    My water heater blew in the middle of the night and called Precision. Eli was able to fit me in that day. He did not try to upsell me. He was thorough and able to install a brand new water heater by that evening. His price was very fair and he was very professional. I highly recommend Precision Plumbing!

    Eli happened to be available when we called, due to the rescheduling of a fairly large job. He was able to come right over and install our new dishwasher. Eli was not only knowledgeable, he was immaculately dressed and friendly. Besides his installation of the dishwasher, we also enjoyed our time with him.

I called several companies and they gave me the run around since it was later in the day I called Elijah he was here in about 25 min I was so happy he was able to fix everything and was very professional and quick.     I gave my baby a bath and noticed the water was green the brown tinted. I was so worried, but it was 8pm on a Saturday. I called Precision, and Eli went through trying to diagnose our problem over the phone instead of charging us an after hours fee (because he thought it was possibly not much of an issue). He went through a list of questions, and sure enough, helped us fix the issue. Turns out it was dirt from city maintenance because once we ran all the faucets for a few minutes, the water was back to clear. Eli even called us back to tell my husband how to check further in case the water didnt clear. Thank you so much to Precision and Eli for being so caring and professional. You truly helped us!
