re on the way, and do a great job.

Alex Puzas, the Express Plumbing tech who came to troubleshoot my waterheater was great. My expansion tank had failed but was still covered by warranty so Alex took care of replacing it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I like that Express always sends a picture of the tech who will come to your house & you always get a text &/or call when they are on the way. I appreciate that the techs wear booties over their shoes & place a mat outside of the door. Thanks for your attention to detail.

Simon came out, unclogged the drain, found the source of problem. Ran a camera in our pipes and explained the where and why of the blockage. 5 star service. Would definitely recommend when you need the job done right.

My sister tried another company because she said they cost less then had to pay $1500.00 to that company to do a repair job that didnt fix the problem. Then she did the smart thing and paid Express for the repair and they fixed it and hasnt had a problem since.
