    We had the draining of our hot water heater as part of a furnace tuneup package by a different company. During the draining, we were told that the tank on top of the water heater as well as the drain valve were both bad and that we should replace the hot water heater as it was around 10 years old. We called Master Plumbing, and after their assessment of the hot water heater, we were informed there was nothing wrong with it. They could’ve easily replaced the hot water heater and we would’ve paid for it not knowing that there wasn’t anything wrong. A good plumbing company takes care of you when there’s a problem and when there’s not a problem. Master Plumbing Company is that kind of company. We’ll be using them for all of our plumbing needs.

    I was so impressed with Jim Coburn from Master Plumbing! His ability to diagnose our issue with our tankless water heater was fantastic! He made sure we were aware that he would have to call the specific water heaters support line, and that could add to how long the job took. Then he was able to fix it before getting through their cue! He also showed me that it isnt a complete space ship, and showed me what to look for with future error codes and issues.Jim was prompt, professional, courteous, friendly, and a total superhero!     We had a pre-holiday emergency with the plumbing to our water heater. Master Plumbing dispatched Steve McClenny who did an outstanding job. He arrived earlier than expected, was personable, and quickly pinpointed the issue.     Wow, just wow. Frank showed up to inspect our toilet, vents and drains. He was very courteous and ambitious, and informed us that he found no issues with what I had called in for.     Jim did a great job in replacing some of our 70+ year old corroded galvanized pipe and improving water flow to faucets. I had the detailed estimate, but he was kind enough to walk me through his plan for the re-routing to make sure we were on the same page.     I called Master Plumbing needing a toilet inlet valve replaced. They were able to schedule me that day, which is what I was hoping for.     Cliff did a fantastic job clearing out all the grime and hair out of our bathroom sink drains that were clogging them up. Turns out store bought drain cleaner never would have helped - there were rocks in one of them clogging up the drain. Who knows how they got there. I never would have looked on my own. Regardless, Cliff rocks and I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumbing assist.

    If it was possible to give Master Plumbing and Makayla more than 5 stars I would. They were very helpful with responding to give me a quote, information about all of the products they offer, installing, and aftercare. After they installed my water softener there was not a single screw, piece of trash, or drop of water left in my garage!!! I was also shocked at how quickly they could get me on the schedule and also the time it took to complete the install. Please call Master Plumber for all issues and new products. Save yourself time and don’t call anywhere else.

    First off, Jim Colburn called and talked to my husband to try something on our garbage disposal to see if it would fix the problem before we spent money we did not need to spend. It did not. He fixed our GD and noticed a leak under the sink so fixed that and fixed an outside faucet. He has been here before and we will ask for him personally when we need him again. He is friendly, honest and dependable.

    Troy from Master Plumbing did an excellent job. He arrived on time and finished quickly. Master Plumbing was the only business that would come to our home. There were tree roots in our septic tank. Troy cleaned the roots out and disposed of them. He also left extra septic treatment to prevent future root problems. The price was reasonable, especially considering the extra work that was required and our location. I highly recommend Master Plumbing, and intend to request Troy to complete the service.

    We has some wonky stuff going on with our sewer line. Travis was very through, and professional. The response was quick, and the problem assessed, and taken care of. Apparently there was a black garbage bag that was used to plug the pipe during a recent remodel, and it didnt get removed. Travis was professional, friendly, and efficient.

    I appreciated getting a call from Hunter before his arrival. My toilet kept running so, first of all, he adjusted the water level in the tank. Then, when the toilet was still running, he determined that I also needed a new rubber gasket replacement that I bought and installed myself. He also replaced my outside faucet that couldnt be prevented from leaking. Hunter was pleasant, accommodating and efficient - all was completed in less than an hour.

    Master Plumbing has been absolutely great to work with. My wife and I have had Doug out to our house a few times now and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. Hes very knowledgeable about the projects weve had him work on and has completed them in a timely manner. For one of the bigger jobs he brought Steve along to provide additional expertise and Steve was also great to work with, knowledgeable, and personable. We even had their supervisor, Scott, come by that day to check with my wife and me to make sure everything was going well and we were satisfied. Another company i called was unable to respond until Tuesday the next week. Hunter Johns was efficient in making the necessary repairs in a timely manner. Checked a couple of other issues I was having.     I had an emergency plumbing problem very late!!! About 9 pm!And Braeden Neild came out and worked on the issue until about 11pm!Even through the issue was worse then we thought he was very dedicated to making sure he got to the problem. !It took a good couple of days but we are very aware of the issue and he did everything he could to keep our plumbing going temporarily while we get things scheduled !I was impressed by the dedication and late hours he did for our situation.!Highly recommend 👌 great business ethic!

I initially had a problem with a plumbing issue that Master Plumbing had previously attempted to fix, but Scott worked with me to get the issue resolved quickly and at no additional cost.     Jim Lyman and Jon Crockett arrived within a day of calling Master Plumbing with our suspicion of a sewage leak beneath our house. Jim was very friendly and informative; up front about costs; and super quick to thoroughly inspect and assess the problem. Jon showed up right away when it was clear that another technician would be required to access the problem area from two ends of the crawl space. Together they replaced 25 feet of breached copper sewage line with industry standard piping within just a couple hours!!Jim also called and helped us get a highly reputable professional cleanup/restoration company on site within 30 minutes of his assessment.Despite the bigger problem than he could possibly see from the beginning, we were not charged more than what Jim had quoted in his assessment. I gladly would have paid more for the speed and thoroughness with which Jim and Jon got us up and going again -and I tried! But Jim asked me instead to simply let others know how pleased we are with their work. So there you have it -call Master Plumbing when you have any sort of plumbing problem to solve!

    I was helped by Steve, he came out when there was heavy snow fall and diagnosed the issue and gave me a quote. We needed the main line turned off which could only be done by the water company for my property so he coordinated with them and returned when it was turned off and did a great job fixing it and then followed up again once they had turned the water back on. I’m thrilled with the work and his patience dealing with the water company. I’m pretty sure after all was said and done the work was more than expected but he honored the quote and I’m very happy with the result

    Can’t say enough good things about working with Jim L. and Master Plumbing. I got several bids to have my house re-plumbed and Jim just gave the “Goldilocks” bid. He didn’t try to oversell/upsell the job, explained things in laymen terms and then presented a customized detailed written bid with everything we went over.When it came time to re-plumb the house, (I also decided to have a water softener installed) it took Jim and Jon 3 days. The communication was perfect, the job site was cleaned up each night, and they were always on time each morning. I had several friends and family help open/close the house and were on-site during the re-plumb and every single one commented on how nice and professional Jim and Jon were. I wasn’t able to be there for the final walk, but Jim went through everything with my friend, left a direct number if I had any additional questions and provided a detail report with pictures of everything done/completed.     This is a good company. I work at a business that uses their Rooter service for septic tank cleanup. The company seems to be good at retaining people that genuinely care about what they do, and I was satisfied enough with their work as a business customer that my wife and I chose them to work on our home. We were not disappointed here either.Jim and his helpful apprentice completed work on a bid to replace some old troublesome polybutylene plumbing in our home today. The communication was great from the bid process to completion of the work, and he consistently chose to do the right thing along the way to make sure things were done well. He was very helpful and informative, and the job was completed in a day with no issues to report as of now. He even solved a few issues such as providing a better location for the main shutoff valve (it was previously in the crawl space on the far end of the house, very difficult to access quickly if we ever needed to).Really the only detractor was drywall dust and some wood chips in areas that cutting took place, but nothing bad. Jobs like this are messy and overall they tried to pick up after themselves.Edit: They were also very attentive of our VERY active and curious 1 year old daughter and her safety, with the work they were doing and having power tools in use they made sure to keep things contained and the room they were working in closed off so she couldnt get in.

We waited until the next business day as the issue appeared later in the evening the night before. They offered to help immediately but we knew we could wait until the morning. He assessed the problem and in 20 minutes or so my sink was draining properly, as if it was just plumbed.Jon was very polite and when he left, our home looked like he’d never been here.Should I ever had a plumbing issue again, I will definitely be calling Master Plumbing.     This is a review for Sandra Burness (my Mom) and her experience with Doug Shaw..He called ahead of my appointment to let me know when he’d be arriving and arrived on time. He was very courteous and explained in detail what had happened with my water heater. I would definitely recommend Doug and will call him again when I have any plumbing issues.

    James was very thorough and did a great job at identifying the issues of our clogged toilet and tub that was linked to the main sewer line. James also provided referrals for wood drying restoration and excavation, which is very helpful in getting the root cause resolved.     Jeff came over and got us taken care of and was incredibly professional. He was so efficient and managed to work around the chaos of us getting ready for a gathering in our home. He even took on more jobs than we initially had in mind. He’s a veteran and was respectful and considerate to everyone in our home! Next time we have them come out I’ll be asking for Jeff!

    Technician Kyle Keller came out to pump our septic. Our issue was possible slow draining. Upon inspection he determined the tank looks good and only recommend to pump at a later time. Determined that build up in house pipes was the issue and he resolved that. Recommended pumping and inspection in the future if further issues developed. Very helpful technician and offered many tips to maintain our septic system. Excellent service and will recommend to others. Thanks

    Jim was an excellent provider! On time, polite, informative throughout the job. He cared about providing the best possible service installing a new kitchen faucet. He also was very fair on expenses previously not anticipated (cracked valve) and a vent location adjustment. I’ve used other providers in the past as well as Master Plumber. They have consistently excelled in communication, experience and integrity and will now be my single source.

    I made an appointment because my garbage disposal wasnt working and I had a instant hot water heater that needed installed. So I called Master Plumbing and was able to get an appointment with Jim a few days later.He called me about 45min before his arrival and arrived right on time.     Wow! I am so impressed with Jon and all of the folks I worked with at Master Plumbing! I called at 4pm and spoke with Hailey (sp) about our irrigation lateral blocked and clogged with roots. Hailey price checked everything, worked quickly and confidently to get someone out the next day. Jon arrived on time, and checked in before driving over. It was great to know he was on his way so I could put up the pup. He was kind, thorough, and very knowledgable! He took all the time I needed to explain everything in detail, and I learned more about my house! We watched the cameras and he gave me the video footage for my files. He worked diligently and quickly to jet through the roots and had us unblocked and flowing quicker than I expected. Throughout it all, you never wouldve known he might have a timetable. He was patient, collaborative, and made sure to address all my questions in a calm and focused manner. I never felt the work was rushed or subpar. I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to work us in and how professional Jon and Hailey were. 10/10 Im keeping this company for future plumbing work!
