General plumbing came out to fix our clogged toilet pipes. It affected both toilets because they were connected, which meant we had no facilities to use. He came out quickly and fixed the problem quickly. There was a rat in the pipe that came from the street. My husband had tried to use a snake, but didnt have one long enough or strong enough. The plumber had the tools needed. We will definitely call him again if and when we need a reliable plumber.

We actually had a huge slab leak...again. Chris was sent to repair or replace. We decided to repipe the whole house after consulting with him. So glad we did. I know it was just a matter of time before another break below would happen. He and his partner completed everything in the amount of time he quoted. He is a plumber who is up to date on the plumbing world and the latest issues. I felt comfortable with his explanations, his knowledge, his experience, and his fairness.We recently called him back to install a bathroom sink. Before he did anything, he showed us that the faucet we had chosen would be too small for the over-the-counter sink. Thank goodness he pointed that out because we would not have been happy had we just gone ahead with our original selection. See, knowledgeable and trustworthy with experience.

Hi my name is Michael Kiminki, in April of 2014, I had a major leak in my sub floor of my home. It is a mobile home with out dated pvc. Chris Horton came and repaired the leak and gave me a good competitive quote. He is professional in all aspects relating to his profession.4 Years later I had another slight leak, I called Chris and with in 2 hrs he was there on time, and repaired it under warranty. I couldnt ask for a better service. As a Navy Veteran I am proud to know this Veteran also....I will always recommend General Plumbing Services.
