The technician arrived within the time frame that had been established. He was very respectful both of me and of the fact that I have a fairly large dog. The 2 guys that hooked the water heater up was great. The major problem was I didn’t get the electric water heater upon delivery. I didn’t appreciate being told 1 thing & something else was done. They ran conduit lines around my garage it it looks bad!!! Horrible sales but the guys did there best with what they were instructed to do. The 4 stars are just for the installers .!!! Proflo gets a ZERO!!!

We had a toilet that needed to be unclogged. Salvador was our plumbing tech. He was on time and very courteous. He got the job done and did a great job. And the whole service was very affordable! Overall excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Pro Flo.

Update: June 2024 - had more major plumbing issues with my 40+ year old home and Jamie was integral in helping me solve the issues, he and his team were very helpful in the process, and Jamie made sure I knew all of the options, not just the most expensive ones, which really put my mind at ease!! Thank you Jamie and ProFlo!!Aldo at ProFlo came this morning for my 1st service in my annual service program and he was awesome, so kind and helpful. I couldnt understand why my electric bill had been increasing so much over the last 2 months and when he showed me how dirty my units coils were, then I understood! Aldo was wonderful in making sure everything was checked and explained the health of my unit, what to watch for and all the information I needed. I highly recommend!

I didnt hesitate to contact ProFlo.Service Tech Preston explained up front the process and what it would cost to clear the drain. Preston provided fast, friendly, honest and professional service. Needed valves replaced in bath/shower . I used ProFlo to install our HVAC last year and was very happy with their work and decided to call them on the plumbing. Preston was the installer. He called and gave me the time he would arrive and was there when he said he would be. He installed a new single valve and back plate, looks great and no more leaks. Cleaned the area and was very polite , friendly and efficient. Once again ProFlo met my expectations!!

Enrique was great. He called to see if it was ok to arrive early, which was great. When he came, I explained what was needed and he got right to work. He performed a full diagnostic of the system and provided recommendations to keep the system running at its optimum performance. Ive used ProFlo for both HVAC and Plumbing and will continue to call on them when those needs arise. I definitely recommend their service.

Salvador was a nice person. I explained to him what the issue was and showed him where to access the problem. He did a great job at explaining to me the issue and how to fix it, the cost of it and that he would need to go to Home Depot for some parts. Great communication. He did a great job. If I have issue in the future I will ask for him to come back.

Aldo showed up today when our HVAC went out. What a personable professional pointed out to us that the motor for it was still under warranty and saved us $500 because we didnt even know it was under warranty. Our experience with Pro Flo was absolutely outstanding. They are a perfect example of how a business should be managed. From speaking with Justine on the phone, setting up our diagnostic appointment was quick and easy. Mateo was the technician who came out to check our air conditioning unit. He was very thorough and gave us an honest evaluation of what we needed. When we decided on replacing our entire system, Mateo made sure the whole process would go smoothly. The team showed up on time, lead by Bobby. They were courteous and made sure everything was covered up around the work area inside, even the carpet. Considering they replaced our entire system, they were very efficient and by the end of the day we were enjoying our air conditioning. Good job guys! We will definitely refer Pro Flo to all our family and friends. Thank you!
