Tom Tewell came to discuss my options with replacing my 32 year old AC unit.He never made me feel as if I had to defend myself against a high-pressure sale.I was given several options and there was no pressure to make a quick decision.The team that installed my unit laid down tarps and very kindly did not cause me any clean up once they finished.Honestly, I highly recommend this company.Replacing an air conditioner is not a fund way to spend money but this company made it feel less painful.

Excellent customer service! The service agreement is worth every penny (they were even able to lend out a portable a/c unit until new hvac installation). Pricing and explanation of service by our technician was all great. They have proven to be trustworthy and reliable.

This was a very pleasant experience for us, from our original contact right through the completion of the new system. Although it wasnt the least expensive of the quotes we got, the quality of the components and the outstanding professionalism of the installation crew were well worth the few extra dollars. We are extremely pleased with the result. Weve spent our whole professional careers in construction and facilities management and have seldom seen this level of quality. We would highly recommend this company.

We are very pleased with AC Rimmer. They were able to install a new whole house HVAC in a home that proved to be very difficult and that many other companies shied away from doing. Our project was on hold for a couple of months because of other companies delayed or over stated estimates and no-show at the job site. We contacted AC Rimmer and they set up an appointment later that day to meet us at the house to do a walk through and then sent us an estimate within 3 days with two options of install along with detailed pricing for each option. We especially appreciated the urgency they put on this project. They showed up when they said they would and completed the project in the time frame that we agreed upon. Their quality of work was spot on. The communication with the project manager was very effortless and they were extremely easy to work with. We will be using this company if ever needed again and certainly recommend it to others.Scott & Lida

We have had our system now for 8 months and after a hot summer and a few good cold stretches this winter I can finally say I am very satisfied with our new system. From sales to install everything went very well. Install team was able to make adjustments on the fly to overcome obstacles with some unknown central vac pipes. Other companies would not promise comfortable temperatures in all my rooms without adding a standalone unit for a bonus room over the garage. With careful planning, proper sizing, multiple thermostats and duct revisions we are comfortable in all rooms with just one system.

Our ancient central air conditioner finally died at the beginning of this summer. I spent a couple of weeks researching new systems and learned a lot about the importance of proper installation. I had 8 different companies stop by to give an estimate (from small independent contractors on up to the biggest companies in my area). I was very impressed with Scott, who came out for the estimate and took his time to really understand what I wanted and answered my questions. We were loaned a portable unit while they worked our install date out. The crew of two installers arrived on time and got to work right away, despite the pouring rain! They didnt rush the install (again, THE most critical part), they wore protective booties whenever upstairs, they cleaned up completely after the install and then walked me through everything I needed to know about our new system. Im very pleased with the level of service and the entire process from start to finish. The total price was not the cheapest (you will regret going with your cheapest quote), but I feel very confident that I got exactly what I paid for - quality.

Their pricing was competitive for the market. The sales rep was responsive to our questions and requests.

A few years ago we had an issue with our ductwork. It turned out the ducts could not be replaced. Their guys came in & designed a whole new HVAC system & found a way to work with the structure of our home. We will never use another HVAC company.

After 18 years it was time to replace the HVAC system in our house. A C Rimmer did an excellent job on the install, very detail oriented. The job took two days but they made sure they got far enough on day one so that we would have heat over night. Everybody was very pleasant and they cleaned up the work space when they were done. There is nothing I can complain about , they exceeded my expectations in every way.. I highly recommend checking them out before you purchase a system..
