I had a water leak, and initially thought it was coming from the washer. However, after the appliance technician came by it was determined to be coming from the plumbing about the water heater. Thankfully we were referred to TnT Plumbing, Heating & Air! The did their best to fit us in on the same day, and Tim & Oscar had the bad elbow removed and repaired in no time! Very happy with their service and happ to recommend them.

Thank you to the team at TnT Plumbing. Starting with Tim, who provided the initial assessment and coordination of work and required equipment ordering. Joseph M. showed up punctually on the date promised; Joseph efficiently and safely dismantled the old water heater and installed the new one, all the while answering questions I had regarding the proper operation and required maintenance to prolong the life of the water heater.Throughout the process, Tim was available to answer questions before, during and after the install. Both Tim and Joseph exhibited expert knowledge and I whole-heartedly recommend their service.

I am supper stoked with the service that I received from Tim. He didnt try to up sell me on a new condenser like other companies were trying to do. I had a plumbing emergency and my insurance called TNT Plumbing for the service. I called the number and spoke to Kelly for a possible ETA of an appointment. I explained my problem and to her and she said give me a minute and I’ll call you back to see when we can get someone there. She called me right back and said someone was actually in Temecula and could swing by right away to see what could be done. She actually called me back after a little bit to let me know there had been an accident so there would be a delay to his arrival. I asked about the credentials and she was very complimentary and said he has 29 years experience and actually is the owner of the company so I would be in great hands. I received a couple of texts to let me know a timeline for his arrival. I’m here to tell you I received the best service all the way around from Kelly in the office to Tim Michielsen the owner/plumber. When he got here I showed him what was happening and within minutes he knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it . He sat down with me and discussed what my options wove and the cost. Tim was very honest and explained the problem and what could be done to take care of the problem. I now have a new water heater and new pipes all within 24 hours! It goes without saying I am so very thankful for both Kelly and Tim and their professionalism and the caring way they handle themselves and their business!! Oh did I mention these two also found each other and married! Makes me feel so very blessed to have met them! Now back to work , I can do a load of laundry. He was communicative on time he would be coming over, very respectful of my house and wearing booties, making sure my dog didn’t get out, etc. And mine was a unique issue, so he called his boss to check a few things, and then walked me through all his findings. TnT Plumbing Heating and Air: had to put a water heater in for me this was the best service i have ever had. when i called i talked with Timothy and he was on his way to another call i let him know my water heater was out we had not had any hot water for 3 day he said he would fit me in. i was happy about that. so about 2 hours later he called me and said he was on his way. so he tried to fix the water heater but it was just to old we needed a new one. this was on Tuesday and by today (Friday) i have a new water heater Thank you so much to Timothy and Tom you both are the best we will Definitely Recommend them
