The staff is friendly and extremely professional. Our delivery driver is great! He went out of his way to come out and get our service started as we had no gas at all! He stated he wanted to ensure that we had fuel so we could cook and get the fireplace going since the temperature was going to drop. Their rates are lower than their competition. I would highly recommend their services!

We just recently purchased a gas log fireplace as well as a mantle from Sander’s Gas, Air & Heat and we were pleasantly surprised at the total cost along with the speed in which it was installed. The service techs were polite, knowledgeable and best of all they cleaned up after themselves! Good company!

I am a Propane customer and have been for 3 years now. Service is always quick and the guy who pumps my tank is very courteous. From what I can tell this company has been around since the late 40s/ early 50s?? That says a lot to me!!

They are very nice and are always ready to serve the customers and do a great job and will assist you with the propane tank for you. From the.fr onto desk to men that refilled the tanks are always courteous to me . The price for 5 gallon is great and beat around. I leave Rose Hill MS, to get my. tanks filled because they are the best price. More gas for your bucks and they always greet you with a smile and great service.

First of all, Ive never written a review before. 2 years ago I went here for a refill on some propane tanks for our RV. Fast forward to last Friday, Jan 22, 2021. We had a problem with propane not flowing in the RV. I called every RV place within 50 miles and got zero help. I remembered seeing a lot of propane stuff here, like fireplaces, heaters etc and took a chance. Boy, did I go to the right place! I brought in an assembly which was immediately taken to the back. At that time, a very well dressed man came out to help us. I assume he is one of, if not the, owner(s). He repaired our hose and tested our valve for a very reasonable fee. An hour later our hunting camp was back in hot showers, heat, and cooking ability. Life saver. I have a hard time believing anyone experienced less than that level of service. When (not if) I go back there, they will never know me from Adam, and I have no doubt I will be treated the same. Thanks for the great service - which compelled me to write my first review.

Techs came for an annual checkup and ran into some problems which carried on into the afternoon but they did come back and get us up and working. Both Techs worked together, were kind, and very professional.

I hate issuing businesses bad reviews, unfortunately Sanders Gas has earned this one . I reported having no gas about two weeks ago via voicemail on a Saturday and received gas that Same day (which was great) However, the tech only filled one tank, compared to both tanks. He informed me that he’d be back the following Friday to fill the next tank. Thursday came, I began to smell gas, so I reported it to the office and was informed “Friday is the day that the tech comes to your location”. I said ok was just reporting that I smelled it to do my part. Friday came .. no tech ... now on today ( the coldest day in recent AL/MS HISTORY Tuesday I RUN OUT OF GAS) I called in and was informed that no tech will be out to fill my tank, because the tech only comes in this direction on Friday.Update: the tech will be coming out today !What I learned today: it’s important to be a regular customer . Regular customers are considered as priority and could be serviced within 24-48 hours.I recommend you guys give them a shot and see how your experience goes .

Sanders installed my latest Hvac system. Before installing they had done the preventive maintenance, during this service they found that not only was the air handler in very bad shape but the way the house was designed that changing some of the set up (where parts of my system were placed) would better control the humidity that had caused damage in the past. My family and I were very pleased.
