We rented restroom trailers from Associated Products for our 70-guest backyard wedding. The restrooms were clean, air conditioned, delivered on time, and removed from the property easily.The delivery driver took the time to explain all of the necessary power and water hookups we would need, and was extremely helpful. So were the office folks who helped us book. Thank you Associated Products!

Rented a portable restroom trailer for a wedding. Overall the trailer was clean and nice for our guests. They were super helpful in answering questions and booking prior to the date. The only downside was we were notified 2 hours before drop off they upgraded our trailer. Typically great news, but left us scrambling to arrange for a larger pad for the bigger trailer and figuring out the extra electricity that would be required. This caused some functionality issues during the course of the evening which had we not had the means to address immediately, it would have left our guests without a place to go to the bathroom. Had proper prior notice been given about a larger trailer being delivered, I suspect we would not have had any problems.

We had to call on a Sunday morning. Within an hour, Associated Products had a truck pumping our septic system. The driver, Alberto, was awesome. We have lived here for nearly 30 years and had our system pumped several times but Alberto taught me so many things about the system. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to help and resolve our problem. Good man representing a good company.

Today they showed up and at first the guy that was training the other two did not seem too happy because of the location where I live. Im a mile back in the woods its a one-lane dirt road, I get it, it can be tough, but towards the end I provided them some cold drinks and some snacks and that really perk them up, they did a great job theyre very talkative and I had a lot of fun just chatting with them. Really did a phenomenal job.

I have been having issues with my septic tank since last Thursday the 9th. I called my regular septic company and they scheduled me in for the following Tuesday. Over the weekend our septic got worse to the point we couldn’t stay at our home, and I have 2 babies one who just got potty trained. I called my septic company and they didn’t return any of my phone call messages (I left 3), so I decided to call associates products Monday morning. They told me they were able to come out the same day I called! I was thrilled because that meant we could go home! I waited only an hour and a half and they were at my house! I couldn’t believe how fast they came. Alberto I believe that is his name was amazing. He told me what what we should and shouldn’t be doing with our septic tank. He was so informative. I spent a little more than what I would of with my normal septic company but the quickness and friendliness that came from them was worth it, let’s just say I will be switching companies permanently!

Been using associated products services for several years now and always pleased. Most reciently had septic tank emptied and inspected by serviceman Alberto and his partner in training, Maurice. Both were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Alberto was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions that I had on how exactly a septic system works and things to do and look for to keep the system functioning properly. Alberto came out for my service.what separated my experience was his willingness to talk to me. Alot of service people want in and out and are not willing to explain anything or answer questions. His knowledge was impressive. I no longer see this septic as the scary thing it once was. A better grasp of the basic function of my system allows me to feel as though I can maintain the vital component until the next pump.

I Called associated products services about two weeks ago and had them schedule a service for July 29th. I was worried that I was past the time of getting my septic tank pumped so I decided to stay home & witness the process. As a new home homeowner this was something I was dreading but its a must on my bi-annual to do list. Soon after I was greeted by Alberto, and quickly showed him the location of the tank. Not only did he have to dig a small area to get to the lid, it was like 90 degrees by 9:30am and scorching hot all the meanwhile he explains how the tank should look once he opens it. He explained the way it should be and the way it shouldn’t be. Of course I’m curious now and start asking him all kinds of questions. Without hesitation he answered every single one. Once he opened the lid we clearly noticed the BAD and I was horrified. Right away he pointed out the things that were abnormal and what the causes were. He reassured me that with some proper maintenance, the proper disposal of waste (bodily fluids & toilet paper and annual services (1x a year) I could avoid a huge financial burden in the future. Having 4 adults and a teenager in the home you can imagine this could easily happen!Alberto also said that they carry a solution to put in the tank weekly to help with the breakdown of the Waste. Of course I needed this and will use it as required but my overall experience was satisfying to say the least. Not only did Alberto explain the step by step process but he reassured me of the end results. And with all the information I received I will carry that on to all the family and friends who come into my home so they understand the importance of proper waste disposal. Alberto should be running this company if he isn’t already. We need more services and professionalism like this and with superb communication with your service provider you can get the best results. Thank you Alberto! I’ll be telling all my homeowner friends about you and use your services from now on.

These guys went above and beyond for us when our sewage drainout clogged up. We had our 4 day old newborn in the house, and we were unable to shower, use the toilets, wash dishes, do laundry, etc. We werent sure if our septic tank was full/clogged, or if there was a clog in the cleanout line.I called Associated Products at 2PM on a Friday, and Mark was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When he heard we had a baby at home, he sprung into action. He called 3 of his employees to come help us find/open the septic tank, and when we were able to determine that wasnt the issue, he called the on-call Mr. Rooter plumber who arrived shortly after. All of the employees were extremely helpful and courteous; they remained committed to solving the problem even though the weekend was upon us. After some time, we were able to get the issue fixed.I cant say how much it means to us how committed Mark and the rest of the team were to restoring our plumbing that day. We were dreading having to pack up the baby and stay in a hotel all weekend, and they saved us from that! We will certainly be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

We called on 4/18/23 to have a our septic pumped. The dispatcherswas EXTREMELY courteous and friendly and worked with us to get us in immediately. They had an opening for today, 4/19 in the after noon. The driver Terry called at around1:30 with an ETA of 25minutes and was right on time. They set up and took all the appropriate measures do the work. Terrytalked with my husband whike working to let us know if he saw anything concering and let us know if everything seemed in working order. We have used this company twice now and I absolutely foresee using them for any of our needs in the future.

We just had our septic system pumped and Associated Products Services were great and easy to work with. You can schedule their service to come out via their website which makes the process super simple. We are relatively new homeowners, so we didnt have experience with this sort of thing yet, but Alberto was awesome and provided great advice for how to upkeep our system. We will definitely be working with them in the future!

Two things you need to know about this company, 1) They are exceptionally responsive . We had an emergency need for porta potties at a commercial property on a weekend and with one call and about an hour of time we had the the equipment on-site. Aweseome effort from AP. 2) Associated Products does a lot of stuff! I was pleasantly suprised to learn about all the different services they provide.Thank you Associated Products for all you help!
