I was impressed with how much experience he has on the old houses in Sun City. He explained how they plumbing vents and alternative to fixing clearing the drain should snaking it not work. This is now my fourth time using American Plumbers and they are the best! They sent a text letting me know it was time for my annual plumbing check and as in the past, William arrived right at the scheduled time, having texted to say he was en route. Everything checked out and he didn’t try to upsell me on unneeded repairs ( they NEVER do this.) William is professional, pleasant and straightforward about what does and doesn’t need repairing or replacing. I recommend them highly and without reservation. There’s just something about family owned business that makes them nicer to work with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Addendum.William just replaced the cartridge in my bathtub faucet, restoring my hot water!! American Plumbing Service re-piped my whole house a couple years back and we couldn’t be more happy with there services . Clean quick service. Were on a raised foundation and where they had to remove drywall to do there work you can’t even tell patch work was great . And I just recently had a shower valve that was dripping the valve wasn’t closing completely I called and William was at my house within a two days . Replaced the valve under warranty it sure if it was still under warranty being a couple years old but he didn’t even hesitate in and out . I would recommend American Plumbing Service to anyone !! We were pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone and put us on the schedule for the next day. They had a full day but they were still able to replace our water heater the next evening (on a Friday night) so we didn’t have to go all weekend without hot water! Truly an incredible, small business, that works hard!A few month later a part went out on the same water heater and they were able to come out same day and resolve the problem, and it was all covered under warranty!Highly recommend this company for all your needs! I was happy that my call on Sunday (American Plumbing doesn’t do house calls on Sundays) was answered in a professional manner and during the MLK holiday weekend. He gave me an appointment for Tuesday. Plumber arrived on time to give me a free estimate. After which 10% is expected upfront if job is accepted by both parties, the remaining balance upon completion of the job. I appreciated that he let me know that it would involve some removal of the dry wall before he made any holes in the wall. He explained the work that had to be done. He recommended a restoration company to further assist me with the drywall installation. He did a very thorough and professional job. I don’t have any more leaky pipes which gives me peace of mind. American Plumbing Service replaced a gas line and they did a magnificent job. When the gas company turned on my gas the gas man didnt complete the adjustment for the hot water tank temperature. William came out and checked it and adjusted it to the right temperature for my hot water. I cant thank him and his company enough for their service. My husband and I Andre Nicholson live in Hemet california. Our first encounter with American plumbing was on 12/17 to have her plumbing snaked out due to bathroom backup. I Made an appointment for 12/19 for to William come out and give us a price on chain cleaning he quoted a price of $3200 William returned 12/20 on time as usual with Jim and crew to do the chain cleaning. The chain cleaning uncovered cracks in the pipes William explain to us about pipe filling so we scheduled for them to come out the next day to do the pipe feeling which at this point the job is now $8700. William and Robert arrived on time along with the other crew to do the pipe filling. Robert and William wrote up the sleeves got to work and were here through the whole ordeal and I do mean ordeal. William explained everything to us clearly due to unforseen circumstances. William made us feel comfortable even though the job was getting more and more expensive problem after problem, For example they had to come indoors and open my wall two feet by 3 ft to get to a pipe where the liner had clogged the drain pipe from the sink in the guest bathroom. This job took close to 9 hours and they were here from beginning to end. Once Robert and William finished it was like they were never here, they cleaned up and arranged my yard to where you cant even tell they were here. My flower bed actually looks better than it did before they started working LOL. This job what from $3200 to $8700 Im glad its done. Awesome service, I called due to my kitchen line backing up. Wil came out when he said he would and thankfully was able to solve our problem. Their pricing beat others advertised prices and I didnt feel pressured or like I was being over sold. I definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing issues you may have.

This time it was a big job–chain descaling my sewer lines to remove years of stuck-on stuff. They scoped and descaled and flushed with water then started over again until they were satisfied that they had removed as much as possible. Now my old cast iron pipes are looking good. This was preventive maintenance or an ounce of prevention is worth pound of cure! APS had scoped my lines several week ago and I watched. It grossed me out! Thats William told me about descaling–I jumped on it. Yes, its not cheap. However, neither is breaking floors–once was enough for that. I am a loyal customer of APS.

Robert (License #933456) not only arrived on time but phoned from his last job that he was enroute. Both he and his understudy were professional, friendly and entertained questions about the job at hand and also why they truly enjoy what they are doing. Both put on shoe protectors so they wouldn’t track any debris in the house.They did not mind my inquisitive nature and let me observe the total removal and install of a Delta shower/tub fixture kit. The removal of a Delta assembly that was installed when the house was built in 1996. Needless to say, Delta products have changed in 25 years so a total diverter/ valve needed to be cut out and replaced by a newer, one piece unit.Once the job was complete, the shower worked as brand new and the tub/ shower was throughly cleaned.I will not hesitate to call upon American Plumbing Service and specifically ask for Robert if needed.
