AWESOME!!! MY A/C & HEAT UNIT COMPLETELY STOPPED & WOULD NOT TURN ON. I called Precision H & C at 1:30 pm, Thomas Barnett showed up at 3:00 pm. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, wasted no time and He had the new parts needed. MY A/C & HEAT IS RUNNING LIKE NEW. WE WILL BE WARM TONITE. I called this morning around eight am and Thomas was at my house within the hour. He not only fixed the problem but also informed us about the type of unit we have. We bought the house not knowing much about the HVAC unit. He was up front about his fees as well. I believe his service was outstanding! Very professional, timely and reasonable. My husband had contacted another local HVAC company and they wouldn’t have been able to come until the next day. We are so thankful for Thomas’ timely manner. We will definitely use them again if need be.

PHC does a fantastic job. They always come out when you call them with an issue. We recently needed to totally replace out unit and Derick and Tommy recommended the new Boche system. This thing is SUPER quiet compared to our previous unit and although it’s hard to tell this time of year, it appears to be a lot more efficient. I can’t recommend PHC enough. They won’t let you down.

I called this company after a quick Google search to get an appointment scheduled for someone to take a look at an unresponsive unit and ended up getting the owner (Derek). He let me know that he could stop by within the hour (which he did!). He tried resuscitating the old unit to no avail and promptly worked with me to decide on a new unit and get it ordered. Within a couple of days I had cool air blowing again.I asked for smart thermostats as well, which they had to order. Tommy brought them by to install once they were in hand and got me up and connected without any issues.Definitely a team of pros and Id highly recommend them.

After years and thousands of dollars I finally found a technician who was fair and honest. A lot of us don’t know about hvac systems and trust the people we hire to take care of it and have integrity. Unfortunately we went a few rounds without that before we found this company. The owner was very professional and thorough. He was very detailed and explained to us exactly what was going on and what needed to be done. He even corrected mistakes done by other technicians in the past. As long as this company is in business, they will have our business. I don’t have a negative thing to say about Precision. Highly recommend.

I also felt that the owner sincerely cared about my situation and, out of all the others I had talked to, he is surely the most knowledgeable. In the end, everything he and his crew did was carried out with an extra, particular attention to detail. They also offered, by far, the very best options for financing. The owner personally followed up with me in the days after the installation just to make sure I was completely satisfied and understood every detail of my new system. Our AC blower stopped working on Christmas so I called another company first thing that Monday after. After 1.5 weeks of going back and forth with this company, I called Precision. They showed up yesterday 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled appt time, diagnosed my unit to confirm the issue and had the new blower installed today. Derrick and Tommy told us they would have our unit operational the next day, Thursday at the latest after ordering the part. They stood by their words because my unit is fixed and blowing better than ever after one day where the other company left us stranded with no call backs or anything after saying they had ordered our replacement part. When the temperature drops from 80 to 29 outside overnight plus snow, time is important and I am forever thankful for these guys working swiftly to get our unit working again. I highly recommend Precision and will definitely use them in the future for any HVAC related issues. Thanks Again!

I highly recommend Precision Heating and Cooling! My ac went out Sunday while I was at work. Monday I called another company who had done some work for me about 5 months ago. The guy came out Tuesday morning and he didnt even look at the heat pump he just said your compressor is gone and it by itself cant be fixed and then tried to sell me a new heat pump, which I cant afford.So I ended up talking to Daniel from PHC and he asked me what was going on with my ac and I told him. Immediately he said it was probably just a capacitor and that was an easy fix and that they would be out that afternoon. Mr Tommy came out and turned out it was what they said it was and he had it fixed in no time! He was very nice,professional and knowledgeable! I will definitely be calling them from now on!! Derek Weir and his crew came to my house was able to troubleshoot and diagnose my issue of a malfunctioning circuit board.
