I called Steve Jones Plumbing about a water heater issue. He called me back right away and spent some time on the phone telling me what the problem may be. A few days later he promptly arrived at my house, flushed the heater, taught me a few things about how it worked, and saved me from buying a new one. He’s been in the trade for years and isn’t hesitant to share his experience and talents with the customer. Honesty and integrity are rare in todays world, but you’ll find that with Steve.

My family has used Steve Jones Plumbing multiple times. We dont even consider anyone else for our plumbing needs. Steve is a plumber with impeccable intergrity. If he says there is a problem, there is a problem. He fixes it fast and right and doesnt try to up-sell us or get us to have unnecessary work done. Having someone in this field that we can trust is super valuable. We appreciate his work.

ResponsiveIt took a few days to get on the schedule because this team is booked. I WFH so they fit me into the earliest time slot for the work needed to be done.Professional:The guys were out here again to address old water pressure regulator, check accumulator (It was fine despite the fact I installed it), and change out an external spigot. Everything was done incredibly fast even with me bending their ear now and again. So I guess I would also describe them as patient. :DPreviously one of the team worked on both showers to address cartridges gunked up with mineral deposits.Parts/KnowledgeThe valves and fittings used are all quality brass up to the latest codes. And they know the details of those parts as well as the antiques in the wall. Their knowledge, which is really expected, is still impressive. I like dealing with experts.Repeat business:And when I tear up the master bath and ditch the soaking tub Ill ring then up again.Costs/Value:I dont know what people are expecting in the way of price but you need to pay for professional talent and service. You also pay for the person who can show up with all the right tools and hardware and do a job in 1/10th the time it would take you to botch it, learn from your mistake, clean up all the water, replace soaked drywall, and rent a carpet cleaner to suck the water out of the carpet.You want a handyman to work on your main water line? Chose Steve for minor master shower leak instead of one of the “big guys” with vans that advertise on TV. Integrity just like his motto says. Thorough, friendly, no high pressure upselling. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about Steve Jones Plumbing and the excellent service they provide.They came out to replace my shower pan and once they started working on it, they determined the issue was actually with the shower door. This saved me thousands. This example is why I will always check with Steve Jones Plumbing whenever I have a water related issue.If Steve Jones Plumbing cannot do the job, they will refer you to a first rate vendor who can. They referred me to Rippe Brothers who fixed my dishwasher, and I will be reviewing their 5 star visit next! Steve Jones Plumbing is the only plumbing company I trust.

I can’t begin to say enough good things about Steve Jones plumbing. In the 4-5 appointments it took to detect the problem, run new lines, wait for Duke energy (who btw might be the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with), and come back out and finish the job; they were always on time, communicated greatly, were extremely professional and I would hire them again tomorrow. Todd and Dan were a pleasure to work with!

They arrived promptly and worked very neatly. We had a bit of a complicated problem with a shower / pipe / leak problem. They were able to use a bit of ingenuity to solve the problem for less than was quoted (originally quoted a fair price and came in under original quote), and with no change cosmetically to our shower wall. Great work, professional, we will definitely use again.

Had a pipe burst in my basement after the cold weather. Steve made sure I turned off the water and had someone out to my house first thing in the morning. Dan was awesome fixed the pipe and avoided any damage to the basement. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

Called Steves Plumbing to repair water leak in our kitchen. Turns out cabinet installers drilled into a drain pipe 22 years ago when installing cabinet. Appears they then plugged holes with epoxy and RE-INSERTED THE SCREWS BACK INTO THE SAME DRAIN PIPE!! It took 22 years for the leak to appear. Todd at Steves Plumbing did a very professional job replacing the pipe and preparing the site for wall board and paint. I would highly recommend Steves for any plumbing needs!
