Our furnace recently malfunctioned and wasnt heating at all, I called 2 other places who were both unable to come out to service our unit for at least 4-5 days. Ultimate heating and air was able to come out within the hour and had our unit back working within 2 hours. A thorough diagnostic work up was performed and the technician made sure that our unit was reliably heating before he left. We are so grateful! We will definitely be calling them again for reliable, excellent service.

I was so impressed and the young man Ryan Cook that came out to service my heating system and thermostat was wonderful. Very patient very informative and extremely thorough. Our furnace went out on a Friday evening in mid-December. We called two other local companies and the earliest they could send a tech was the following Monday and Tuesday even though they advertise 24/7 service. We then called Ultimate Heating and Air and they said “We do not delay service calls for heat. We will have someone to you this evening.” Alex arrived less than an hour later. He was respectful, communicative, professional, and worked quickly to diagnose the issue. He identified the problem and replaced the part to get our system functioning again. He even took the time to run several cycles, ensuring the system was fully operational before he left. If we have any issues in the future, we will absolutely call Ultimate Heating and Air first. We woke up to a cold house… 55 F 🥶 the furnace was not working. After calling a few places, only Ultimate Heating and Air was available to come on the same day. Dani was our technician, and he was great! Very knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions. He was able to find the problem and fixed it right away. Luckily it wasn’t anything too serious.When I requested the service, they sent me a link to track the location of the technician as he was heading over (very convenient). I was able to pay the service from the comfort of my house.I’m just happy they were there to help us stay warm during this winter.

Alex Hathaway with Ultimate Heating & Air did an excellent job. Im very satisfied with his service! He was very professional and very friendly. He was also very prompt. I was surprised at how fast, from when I called, to when he arrived. Our furnace stopped working last night and Alex showed up, tested, and said the capacitor was was going bad. He swapped the cap and the furnace fired back up. He noticed that the blower motor was a bit warm, definitely warmer than it should be, considering that the furnace wasnt running, and explained how that could happen... which made my OCD mind happy. I asked about potentially replacing the motor down the road, and he explained the options. I then asked about a potential furnace replacement down the road and he talked about the options there. Never was there any sign of pressure to buy a new furnace, it was all feedback from my questions, which made my mind happy again. From the experience that I had today, I will definitely recommend Ultimate Heating to others, and I will definitely be calling them for any future service.

We have a rental unit and the furnace was not working when the tenant came home from work today 11/20/24. I called Ultimate for the first time at about 430 pm and they were so nice on the phone and understood the urgency. They had a tech there in a half an hour and only charged a diagnostic fee, no after hours fee and the tech was wonderful and got it back up and running. The tech Ron Stevens called and explained what he did and emailed me the invoice and photos of the furnace. I really appreciated the professionalism of Ultimate Heating and Air.

We had a conflict that right now heating and air put on a report for a service durning a home sale because they were just trying to convince my clients they needed a new system just because of the age every though it had been serviced every single year and well maintained. Aiden and Andrew came to clean our ducts today. They did an awesome job and I look forward to breathing clean air! I also had mentioned to them that we recently heard mice in our ducts. They took extra care to search and look for places where mice would have entry. They went as far as going into our crawl space to look at duct work and also looking at the heating and cooling unit outside for possible holes. They did find and repaired a spot outside. They were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Air!

Amazing experience with Brandon Day and Chris Williams with Ultimate Heating and Air. Super great guys and made bad news much better with special promotions and handling things as part of the HVAC/AC replacement. They are even replacing my water heater and fixing some of our challenges with air return and heating/air in our outer rooms. The price was better than expected and the quality of life will be a huge improvement. And all of this with a fast turn around time in 100 degree weather. And they get the job done right.A year back we bought a house with a rinky-dink HVAC system that somehow passed inspection, but we quickly learned over the winter it needed a major overhaul (a third party insulation expert straight up told us: I cant fix this, you need to talk with an HVAC company). Dale and his team came in, did an extraordinarily thorough assessment before their bid, and gave us multiple options. We ended up choosing them, and under no pressure at all decided on moving the furnace out of the attic (builder never should have put it there), sealing up majorly leaky ductwork, and relocating a new air handler to an unused linen closet so we wouldnt be bleeding heat up to the roof which had been causing all sorts of trouble.Sounds like major surgery, right? Yet they handled it all with flying colors, as minimal as possible mess, and even seemed to be enjoying the hard work of solving these problems. We were in a real bind. And they found a solution that was equal parts effective, efficient, and straight-up elegant. The geometry alone makes my mind melt (see pic of new system in old towel closet)... And its quiet too.I dont write many reviews of businesses on google. Probably because Ive been let down a lot, and theres enough negativity in the world already. I can also be long winded. And nobody would ever read this far. But I will 100% use Ultimate Heating and Air moving forward, and wholeheartedly recommend them.And if I ever need a kidney transplant, I can only hope the docs are cut from the same cloth as these folks.
