Our water heater ended up going out last night. I really did not want to do the repair or replacement myself. I did a lot of research online, and read many reviews. From this, I found All Star Water Heaters Inc. of Menifee. They had great reviews. I gave them a call this morning and Jeff answered the phone. I explained what was going on with my water heater. Jeff went through and explained to me all of my options, and the costs upfront. We decided to get a new water heater with them, as ours was over 10 years old. They got us a Bradford White 50 gallon water heater, made in the U.S.A. They would also replace every hose, line, and drip pan. He would also be able to get a technician out to our house latertoday. We decided to go this route. Jeff gave me a timeline and our technicians name. Our technician Chris N. came out to our home shortly after. Chris introduced himself to us, explained what he was going to do, and how long the water would be off. He then proceeded to get to work. In no time at all, he was finishing up his work. He checked and tested everything and cleaned up. Also, showed me how to light the pilot just in case.A totally painless process, great service, communication, price, and people. We HIGHLY recommend them.

Called to have a water heater replaced and brought up to code. All star water heater had a plumber out very quickly. Dave was our plumber and we couldn’t have been happier! Dave was very knowledgeable and incredibly detailed. Would recommend to anyone for a water heater or plumbing in general!

My day started off pretty sh*++y when the garage flooded because something busted in my water heater. I shut off the water, went to Lowes, first thing, and they sold me a water heater and installation from All Star Water Heaters.That same morning, I got a phone call from someone (I wish I remembered his name, but I didnt because I was in a bad mood) who told me I could be scheduled for a 3-7 window but would call if anything sooner could open up. Looking back, he was very respectful and handled the scheduling quickly and professionally. Its a shame I couldnt credit his good service as well.A little after noon, the dispatch guy whose name I forgot, calls and says they can fit me in within the hour, so I go home and wait less than an hour for Jonathan to show up with my water heater.Because they often work for 10+ years without maintenance or incident, water heaters are overlooked. I knew nothing about the maintenance and never bothered to look into taking care of it. Jonathan politely answered my prodding questions, took time to assess how he was going to get the job done, and he did it despite my pestering. His soldering wasnt pretty, but he tested it for leakage right in front of me and he worked around specific building needs while doing so. He was honest, helpful, and, if he did regular plumbing, Id call All Star before going to Lowes and request Jonathan the next time my neglected and poorly maintained water pipes flood my house.5 stars for dealing with this disgruntled customer by politely and professionally providing great service and information.

Your installer, Dave, finished my installation about 2 hours ago. I am 130% satisfied with the whole experience of working with Dave. He is a true professional and really knows his craft. Whenever I had a question, he took time to answer it and then checked to make sure that I understood his explanation. He really believes in a quality installation; it is clearly reflected in his end product.Dave, thank you so much for your work and your positive attitude. Johnathon Cuevas was my installer and went above and beyond in his performance. He was polite and professional and when I asked about the price on changing out the old shut off valve he said he’d do it for free. This involves taking down the newly involved water heater to gain access (which I didn’t know at the time). He did it all with a smile on his face. Everything was installed correctly and works great. This is on top of the best price I could find for my area. (Another company I called wanted almost $2000, versus the $1400 I paid here and that was with a more expensive unit). Got into contact with them through Lowe’s (other company was through Home Depot I turned them down due to price), and they called within an hour of buying the heater and installed it the same day. 10/10 fantastic service would recommend to anyone.

All Star Water Heaters was awesome! I was in a bind with needing to be at 2 places at once, trying to schedule the water heater install and they graciously worked with my schedule. Thanks to them we were able to get hot water flowing before anyone lost it! :) The service tech was super helpful with his instructions and everything ran smoothly. Would definitely use them again! 5 Stars!

The initial representative in the office from All Star Water, Jeff, couldn’t have been more helpful in helping to problem solve, finding a solution to install a new hot water heater in a space that was too tight and initially not to code. He patiently fielded several questions on several phone calls and continued to offered his assistance with each call.The installer, Jonathan Cuevas, was on time and courteous. He was very thorough in his installation and gave thorough instructions to the tenants with regard to initial use of the hot water heater after installation. Installation was safe and to code.This all was arranged through Lowe’s. The woman in charge of installations, Michelle, also could not have been more helpful and was definitely very customer and service oriented.From beginning to end, it was a very positive experience and a demonstration of how customer service should go. Unfortunately, this is often the exception rather than the rule. I give an unqualified recommendation to Lowe’s installation department and to All Star Water Heaters. Barring anything unforeseen, I’m a very satisfied customer.Duane

Dave is a total professional and his attention to detail was amazing. He was able to spot the problem right away after removing the Burner Door Assembly. It took him less than 30 minutes to get my water heater up and running again. You wont be disappointed

We called Friday 12/18/20 about 3pm or so and left a message I received a call back very quickly fromJohn he heard our issue and gave me a ball park estimate which was a good price. I did not feel cheated or over charged. They even came out same day at about 6pm and did the actual job! Talk about great service! Dave showed up and was courteous and explained what needed to be done and took care of our water heater leak quickly and we paid a great price. Thank you! I would really recommend this company.

Jonathan came and got the job done. He found that my old water heater straps weren’t attached to the studs, so he corrected that. Wore his mask the whole time, which shows that he and his company are appropriately concerned about the virus. I would definitely use All Star again.

Consider it Done.Weve used Lowes products and installers numerous times, one specific installation was our home water heater some 5 years ago.When we decided to start fresh with a new water heater in a rental condo we recently purchased, we again enlisted Lowes to do the job. This install was complicated by it being a second story condo in a 33 year old condo development that had not designed in the water line to the outside, necessary for the water pan underneath, which is required for a city permit. The team that came on site to inspect the install at first said the install could not go forward due to this limitation.They contacted Jeff at the All Star Water Heater home office who guided them through the process of determining that the existing pressure release valve and external pipe could be modified to meet city requirements. We later learned that Jeff was able to gain agreement with the Vista City engineer that tapping into this line would allow the install to be permitted (thus dodging a bullet for us).On the day of the install I was pleased to recognize Dave Smith, as the installer on our home unit. Dave is a no-nonsense guy who tends to skip the chat about family and weather and puts his full attention into the project at hand. Fine with me.Dave had no preparation for the complication this installation presented. I described the issue best I could, wondering what our result would be. Dave listened intently to my rough explanation and simply replied with what is now my favorite 3-word reply from a service representative: Consider it Done.Per his style, Dave went straight to work on the necessary re-plumbing for the installation like hed done this one or two times already (this week). Time for installation seemed no longer than a standard install. Dave cleaned up the job site and was out the door in record time despite the complication.I can highly recommend Lowes system of sale and installation once again, thanks to All Star Water Heaters, Jeff at their home office, and, of course, Dave Smith. Im pretty sure Dave gave their company the best customer slogan ever - even if off-handidly - Consider it done.Well done All Star Water Heaters. Well done.

Very professional! Installed through LOWES.my parents needed a new one and needed to bring it up to code in an old Redlands home. They did a VERY professional install! About $1350. With platform, shut off valves, overflow drain, straps and support. Inside a closet in the kitchen. Id call them for any plumbing job!!!
