I would say my overall experience with tas plumbing was good. Tim was easy to talk to and didnt beat around the bush. The only thing I would say that needs tobe improved upon, in the future would be the time reporting the Diagnostic report back to the home warranty. The process with the home warranty isnt a fast one to begin with that didnt help. Nonetheless, Tim did a great job and he did it quick. The repair he perform was done very well, hes definitely been doing this for a while. The other google reviews did paint the company in a bad light but this didnt reflect in my experience. I would recommend there services.

After reading reviews, I was worried. My home warranty assigned TAS Plumbing for the work order. I called the number I was given but with such small window (3pm-5pm) I called a different number (it was on my work order email). Mr. Tim answered and just so happened that he was in my area. He was over in a couple hours and my plumbing problem was fixed. It was friendly service with a job well done.

TAS Plumbing was sent out by my warranty company because we’ve had an occasional leaky toilet. Unfortunately, just like any item when it comes down to show the issue, it didn’t have a problem. Tim was very informative and explained some things on how we can prevent the issue but if it does occur again, he will come back over and have a look.

When he arrived, he knew right off what the problems were with the sink, the showerhead, and the draining. He also advised the temperature on the water heater was incorrect, he adjusted everything on the shower to make it work correctly. I was very very pleased with his service and advice..

We made a claim through our Home Warranty & it was assigned to TAS Plumbing. We could not be more satisfied. Tim arrived and fixed the problem of leaking under our kitchen sink. He also fixed to toilets that were having “ghost flushing”. No waiting to order parts as Tim had them on his truck. If we have any other plumbing problems we will contact Tim at TAS plumbing
