    Russ did a wonderful job for Nixco Plumbing! We are upgrading our 30 year old kitchen with new granite counters - replacing the sink and faucet sets with modern ones. Russ came the day before counter install to disconnect everything and remove and set aside the disposal. He came back bright and early at 8AM the day after the stone people finished to install and test everything to make our kitchen operational again. On disconnect day he also fixed a basement sink drain issue and serviced our water heater. He was on time both days and workmanship was excellent. Price was a good value for the work done. I would highly recommend Nixco Plumbing and Russ. I will call them first when I need additional work done.

    I would definitely recommend NixCo for any of your plumbing repairs. Todd and John performed the repair flawlessly. They changed out a 2” and 1 1/2” back flow valve, along with reconfiguring the lay out to make it more user friendly. Excellent job gentlemen!!

    Extremely Clean Work and kind men! Represented their company with Integrity by showing respect to my home even though I just rent my home I want it treated with respect. Shoe covers I believe at least one gentleman had on!?!Very much appreciated, thank you for not leaving a trail of mess to clean up after you leave….this is refreshing after having a few contractors in the past not clean up after their work.     We are very happy that we decided to try Nixco Plumbing when our aging kitchen faucet broke two days before Christmas. Kris Bole came with proper notice the very next day and advised what we needed to do to replace not only the faucet but the entire sink basin. He offered good advice, solved fitting problems, and quoted prices throughout the entire process. Hes particular about his work and very experienced. We will definitely ask for Kris Bole at Nixco the next time we need a plumber!

    I would absolutely recommend Nixco Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I needed to have someone come look at and ultimately replace two hose bibs who had seen better days. Nixco was able to send Shawn Crank out next day which was much faster than anticipated. Shawn provided me with a couple of options and pricing for both. He also talked through what each option included so I was able to make a quick and informed decision. He was also able to provide the services while he was here so now I dont have to worry about my hose bibs as we move into the winter months. Shawn was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the products and services provided.

    We required a semi-emergency visit to repair a slow leak that became a more moderate leak. The next morning service technician Shawn Crank arrived precisely on time, evaluated the situation and offered us several options at various price points so we could make an educated decision. He also detailed the risks given our current piping infrastructure. We decided replace, vs. attempting to tighten the hardware, to resolve the issue. Shawn indicated if he had to “go into the wall” he was prepared to do so even though it was Christmas Eve. He said the issue was going to be resolved, one way or another, before he left. Shawn was professional, knowledgeable, detailed and very mindful of our house and surroundings. We highly recommend Nixco Plumbing and Shawn for any future plumbing needs you might have.

    Had a great experience with Shawn and John from NixCo. I had a clogged drain outside of my house on a freezing day outside. They put a camera down, identified the source of the clog and then were able to extract it. Both could have tried to get out of there as soon as possible due to the cold temps, but instead they kept at it until we were flowing again. Thanks guys! Good service is very much appreciated and rare these days.

    Todd and Jacob were quick and efficient installing a new water heater- I called the office around 9:00 am when I noticed the leak and had a new water heater ready to use by 2:30 pm.     Fantastic service! Quick response time, reasonable price, very nice and helpful technician!!Kris B came out to replace a leaky water heater. We purchased our own, and they had no issue installing the new. He helped point out some issues with our exhaust and a few associated concerns.     Nixco did a great job for us reconnecting our kitchen plumbing after we had new countertops installed. We were able to schedule help for the next day after I called.     Chris McClure arrived promptly at the beginning of the scheduled time window and was very professional, friendly and helpful. He replaced my faucet and sump pump after explaining all the options and providing a quote. He and his assistant both wore shoe covers through the house and took the time to answer questions for some other items I had that were broken. I will definitely call Nixco for any future plumbing issues and ask for Chris.

    This morning we went into our basement only to find a severe leak in the tank next to the water heater. This resulted in a lot of water spurting out all over storage shelves, and the basement floor. I called Nixco Plumbing for help and a short time later, they had a team of two plumbers in our house. They repaired the problem quickly and were very efficient. All in all what could’ve been a big problem was minimized and repaired quickly. I can’t thank the team at Nixco plumbing enough for taking care of us. I will certainly call them again!Jim H

    I had an issue with a gas leak coming from a gas fireplace. NixCo quickly scheduled an appointment. Chris came to the house to assess the situation, explained to me what needed to be done and detailed a fair estimate to get the job done. They ordered the parts super fast and returned to my home.     Nixco Came out at 9am from a 7am call. Home Depot could not remove my old dishwasher and did not reconnect the water line tight and flooded my basement. Nixco pulled the dishwasher out easily and installed the new one. They also fixed the refrigerator water and ice by noticing Home Depot did not remove the cap on the water filter. All could have been easily installed with knowledgeable installers. Now I hope Home Depot insurance is as easy as Nixco was fixing their mess.

    Getting a new washer! In preparation discovered we needed 2 shut off/on valves in my laundry room since the old ones broke off while removing old washer. This was 2pm on a Friday. Called my usual plumber who referred me to Nixco. Shawn arrived after hours repaired both valves, flushed the system, and checked the pressure! He was absolutely professional, efficient, and gracious in providing expert service...on a Friday evening! Wonderful. Highly recommend! Thank you.Few weeks later, leaking faucet in kitche. Jared arrived, repaired the leak, plus removed old softener and pump from basement, plus installed new water filtration system in kitchen. Despite complications with that job that has required multiple appts., he never gave up and has gone above and beyond to get it working correctly! Jared is a true professional.     Had two hose spigots replaced as both developed considerable leaking when running water through a hose. The Service Technician, Gabe Newhall, presented three options: rebuild the existing, replace with a similar spigot or upgrade. The final installation looks great with the added metal back plate providing additional attachment support. The final job site was left perfectly clean.

    Very happy with my entire experience from calling with the problem to the fix. Our disposal became detached from the kitchen sink on a Friday afternoon. I called Nixco and a human answered & scheduled an appointment for Monday first thing. They texted both numbers I gave them with the time of our appointment, a reminder was sent & the morning of a text with the name & photo of the plumber that was dispatched. The plumber assessed the problem, let us know what it took to fix it and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. He left the area spotless as if no one was even there. Before he left he assessed our hot water heater to check on its age & if it needed replaced. I really appreciated this as I have in the past come home to a flooded basement due to the water heater failing. A quote was given to replace & we are putting this on our budget for next year.     Gabe and Brent did awesome job today troubleshooting my leaky water heater.They solved the problem due to a bad pressure tank and the incoming water line to inside the house had a bad pressure regulator.If you want someone have the proper tools and gauges to troubleshoot, call NixCo Plumbing.And did I mention they had the replacement parts on their truck.     Kris B was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly as he plumbed the set up for my steam shower unit. When it was later determined that a change had to be made to meet the steam units warranty demands, he came back out promptly and Nixco did NOT charge me a penny, even though they didnt really do anything wrong in the initial setup. How rare it is in todays world to be treated like you matter as a customer. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wishes to work with a company that sees doing right by its customers is the right way to do business.

    Great service. They were able to be here about 2 hours early and had to use an auger to unclog the HVAC drain. Come to find out that the drain connects to my floor drain in the laundry room and a sock was stuck in the pipe. Had it done in less than an hour.

    Saved by Nixcos Master Plumber John Krusling & Brennan - John quickly came up with a way to bypass the under-the-slab leak in my condo - and restored hot water to my bathroom. NO more cold showers there! Gabe determined the leak was a corroded old pipe where kitchen and laundry drained into. All that water into my crawl space. Yuck. Scheduling online is very easy and I typically can get an appointment the next day. The prices are competitive and I’ve never had a problem with the quality of their work. I get a text message with the picture of the technician who is coming, information about their professional experience, and something personal about them (e.g., hobbies, family), which is a very nice touch. The technicians are personable, professional, and explain everything with pricing up front. I’m particularly pleased with Shawn’s service and professionalism. I recommend Nixco Plumbing.

    I had pipe whistling noises in the basement bathroom. Gabe, Nixco technician, was excellent! He’s very professional and friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided options and pricing to repair. He completed the repair promptly and explained exactly what he did. If this were just a review of Gabe, it would be 5 starts. However, I have to take off a star for value. Nearly $450 for what wax essentially replacing the toilet fill valve and tank internal pieces seems really high. Nixco is very reliable and professional but their prices are on the high end.

When I looked up the cost for the parts that were replaced and taking into consideration Nixco gets a contractor price discount, the mark up to the customer is extremely high.     Shawn was very professional and knowledgeable in replacing my hot water heater. It was a difficult job due to the layout but he worked through the obstacles and simplified the previous set up. Very impressed with Shawn, always a good experience with Nixco!

    I was able to get next day service with a clear time appointment. The technician explained the issue and what they would do to try to resolve it first. Halfway through the process, they shared with me what the issue was and recommended choices to help minimize the cost. After the job was done, I was sent images and video of where the clog was. Very helpful. Highly recommend.

    The plumber and his assistant showed up 45 minutes into the service window. They were very professional and finished the kitchen faucet replacement in about two hours. The old faucet had some odd hardware which made it difficult to remove. They were careful of the sink and my property. Its nice that they dont try to push for more services when theyre not needed.I should also add they corrected some issues under the sink that werent part of the faucet, all at no cost!4/11/24 Update:My second experience with Nixco was very good as well! Kris was excellent and got the repair/replacements taken care of efficiently and skillfully. I would trust him with any of my plumbing needs.

    Shawn at Nixco Plumbing is awesome! He checked on several minor concerns/questions I had and took care of a couple of slow drains, and even performed a health and safety check of everything at the end!
