I cant say enough good things about Rocky and Plumbing Works. Rocky came out to install a new water heater on 3/5/2020. Before the install he came out, at no cost, and worked through all the first things to check and/or repair before recommending a replacement water heater. Some of the options were even items I could perform on my own, and he showed me how to do them. You could tell he cared about being fair and concerned about my financial well-being.After the tests and repairs, and without any pressure from him, we agreed that a new water heater was the best option. He worked with me and my home warranty without any issues. He read through the entire home warranty agreement, and came up with a game plan that would work for both of us.He showed the upmost care for my home while he was here. Shoe covers the whole time, and even lined his walkway with plastic to not damage my carpet. I can see no sign (other than the water heater) that he was even here.Plumbing Works’ price was more than fair, and the work was guaranteed. Rocky showed up right on time, and even stayed after to address all the follow-up questions I had.Very kind and professional. I would highly recommend Rocky and Plumbing Works to anyone. Thank you!

Rocky and Mike with Plumbing Works did a fantastic job rerouting our basement drain lines to accommodate the new septic tank placements we had installed. I work with many Lansing area plumbers, but living in Mason, I wanted someone local- which they are. They were the first ones on the list when I Googled for help, and I even saw their truck at a local home improvement store. I have no regrets and highly recommend them and will call on them for any future plumbing-related needs.

I have used Plumbing Works and known the owner Rocky for 2 years now. He changed water heater in our home which we put on market and did a lot of other toilet fixing projects. He is reliable, honest and very fair. He definitely is our go to guy for all plumbing problems.. One week ago my sisters water heater broke and their basement flooded. They tried to call all the big name plumbing companies around the town but none came. When i heard this i told them i will contact Rocky. He was there in 30 minutes, stopped the flooding and installed new water heater the next day. The price is very very fair compared to the other plumbing companies. You cannot go wrong in choosing Plumbing Works and Rocky for all your plumbing needs.

I had a different heating and cooling company that totally messed up a job. They replaced a water heater that turns out wasnt the cause of the problem, then they made mistakes in installation. After about 6 trips to my home and thousands of dollars, they still hadnt fixed the problem. So I finally decided to cut my losses and call Plumbing Works. Rocky was great. He fixed the problem, was professional the entire time, and the rate to me seemed reasonable. Will definitely call Plumbing Works again next time I have a plumbing problem.

Rocky and Mike installed a new exterior faucet in the back of the house. The first time they came by it seemed like there had been a miscommunication and they didnt have the proper tools to install a new faucet (Mike was under the impression it was just a replacement, not running a supply line to a new faucet). They came back the next week and quickly finished the job. Probably could have come back earlier but I was going to be out of town.Both guys were very nice, professional, got the job done quickly, and for a reasonable price. Aside from the slight hiccup initially, I had a great experience and will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing issues.

Called and they fit me in the next day. First guy out wasnt sure and didnt seem like he knew what he was doing. Called Rocky and spoke with him. He came out and took care of the problem practically without any radical or bill padding procedures, knew what he was doing! Super nice, super responsive, super problem solving skills! Would recommend and would definitely use again!

Returning home after Christmas, we discovered our main line was plugged - again. Its a 90-year old line and has roots, so not surprising, but particularly inconvenient during the holiday season. Three other drain services couldnt come out till after the 1st of the year, but Rocky was running ahead of schedule when I called and was able to fit us in over lunch. He cleared the line in about 15 minutes and ran a camera to show me what was going on down there, all for less than half what Michigan Plumbing charged me the first time this happened 10 years ago. Great service, great price, very friendly.

Rocky is a top-notch professional and a pleasure to work with. He is definitely willing to go the extra mile. When unable to connect with a tenant in a rental property during the work week, he took it upon himself to coordinate and repair a plumbing issue over a holiday weekend. This type of service is rare and the fact he coordinated the entire fix without our prompting was tremendously appreciated!

The owner Rockey came to our home the same day we called. He gave us an estimate on our repair that WAS VERY fair before he came out to do the repair. He kept us informed the entire time we were there. The repair was worse then he thought yet he still kept the cost down for us. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! I will be telling everyone I know!

Called them first thing this morning when we woke up to a disaster in our bathroom, he got one of his guys out here within just a couple hours even though it was so last minute. Updating review after having them come and take a look at a leak from my T&P valve for my water heater. He was able to come over next day and take a look at the issue. Was able to determine I had a faulty expansion tank and even showed me how and answered all my questions I had. Wonderful experience and I would recommend to anyone in the area to go with them.

Ran into an issue with our water main valve while replacing toilet parts. Our valve was old and began to leak. I called Plumbing Works first thing this morning with an urgent issue—no water. Rocky was extremely responsive and, by this afternoon, our water was running again. He also finished up replacing the shut off valve for the toilet. Rocky was extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He literally saved Thanksgiving for us! Cannot say enough great things about this company! Will always call Plumbing Works and will always recommend them.
