We called several HVAC companies to come evaluate our boiler system. They all took one look and headed for the door. Someone recommended Patton Plumbing. I called and was immediately impressed with their professionalism. Billy and Roy, the head of HVAC and Plumbing respectively, came and made a complete inspection of our entire system. They made recommendations, prepared and estimate and were back within 2 days to complete the necessary work. They were both obvious experts in their fields. They worked in tandem to restore our systems. They were also conscientious and a pleasure to work with, explaining everything as they worked. We signed a contract to have our system cleaned and serviced twice a year. It is a relief to finally feel comfortable that our systems will be taken care of. We highly recommend Patton Plumbing and will gladly act as ambassadors for their company.

Feb. 16, 2024Shane replaced an outside faucet that had eroded in my laundry room wall. He also replaced worn out parts inside of my toilet’s tank. I have been so pleased with Patton’s Plumbing!! This past summer they fixed an ongoing problem that I had with saturated ground outside of my laundry room. (I had other companies look at the problem but they couldn’t solve the issues. Patton identified the problems and resolved them!!!!! Great Job!!!June 2023I wish that I could check ALL of the boxes about the great qualities of Patton Plumbing!!! They were professional, good value, responsive, on time, etc, The list goes on!!!! James Duncan took the time to explain the situation, problem, and solution to me each & every step of the way. He showed me what caused the problem!!! Other companies have been out to diagnose my saturated yard and laundry room stating that I didn’t have any leaks and only needed a “French Drain.”Thanks to James Duncan, he was able to hear the leaking water on OUTSIDE faucet and verified it by showing the water spurting out of a patched-up pipe in my laundry room wall (done by a home warranty company years ago)!!!!! 🫤 Special thanks to David from D & G Contracting LLC for your honesty that I didn’t need a French Drain and recommended Patton Plumbing!!! Shawn’s team did an excellent job during their inspection yesterday and found an issue with an install. After I looked at the issue, I found that it was an oversight from one of their previous installs. No company is perfect, but it’s the companies that stand out when they own their mistakes and make it right. Not only did they correct their issue, they fixed the issue that it caused and made it better than it was prior to the install. His team is always professional, courteous, and openly communicates. Ive used Patton Plumbing for every plumbing project that has come up at my house since moving to the area in 2018. Every experience has been excellent--today was no exception. Harley and Colby came to diagnose a hot water heater problem this morning and by early afternoon, I had a new unit installed and working. They were friendly, efficient, and their work was clean. This company has never let me down.

James was very knowledgeable and courteous. He informed us of the possible problem and contacted another support company, for us, to determine what the real problem was. There was a leak in the foundation. Experience was good with James, however the charge for this service was extremely high. My bill was $489 for approximately an hours work. The first day he worked about 45 min and was unable to determine where the leak was.He talked with my husband for a good while. He returned the second day to assist the tech from Bulls Eye Leak Detection. In my opinion, the BullsEye Tech should be able to do his job on his own, without help from an outside person.That fee was $375. ( my problem, not yours) So at this time, I am in for $864 and still at square one, and still had to hire someone else to repair the original problem. Maybe I am wrong on this, it is just my opinion. While my intent was to shop and support LOCAL, I will not retain services from Patton Plumbing if Plumbing services are needed in the future. Thank You, Cheryl Pennock

Shane with Patton came out to take care of us. He was very professional and down-to-Earth in not only the first-look visit but also later in the week when he was scheduled to return and perform the job requirements. Slightly late start on doing the work, but he stay on task until complete. Matter of fact, both the SMS text and Facebook Messenger response times were reasonably quick with any questions I had.Shane ran a line from our gas meter into our chimney/fire box, about 15 feet away from one another, and hooked-up to gas logs performing very clean work. Shane took the time to walk me through certain aspects of the job and answer any questions I had when peeking to check his progress. I didnt want to be a parrot on his shoulder, but Im a DIY-er curious to see how this type of work would be performed. Gas and electricity are two areas I dont play with. He didnt mind the questions one bit.We discovered my chimney/fire boxs rear wall is oddly furred out more than expected from the brick façade, so there was some initial confusion as to why his 16 drill bit (from the exterior) disappeared into a black hole of sorts causing a slight delay and a non-unused hole in my exterior. He deduced there was sufficient space on the exterior to justify drilling from the interior (not preferred because of the impact it can have on the firebrick interior) to ensure sufficient spacing on the adjacent exterior perpendicular wall.In light of this new unused hole in my house, its a non-issue: my house is painted brick. Shane patched the brick with a concrete/mortar quick-setting material and even bothered to carve out a faux-mortar joint to match so itll look like the brick after painting. I appreciated that. I have to paint most of the gas meter as well as all the newly installed piping, brackets, and anchors anyway, so, again, a non-issue but worth mentioning if this happens to you. Breathe.. its okay. Real headaches come from having a dark blue/black house with pitted brick during a high-pollen season...Shane was also very respectful of our property and interiors. Funny, he was sincerely embarrassed when I spotted a ~6 long piece of cut pipe in the grass. I appreciated that and further validated the quality of person Patton sent to my house.Fortunately, there were no major surprises on the project that would result in additional fees. I paid the quoted price, and that was comforting. The quoted fee was reasonable and no surprises.All things considered (i.e., slight hiccups), it was a success. Its the details that matter, and having people like Shane come out to the house is the difference maker. Im glad I used Patton Plumbing Heating and A/C!

We had a problem with our water heater and were referred to Patton by someone we trust and they came right away to look at it. They explained the problem and gave us a few options ranging from refurbishing the unit, replacing the unit, or going tank less and provided us with an estimate along with all the photos they took that afternoon. We got another quote from a different company but Patton came in just a little less and they gave a two-year warranty instead of a one-year so we went with them.We went with the refurbishing option at this time and Alden and Coby were our technicians. They were both very professional, respectful, did great work, and provided excellent customer service. It is always a little strange to have new people come into your home to do work, but we felt very comfortable with them here and they explained everything they were doing along the way so there were no surprises. We highly recommend Patton to anyone needing plumbing services.

I called Patton Plumbing after hours and the owner (Shawn) was willing to walk me through the process of my concern(s). To no avail. He scheduled an appointment for me early the next morning and Shane showed up and showed out. Very friendly, very professional, very punctual and even gave me some tips!!! I will be calling them next week to do some other things I need done. Hopefully, Shane gets the job!!! Great company, knowledgeable people. You wont be disappointed 😉.

I had a leak in my bathroom that was dripping from the kitchen ceiling underneath. When I called Patton for help, they were very helpful and sent someone out the next morning. The team that came was very professional. They found the leak quickly and repaired it. All along the process they communicated what they were doing and how much it would cost. I recommend them and will use them for my plumbing needs in the future.

This company was recommended to me after a major basement flood. They were able to assess the cause within hours of my making a call to them and Mr. Davidson returned the next morning to replace a broken sump pump. He showed me both the broken pump and the new one, and explained what he was doing. He was kind, courteous, and respectful of my property. Our hot water tank went out late in the evening. I called the office first thing this morning and they could not have been nicer and worked us in same day to replace the hot water tank. My husband had made it home and figured out the water was coming from the air conditioner and pretty much got it stopped. Very knowledgeable, great communication, detail oriented.shawn helped troubleshoot a chronic issue we had been having over the phone and went above and beyond to help locate some answers from previous owners installation. Ran several tests and had open communication about how our gas line to outdoor logs was incorrectly installed and the remedy to correctly repair. Pricing was appropriate for the work completed.
