I cant say enough about what a wonderful company Jenks Plumbing and Heating are...and they truly care about their customers, too! Very knowledgeable, the staff are extremely helpful and personable. We needed them twice in one week; once for plumbing and once for furnace issues. They scheduled us quickly, assessed our needs and performed repairs and/or ordered the parts and were back the next morning. Exceptional Customer Service so if youre looking for a company whose Team truly cares...call Jenks, you wont be disappointed!

Jenks Pumbing added a hot and cold running water to a new shower site in my home. They worked around existing plumbing and the new shower build debris. Per our request hey added ball valves to individually turn off the hot and cold water for just the new shower. They did the job quickly and with high quality.

Ive had them come out three times. They did a great job each time. They were able to replace a steam boiler pipe that had rusted out in just two visits. They also serviced the boiler system and repaired a slow draining sink in one short visit each.Ive spoken with two different plumbers from this company. We had a leak in our bathroom. I called and they got someone out quickly. They gave me a quote and shared suggestions. I chose to get a new tub installed and it was done within a week. The work was great and the workers were very nice. Definitely will use anytime I need any more plumbing services.

I called a big name place to come fix a couple small things and it was a mistake. Called Jenks the same day and they came out and had the parts and fixed my problem in a couple hours. It cost me about $250. The other place wanted $2000 for the same work. I will be calling Jenks every time from now on. The men that came out were also good with my kids and animals. Explaining my 7 year old what they were doing. Who knows maybe he will be a plumber now.

I recommend the service of Jenks Plumbing and Heating based on my experience yesterday. They are in Mason but serve the greater Lansing area. Their service charge and parts charges were reasonable, and the work was done to satisfaction. I had a prior experience with another local highly renowned outfit that had exorbitant fees for minor faucet repair. The other outfit charged the book rate irrespective of time spent. This does not work well if you have multiple minor repairs. Using the hourly rate, i was able to get two sink pop-ups, two valves, and a new faucet install at a reasonable price. Note that I bought the faucet from Home Depot, as the plumber acknowledged that it would be cheaper. I took off one star as I was supposed to get a call on the timeframe for arrival: the person did show up within that time frame but did not call. If you know that the faucet replacement is the most likely solution, you can save on time and money by pre-purchasing the faucet from Home Depot or equal.

They came out to my home because I thought I needed a new sump pump. When the service professional looked at it, he found a small piece of plastic pipe that was lodged incorrectly. Because my sump pump was about 8 years old & runs very often, I decided to get a new one. No pressure to buy on his part. Honest. Professional. Knowledgeable. Good customer service!

I had a mysterious leak in the basement, which appeared to be coming from the 1st floor bathroom. I had just had a B-Dry system put in one year ago, so the basement had been very dry until the leak appeared a few weeks ago. Sam from Jenks Plumbing did an extremely thorough check to rule out all possibilities. He eventually figured out the mystery. An old plastic container of Roof Melt had a crack in it, and the contents were leaking out onto the items on the shelves and floor below! The liquid looked like water. However, it didnt dry up like water, but rather stayed on the floor. I am very grateful that Sam was very patient and methodical as he checked out each possibility. He is the Columbo detective of the plumbing world. Jenks Plumbing again saved the day.

My shower head busted a few months ago and I was lucky to find Jenks Plumbing as most places were booked out for several weeks. The day I called them I had someone arrive within a few hours. 2 people came who were very polite and was in-n-out in under 30 minutes. I was a little nervous about what the price was going to be, but it was the most reasonable quote to where I used them again for installing my new dishwasher. Again, I called them, and they were able to come within 5 days. 2 people came to install the new dishwasher and did a fantastic job. He did great at keeping a clean work site and again the price was very reasonable. They had the new dishwasher installed and took away the other one in under 2 hours. I will only be using Jenks plumbing for my future plumbing issues.
