I am in the process of giving my bathroom a face lift and needed to order a custom counter as the dimensions were not a standard size. Alison Thrift was the design consultant who helped me this past week. I should have made an appointment as I went there on a Saturday morning. When I arrived she was with someone and would not be available until 1:00 pm (it was 11:30). She was kind enough to cut her lunch break short and help me with the counter. She was very helpful, provided me with options that I was not aware were available. This young lady knows her stuff! I also want to acknowledge another employee in this department. Her name was CC and she let me know that Alison would be a little while until she was done with the customer she was assisting. She offered me a bottled water while I waited. The only frustration that I have is that I had a question and have tried calling 3 times today and there is no one to answer the phones in that department. I guess I will keep trying. -
