I needed to have someone come look at my A/C as it quit working properly on 08/02/24. 1st I called Right Now Heating/Cooling, We can get someone there by Thursday of next week. We (Canyon County) are supposed to be in 100-95 degree heat for the next 10 days, Are you effing kidding me..!! A Facebook friend told me to call Easy Heating & Air, they came withing 45 mins of calling them today (08/03/24), I couldnt believe & was so thankful. Would recommend this company to anyone & Right Now can kick rocks..!!

Morgan, Kelly and the team at Easy Heating and Air are one of the most responsive companies Ive ever worked with. Much appreciated. I had them install an energy efficient Daikin FIT heat pump system at my home in Boise. After the install an issue with the ducting was identified that made it audibly loud. They came back out and re-did the ductwork at basically no extra cost. They take customer satisfaction very seriously and Ive been super happy with the system.When the system went down due to an unexpected dirty air filter (user error), they were out on a Sunday afternoon in 107F to troubleshoot w/ in 2 hours. Very impressed. Def recommend these guys.

Called them a few days ago because our AC unit wouldnt turn on with new Nest Thermostat I installed in February. The technician came and spent two hours on a Friday (Memorial Day holiday weekend) evening trouble-shooting the system. Found a random short near the control board. Thankful for the quick appointment and perseverance of the technician. We also had them install a gas line to our outdoor fireplace a few months ago for a reasonable price and it was done professionally and timely. They service our HVAC system yearly. Definitely recommend this company. They are excellent.

Easy Heating and Air has done some work for me on a few occasions recently. I’m fixing up an older place, and they’ve been extremely helpful in getting things into good working order. They’re always on time-in fact, on one occasion when my AC suddenly wouldn’t work, someone was at my house in 30 minutes and solved the problem very quickly. I’ve found all their employees to be very courteous and professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again any time.

My elderly parents heater went out this winter on a weekend. I called Morgan at Easy Heating and Air because of previous business that I did with him a couple of years back. (great, honest service and timeliness then as well) They came out on a Sunday afternoon and fixed the older system in about an hour. My folks were really relieved to have the heat back on in 30 deg outside temps. Their fireplace wasnt really keeping up. Fair price and great service, cant ask for much more than that.Thanks Morgan and James(their technician) and the rest of the gang at Easy Heating and Air for taking care of my parents. I really appreciate you guys.

We have hired East Heating and Air multiple times to help with our heating and air conditioning needs. We found them when our gas heater gave up the ghost about four years ago in Caldwell . They were one of about 4 contractors we spoke to. We found them to be knowledgeable, reliable, professional and fairly priced. They didn’t do any arm twisting, they didn’t hound us, the helped us immensely! They are always “Johnny on the spot” and that has remained consistent throughout the years. We moved to a new home and it also needed a new system and they helped us with that too. I also purchased the annual maintenance program because they come out and do our AC and heat checks in the spring and fall without fail. I highly recommend Easy Heating and Air.

Easy H & A replaced the furnace and AC in our 42 year old house in Eagle while retaining our existing duct system. Our existing AC/Furnace had been installed 20 years earlier and was not cooling the house well and temperatures were unbalanced between upstairs and down. They did quality work, finished in timely manner, honored there quote, and the new system works way better than the old. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Easy Heating & Air we’re the best in terms of time to respond, pricing, professionalism, sharing information and discussing various options. Big thanks to Morgan for all his help in selecting the right system and getting us scheduled in a short amount of time. The installation team was excellent as well…quality installation, they left the area cleaner than what they found it and they were professional / personable.I do not typically write reviews, but this team is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Easy Heating & Air to anyone looking for professionalism and quality at a great price.

We needed to replace our tankless water heater and had several companies come give us bids. Most of the companies wanted to over sell us huge tankless systems that would also require upgrading the size of our gas lines. Morgan came out and reviewed our situation and recommended a smaller but more than sufficient unit for our small house. He was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. The company arrived when they said they would and smoothly installed the tankless water heater and completed inspection in one day. We did have a slight issue 6 months later but called and they came out the same day to fix with zero charge. We have had various experiences with contractors while upgrading our old home and this is a company we would recommend.

I had my entire system replaced; heating\air\thermostat. The old system was inefficient, ran constantly, and something had to be done. From my initial contact with Kelly Martin (owner) and all communications with this business staff the experience was extremely professional. The cost was below what I had expected and the installed units are top of the line, quiet, and very efficient. From the time I committed to the purchase and installation of the products the process was very smooth and took less than 4 days. The installation tech, Tony, is knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. The entire Easy Heating and Air staff checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was satisfied. The office staff is a joy to work with. Recently retired and having worked with numerous businesses and business people during my career it’s refreshing to know there are still excellent businesses like this out there.By the way, they have also done a lot of work at my daughters home as well. She is very satisfied 😊

I was blown out of the water at the estimate compared to other companies, the techs were very respectful and explained the differences between the different systems and how to get the most out of my money. I was able to get exactly what I needed for around 1/3 of the price of other estimates I received and without being talked down to, an issue I had with several other HVAC companies.The air conditioner itself works great and I was scheduled quickly for the install. The guys got it done before 1pm on the scheduled day too!

I called Easy Air and talked to Serena because our AC was not working. I totally expected to be put out for a week out two…even asking if I could possibly get fixed this year. She was pleasant and helpful…found a spot the next day. Thank goodness because on Monday it’s forecasted to be 100F+! Mike came on time, very polite. He quickly identified the problem, had the part in his truck and left an hour later with our AC fully functioning. I’ll tell you I got their name from a previous client of theirs who was so pleased with their service. Can’t recommend them highly enough!!

Wonderful! We had our A/C go out about a year ago and had Easy Air out to replace our condenser unit. They were the best rate we could find after 3 quotes, and they beat the competition by a LOT. And without the upsell, they stuck to my needs and budget. They dispatched enough technicians to complete the work in a timely fashion, because my kids were scorching in the house and they knew the faster they worked, the faster my kids would be cooled off.Well, tonight we had to put the 10-year warranty and 24/7 service to the test. I called at 8PM Friday night with symptoms of a blown capacitor, I had no cold air and once again, in this 100+ weather, my kids and pregnant wife were miserable. Easy Air answered on the first call, dispatched a technician, and were pulling up to my house by 9PM.Mike Thompson replaced the capacitor and a blown fuse (as well as the good fuse) free of charge, as it was covered under warranty. And he did it in about 10 minutes.My kids are able to sleep in pajamas tonight thanks to Mike Thompson at Easy Air. Thanks, dude. We will continue to use Easy Air for all of our HVAC needs.

Our AC started having issues and it was getting hot in our house (up to 84 one day BLEH!!). We called our worthless home warranty company which sent out a tech. He must have been trying to milk the company or something. He said our compressor was bad and then our warranty company denied the repair. So we could have been out 1300+ dollars. We found Easy Heating & Air on Home Advisor. We were called quickly and was told they could be there within the hour. Mike Thompson was our tech. He checked our system. We were told it wasnt the compressor after all but a part (dual capacitor). Everything was installed and he waited for about 10 minutes to make sure everything was good. With a one year maintenance warranty the cost was only $508. So much better than the original quote.

These guys helped us out in a big way (Morgan and Jeremy). Our water heater kicked the bucket on a holiday and they were there the next day (on a Sunday) to help us get it replaced quickly. They were transparent and timely about pricing. Morgan even encouraged me to shop around since we needed a new one quickly, but advised me dont let em rake you over the coals. Because of that I decided just to wait the 12 hours and have them put it in. The work was good and fast. Will use them again.

I purchasesd my home a year ago. The house is 17 years old, and was in need of a A/C heating system replacement and the water heater was going out as well. The house is 2 story and I wanted a system that would keep the whole house cooled and heated without breaking the bank. I interviewed 3 companies, and Easy had the best solution with a fair price. It was a 3 day process and the technicians did a fantastic installation job. They took great pride in their work. I also elected to install a tankless water heater. I never had one, and I am not sorry I chose to get one. Easy also ensured I took advantage of any rebates available to me. The system kept the house warm during our first winter, and the A/C did not disappoint when summer came. I had a minor technical issue with the upstairs thermostat, but Mike, our tech came out and resolved the issue. I just had Mike out today for the heater maintenance, and as always friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. It has been a good first year. Easy has definately earned my buisness, and will continue to do so. Give them a call you wont be sorry.

They did a bid on Monday, and after sorting through 4 bids, it was my choice to work with John K., their very savvy and competent technician who replaced the water heater in a crawl space “project from Hell”. He and his helper had tight quarters that required digging out the space to get the existing one and it’s dead soldier mate out from under my house. I received a quality name brand replacement and they offer a 10 year warranty on parts and replacement. Service was timely and their office staff were friendly and helpful, too. If you need a water heating system, I highly recommend this company.

I cannot give this company enough stars. It has been such a pleasure working with them. They really do go the extra mile. Our latest problem was with our tankless water heater. We were getting intermittent hot water from our 12 year old unit and asked Easy to come out and look at it. The first time, the tech (KellyBuhl) responded that morning and discovered a problem with the controller board which could be reset but it continued to act up. The second time he came out again, same problem but happening more often. We decided then to replace the unit. This was done that SAME week and very quickly by Kelly and Hector. Unfortunately, the unit installed developed a problem with the inductor bearing under high demand. Kelly Martin came out and decided to replace the entire unit under warranty instead of waiting 5 days for parts. Again, they replaced the unit the NEXT day. And the unit works great.If you want a company that is “easy” to work with then Easy Heating and Air is the company.

My partner chose Easy Heating and Air several years ago for a complete new HVAC system and we have been very impressed with them. I was a little concerned because the proposal was just over half what a larger company in Boise quoted. Whether he calls with a concern, or for scheduled maintenance, they always resolve issues quickly and professionally. When I was flying into the country last week, I received a panicked text from my property manager stating the HVAC was out in my rental house. I called Easy and Morgan went out the same night and sent me an itemized proposal (while still on layover), which was VERY much lower than the estimate the property manager obtained from another company, so I decided to add a new a/c unit at this time as well. They got the work done immediately and Regan was wonderful getting everything handled on the billing. Highly recommend Easy Heating.

LOVE this company! Last summer, they replaced our furnace/ac ducts. They arrived as scheduled, did quality work, and offered a very reasonable price. A day or so after the job, I noticed an issue with one of the vents. I called and they immediately sent a tech over to make it right.We used them a second time in the fall to repair a drain issue with the ac unit. Once again, fantastic work, knowledgeable, friendly, and very informative!We scheduled a general Maintenance inspection with them a little over a month ago. They showed up, adjusted a few things to make our furnace run more efficiently and went over some options, (including interest free financing) for a much needed upgrade, (our furnace is ancient!).Tonight, so far, the snowiest night of the year, our furnace went out. We called Morgan on the main line and had James at our door within an hour. He really knows his stuff and is extremely friendly and informative! He replaced the relay switch, gave us an excellent price, and had our furnace running within an hour!We are definitely lifers of Easy H&A, now, and plan to have them install a whole new furnace and ac condenser in the spring.Thanks for being awesome, you guys!

Mike Thompson was very professional and explained all the problems in detail of my old furnace and why I should replace it.i had them come out and replace the water heater with a tankless unit. they did a great job all around. so I had them look at the furnace which was hitting 18yrs of service. they took it down to the frame and showed me everything that was wrong and what could happen next winter. I decided to get a new unit and they gave me a great price. they came out the next day and did a fantastic installation. everything was neat and clean. looked better than the original unit. Tony and Steve did a great job.

Paul and Riley were very professional and informative. It all started with the exhaust fan in the bathroom being changed out and I found out that exhaust fan was not vented through the roof. So they checked all exhaust fans in attic and made sure they were in good shape and vented properly. Next in changing out the radon fan on hvac which was very noisy found the bearings going out. Now quiet. They installed a ductless daikin heating and cooling system in the rv bay. I would highly recommend this team to anyone.

These guys are amazing! I am blow away at how quick and efficient they were. They came out and replaced both my AC and furnace all in the same day! They even were able to do this while running into a few problems since the house is a little older. Its nice to know that there are still companies out there who stick to their word and do amazing work. I will never call another company now that I know about these guys.
