    I am absolutely happy with their service. I just opened a venue and come to find out that there is a clogged sink due to years of buildup from previous owner and had to get this situated immediately because of an event we are hosting tomorrow. First of all, they were able to accommodate the fact that I needed someone immediately. They sent out a gentleman by the name of David who was very informative on how to maintain the health of the drain and completed the job in such a professional and timely manner. Also they are very clean and pick up after themselves. Definitely will be using these guys again and recommend to anyone who needs a professional Plumbing service!

    We had a major leak in the kitchen and First Division Plumbing without hesitation came out to resolve the issue. They operated with the utmost integrity and professionalism. David the supervisor/CEO stayed in touch with me throughout the whole remediation process and made sure the job was completed in full. Him and his whole team were very friendly and caring. I would highly recommend this company. I will be using them again.

    Called First Division Plumbing this morning spoke to Erica she was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled my service and sent me a confirmation text with my technician information. Jacob arrived on time and called to explain my options. The repairs were made and at a reasonable price. Jacob and Erica were amazing I would definitely recommend First Division for your plumbing needs. They were patient, informative, fast and had reasonable prices!

    I used First Division Plumbing for a leak I had in my second story bathroom down to my kitchen. Called them up on a Thursday evening and David showed up early and ready to work the next day at 10 am! Talk about customer service! Problem was fixed and all issues resolved!

    I used many other plumbers over the last 10 years, First Division is FAR AND ABOVE, the best we have ever used. Yes I am a real person, we live in De Luz, we have a 10K sq foot home, so we have our fair share of issues. I never write reviews but felt it was warranted. They do great work, They have great prices, they are honest, respectful, and have even come out on the weekend when we had a house full of family for a holiday. They knew how important it was, and came out to take care of us.They actually care about their customers, they dont treat you like just another invoice, like most all the other ones do. Quite the opposite, they genuinely care, get to know you, and provide the best service, and make absolutely sure you are satisfied. This means everything to them. If you need any type of plumbing work, you will not find better, that is a fact. I know, as we have tried all the rest. They are fair, good prices, GREAT work, and truly a pleasure to do business with.

    On June 2nd 2004, I had an emergency where I needed a plumber to come ASAP, I called first division plumbing, DAVID answered my questions and actually reassured me he’s sending someone in an hr to rescue me, and guess what?, before an hr someone was at my door, the gentleman that came very very professional, explained everything that was going on, where the leaking was coming from in details, very friendly, and yes I will used them again, again and again, Thank u DAVID, God will continue to bless u and your family for putting smiles on my face again🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

    I had major leak in my home and had the water company send me many notifications.We made the right choice with First Division Plumbing. Office staff was friendly and patient with me. They quickly book my appointment and sent their technician. David came out to assist me with the problem and was very informative, gave me several options ad explained each option thoroughly. We went ahead and did our entire home repipe and thanks to their financing options we got approved instantly with 0 interest. They got to work right away and finished with no problems at all. Couldn’t be anymore happier with how my house turned out, he was right when he said “everything will be left spotless like we were never here.” Definitely best plumbers in the city !

    Very professional, on time and reasonable on pricing. David explained everything he had todo to get my house up and running again.     I recently found a leaking pipe in my home and right away I contacted my home warranty to fix. You would think when companies hear water leak to send someone out right away. No, two days has gone by with no response. So I Googled plumbing companies and First Division Plumbing popped up. Called and spoke with Technician Christian very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and was able to come out same day to assess the problem. Scheduled the repair the very next morning, finished in under 1 hour and reasonably priced. The best decision made since being a new homeowner. Thanks again Chiristian and First Division Plumbing

    Christian Ramirez did a solid job removing our existing water heater, running new lines, and installing our new tankless water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the existing plumbing in our home and gave us great advice on preparing for future projects.
