First time I used Drain Magic was for a clogged sewer line and the experience was great. We just had another issue and after I called, they had a tech out later that morning. The problem was a broken pipe at the foundation. They fit us in the next morning and arrived earlier than expected. I am forever grateful to the guys that came out. Alex (Frenchy), Jordan and Christian were absolutely amazing. They were super friendly, honest, transparent and communicated everything to me step by step and also answered all the questions I had. This type of issue stresses me out more than anything and Frenchy put my mind at ease. He walked me through everything they did and even walked with me after the repairs were done to flush all the lines in our house and even supported me when I told him I wanted to bring the shop vac in just in case. They worked tirelessly in 100-degree heat to solve the problem.If you ever need someone to take care of these types of issues, do yourself a favor and call Drain Magic and ask for Frenchy and his crew. The owner of this company should be proud of the employees they have because they are kind, considerate, extremely knowledgeable and will make it right, whatever it takes. Alex French and his crew replaced a drain and slab at the bottom of my basement steps yesterday, and installed a sump just inside the door and ran the discharge from the back of the house to the front. Alex is very knowledgeable, understood the situation immediately and came up with a great creative solution. The crew was great - worked very fast, clean and got the job done in one day.Weve seen a lot of Drain Magic over the last two months - they replaced our entire sewer and both stacks, they are always responsive, reliable and they really know what theyre doing. On top of all that, their pricing is very fair. I wouldnt call anyone else.

Mike was great to work with - he came to provide an estimate; He ran video through the pipes and explained clearly the best way Drain Magic could help. He was honest and upfront about estimated costs and very knowledgable. I was able to schedule the work quickly and Andrew and his crew came a few days later and completed the job. I originally hired a plumbing company that did not have the proper equipment to get the job done quickly and effectively. Drain Magic completed a 2 day job in half a day without tearing up my basement flooring or my back yard. They respectfully put everything back in its place when they left. Highly recommend!

Codi is a plumbing savant. A true master. He quickly assessed the situation and made a call. He and his crew masterfully carved a path to lay new lines from here to there. Over 30’ And in no time flat. Two years of suffering through plumbing issues torn out, and completely new lines laid and buried by the end of lunch time. I had chickfila. That’s beside the point. For whatever reason the original plumbing for the kitchen and washer just ran off into the woods and were filled with roots and dirt. Sorry tree. No more free meals. The new lines were laid and connected to the main line in the other side of the property. Well done boys. In addition, Hunter, who is the original technician to come out to diagnose the problems did a really nice job and made it super easy to get financing and everything set up to be done as fast as possible. Super knowledgeable about what they do everything that they did has a lifetime warranty, so I don’t have to worry about drainage issues anymore in my home.

He explained why the pipe was draining slowly, what other potential issues we needed to be mindful of, and what the pros and cons of our options both short and long term were. We also had a visit from his field supervisor, John, who gave us valuable information on the long term solution for our aging pipes, and he was equally as great.

No one likes having to repair or replace a sewer line. They gave us a far more favorable estimate than the first one we received (very reasonable and fair for a tough, gross job). The workers were competent and friendly. They did a great job and thought of things we didnt expect that exceeded our expectations. The best part is that our yard doesnt look like a warzone because they specialize in minimal digging and disruption. Highly Recommended.

He re-explained everything that he was going to be doing; and explained what work task might change based on what he was actually seeing onsite - which was great because it avoided jackhammering unnecessarily. He explained why the change was being made and what he would check to verify that it was good for the project and us before implementing the change. He cleaned up the work area and explained that if any problems or issues arose to call Drain Magic immediately because the work is under warranty. Also Kalen provided excellent service as well. He provided our initial contact with Drain Magic. He investigated our issue the Friday after Thanksgiving. He was polite. He explained next steps which included having his supervisor come out to provide the repair estimate information. Great guys!!

What a professional and fast crew. They were able to identify the issue, and have it addressed quickly. Our septic system is 50 years old and had a clog that was not budging. They were able to come in, describe to me what was going on. Shows me on the camera in the pipe. Made recommendations for a long term resolution for our property, so we can avoid out of service days for the water in the future. The Techs were honest and took the time to answer my questions. They left the property after testing every drain and even made sure that the traps were filled back up after the jetting, so there was no smell from the septic tank. I highly recommend them. Personable, honest, and timely.They are my plumber of choice for my store locations! Photo is the drain in the sink after 5 min draining. After washing and rinsing out my coffee mug. It was that slow. Drain Magic, made that issue disappear like a magician.

Woke up to a sewer mess in the basement. 4inches of poopy water. Called Drain Magic. They came out in hours. And i live in Gettysburg. HUNTER was my tech and he was great. He was very professional and was able to send down a camera to see what was up. Here there was a huge blockage passed the house in the the line going to the road. He was able to dislodge it and all the water drained out. He informedMe that our drain was 70 years old and in dangerous bad condition. He troubleshooted and was able to figure out a very less expensive way to fix the problem. I really hope they give thier techs a bonus for doing such a great job. There costumer service when i called was human and very compassionate to my problem. THANK YOU DRAIN MAGIC. We can now flush the toilets. Lol. Bottome line, use them, you will not regret it.

A technician named Mike came out and was helpful, honest and friendly. He put our mind at ease and explained the next steps that we would have to take to fix the issue. After getting a few quotes, it was clear that EastCoast Trenchless was the way to go. They quickly scheduled us within a week, and we were off and running. A technician named Aaron came out and was very nice, patient and professional. He and his partner did a very solid job in a timely manner. I very much appreciated his hard work. EastCoast Trenchless also worked with me in regards to financing this project. When our sewer line backed up, we contacted a different contractor. We never felt comfortable with them so we reached out to East Coast. The difference in all aspects of the process was dramatic. Aaron showed up on short notice and did a complete - free - inspection of the problem. His estimate to fix the problem was THOUSANDS of dollars cheaper and far less intrusive. A crew of Seth, Nelson, Andrew, Codi, Dale, Ross, Brad, and John did the work - which was extensive - in just one day. They were outstanding in all aspects of the process! We couldnt have been any happier with East Coast.

We have had issues for the last several years with the toilet in the basement backing up with sewage. We have had numerous plumbing companies come out and no one has ever been able to find an issue. It happened again recently which lead us to East Coast Trenchless. They found the issue very quickly which unfortunately was a problem out by the road. They were able to fix that issue and then we needed to get the pipes replaced. Due to some shoddy work done by the original builder, the pipes could not be replaced because the concrete for the front porch was poured all along the sewer lines. This was no problem though because East Coast Trenchless said they could shoot a liner through the pipes. The pipes were jetted clean before this process and everything is now working great.They gave us a fair price, got the work done quickly, took care not to make a mess of my basement and were in general great guys to work with. I would 100% recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

I was informed by the Borough that my water pipe was leaking somewhere between curb stop and my house. I got estimates from several companies and Drain magic offered the best price. I received two estimates, one to repair and one to replace the entire water line if necessary. Alex French and his team from Drain Magic showed up on time the day the job was scheduled. Alex was very informative along every step of the job. He made sure I knew actually what they were going to do and what needed to be done to fix the issue. They could have just told me the entire line needed replaced instead of taking the time to pin point the problem and repair it. They took the time and found a hole in the pipe and were able to replace just that section of pipe instead of replacing the entire line. Their hard work and honesty save me a significant amount if money. They put everything back in its place and I was hooked back up to the Borough’s main water line that day.
