We are very pleased with the job Crystal Clear did with replacing our outside landing and stairs. From start to finish James and Heather were very responsive and kept in communication throughout the process. Our project was small in scope when compared to some of the decks they usually build. The crew was on time every day and were meticulous in their attention to detail. The landing and steps the builder constructed 5 years ago were poorly constructed and an eyesore so we needed to replace them. We now have a beautiful, safe, well built landing and stairs which will last a very long time. The proof is in the pictures. See the before and after.

James and his crew once again knocked it out of the park! We hired a family friend to do a full home renovation for us and ended up having to fire them with the cost and time overruns. James has done work for me in the past so I felt embarrassed to have to call and ask him to help us get into our house before the holidays. Most contractors would have walked away from a halfway job but James and his crew were up for the challenge. They ran into a few issues from the previous contractor but with every issue they already had a solution waiting for approval. To give you an idea of scale of our project it was a 2.5 bath 3 bed 2500 sq. Ft. full home renovation that needed all the finishes and fixes. Basically only thing that had been done prior to crystal clear was prewiring, plumbing and drywall. Heather and her team came in to do the post construction cleaning which was amazing.2 lessons learned here 1. Don’t use a family member or friend for a renovation project 2. Don’t cheat on your top notch and dependable contractor.We’ll be using James and Crystal Clear over the next few years as we grow into our house and complete other projects.

Our new bathroom looks beautiful! from tile to plumbing to electrical all were professional, hard working and respectful of being in our home. Informed us how things were going and contractor checked in on progress of job frequently. They refinished our wood floors as well and they look brand new.

He explained to me what was going to be the safest and cost effective way of replacing a poorly built 2 story deck.Heather in the office was great with keeping in the loop with city permits and timeline on the project.Troy the crew lead gave me updated as needed and reached out with anything that arose

Best in town for good quality at fair price, right on time!!!I have researched a lot to find best deck builders at fair price especially an Ipe wood deck who are very few. I glad that I ended with Crystal Clear as my contractors to build my dream Ipe wood deck. Crystal clear has laid a solid structure and built them quickly and efficiently saving money and time wherever possible. I am happy with the final product and workmanship on building this deck!! There are few fixes recommended by the inspector, which Crystal clear team fixed it on time! James from Crystal clear is best person to work with. He has the contacts and knows to get the things done on time!!!

I had this company install new flooring through out my home and from the professional presentation to the completion of the job, they knocked it out of the park with the material quality and their prompt and courteous service. I honestly couldnt be happier. If you appreciate being under-promised and receiving Over Delivery of the agreement then call them. You wont be disappointed because they refuse to let you be disappointed!!

We hired Crystal Clear for a complete bathroom renovation...and we would hire them again in a heartbeat. The quality of their work is wonderful. Each of the guys that worked on the bathroom was very friendly and knowledgeable. Heather was very easy to get ahold of and was very responsive! James came out to start the estimate and was honest about some of the issues we may have (we own an older home) The guys did encounter a problem with one of the shower walls which was also an exterior wall. They knew exactly how to handle it. That did set them back a bit, but the guys even worked a few hours on 2 weekends to try to keep the job on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the way the bathroom turned out. We will definitely be using them for our future renovations!!!To each of you at Crystal Clear that helped my vision come to life... If you are looking for service from a family run business that truly cares please choose Crystal Clear Cleaning & Contracting. They handled roof repair that I needed done before the end of the month and kept their promise to get it done! The contractors worked on Saturday AND Sunday to complete the job. Ive never had such a commitment from a company. I will definitely be using them again for anything I need done. Wonderful customer service and the best part - the estimate matched the final price. Fast, professional, and attention to detail. We needed them to clean a rental property for a fast turnover to keep the rental money coming in. They got in there and made the unit look awesome after a terrible tenant. We talked about everything I needed done and negotiated a very fair rate and with in 1 day the job was done and looked like you could eat off of all the surfaces in the house. After they left you could have walked around with a white glove. Hats off to Heather and her wonderful team!

We are so happy with both the product and service we just received from Crystal Clear Cleaning and Contracting. We had Troy and his team (Rob and Caleb) demolish our old deck and build a new, upgraded deck for us in the same spot. The deck itself is gorgeous. The attention to detail, the quality of the materials, and the finished product have exceeded our hopes. In just a little over a week, we feel like weve significantly upgraded the value and livability of our home. Just as important, the customer service we received from Troy, Rob, and Caleb was OUTSTANDING. They were so professional, friendly, customer-oriented, and passionate about the project they were creating for us. The positive energy and enthusiasm they brought to this outdoor living space will increase our enjoyment of it throughout the years. We also had Kip and his team do some general outdoor repairs and painting for us - again, they were awesome people and we are totally satisfied customers. An overall A+++ experience. Cannot recommend Crystal Clear Cleaning and Contracting highly enough.
