    Extraordinary service and I go so far to say kindness. I am 78 and my wife is in a nursing home. We had a lightning strike that went through the plumbing and burst a pipe inside a wall…very flooded basement with asbestos tiles Paul Davis & Co were there within 18 hours of water shut off. Mark Jacob was our project manager throughout. Moving out a lifetime of stuff from the basement was an emotional and physical ordeal. Mark sent teams out several times to help me. (Kids out of town, most friends not physically up to helping). Mark was there to help choose paint, flooring and carpet. The workmen were skilled and friendly. Honestly, I missed them when the job was done. Also, the insurance company knew their work and accepted everything Mark proposed without a single problem. I couldn’t recommend Mark and Paul Davis more highly.

    I worked with Paul Davis to restore my basement after it had been flooded due to a sump pump issue. From the mitigation to the final restoration, I was impressed with the speed, thoroughness and professionalism of the Paul Davis team. Mark Jacob who was in charge of my restoration did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the whole restoration process. Mark is an excellent representative for your company. Now that the restoration is complete, my basement looks like it did before the flooding incident. Someone who never knew about the flooding incident, would never know the extent of the damage just by its appearance. That is a testament of the excellent workmanship of Paul Davis team. I would refer the Paul Davis team to anyone who is in need of Restoration or Remodeling in their home or business.

    Our house had major damage from a huge branch crashing through the roof. Our insurance company called Paul Davis and they were on site in 30 minutes working on securing our roof. Ayden and Hunter were excellent. They knew what to do, communicated very well and helped us remain calm in the middle of our house disaster. All of the Paul Davis people have been excellent, but we wanted to especially thank Ayden. As our project progresses, I’m sure I’ll have more names to add another review. They’ve all been good!

    New Years Eve the worst scenario I could have ever imagined happened my finished basement flooded and Hunter and Aidan made that terrible matter to deal with way Better with their kindness, caring , explanations, and quality of customer service and work.     Awesome service from Hunter! I called late on a Sunday and Hunter was here at 9am Monday morning. They did even offer to come out Sunday night. He cleaned up our water issue thoroughly, and checked in on the progress throughout the week. I can’t recommend them enough!

    John Adams, our project manager, was terrific in coordinating the different skilled trades to replace our kitchen and dining room wood flooring and refinishing all of our first floor wood flooring. He coordinated demolition of damaged basement ceiling, paneling and flooring with replacement with drywall and painting, and replacement of the basement floor with vinyl tiles. He coordinated the arrival off the different work crews with our schedule to be as non-disruptive as possible. His projection of the finish date was on time. The teams that he engaged were hard working and did good work. He responded to our concerns by addressing and solving them to our satisfaction. We are fortunate that he was assigned to our project. I highly recommend him.

    If you experience some sort of catastrophe in your home—flood, fire, freeze—THIS is the company you want to call. The crew at Paul Davis Mid Michigan is top-notch. They were incredibly thorough, super responsive, and extremely pleasant to work with. I felt they treated my home as if it were their own. They expertly managed our water mitigation, and even though they were extremely busy after a spate of subfreezing weather, we always felt like they had the time to deal with our situation—their customer relations skills and follow through are exceptional. They also did a great job liaising with the insurance company, which is a huge bonus. Five stars, A+, 10/10—these guys are the best.

    The entire staff were very professional and hard working. They showed up to our house within an hour and a half on a Saturday evening and left at 11:30 that night. They continued the plan on Sunday and finished the flooded basement cleanup by Thursday morning. They had plenty of equipment to get our walls and carpet dry. Very impressed with Paul Davis Restoration. I wouldn’t look for any other restoration service!!

    Every interaction was professional, helpful and kind. They were very quick in coming out to evaluate our damage and to bring us an industrial dehumidifier.     This company was amazing! We used them for the mitigation process and now are moving on to the reconstruction process. The estimator Hunter was very kind and professional with me! The job supervisor Ayden was also kind and professional and did a great job at explaining how everything was going to work. The guys who came out to do the work and set all the fans ( Dillion and Noah) were also very respectful and professional. This meant a lot to us considering we have tried two bigger companies besides them who do the same work and we were not happy with either. Thank you guys for everything!

    Ayden Dreispal, senior estimator, was amazing and explained the complete process of removing the water damage to our home. He answered all of our questions and made sure to find any and all areas which were affected by the water damage. When I did have any questions and left a voice message he would call back within a few minutes, even on a Saturday. Ayden came out every day for a week checking and making sure all the areas were drying out completely. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work Ayden and Hunter did on the 1st stage of this job. We are very confident after meeting with Jerry Rehm, senior estimator, that the 2nd stage - remodeling will be a very rewarding experience also. We will definitely recommend your company to family and friends. Very professional and caring company!!

    I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of help with flooding, mold, restoration, or remodeling (or honestly any other services they perform because I am sure they are great at those too!). The company is professional, friendly, responsive, and honest. Every employee I interacted with was helpful and cared about helping us out. They came in to follow up after we had a horrible experience with another company and what a difference it was! They could have been dishonest and taken our money for repairs that didnt need done, but they didnt. The guys who came out were friendly, very thorough, professional, and excellent at explaining processes and answering my many, many questions.     Paul Davis Restoration was absolutely amazing. My home flooded in mid July due to flooding issues. It could have been so overwhelming but the team at Paul Davis Restoration was able to take care of everything for me and was so kind and informative along the way. The timeline with covid was always communicated to me up front. They were responsive, everyone was kind and able to explain things to me. Arvie, Aiden, Hunter and Matt all made this process easy to get through and my home is absolutely gorgeous. Good people and good company. I highly recommend!

    Our sump pump failed late Friday night and after some panicked calls and a emergency plumber visit, Paul Davis was there the next morning with fans to begin drying out the basement. We met our PM Matt the following week and discussed the basement restoration. He was great in explaining the process and what needed to be done. Although the timeline estimates were off, the work and carpenters were great. I was extremely satisfied with the final product and currently love enjoying our updated basement!

    I had a lot of water damage in my carpeted basement from sump pump failure. I called this company at 7:30 at night and within an hour I had two people at my house with equipment to extract the water. The very next day two more people showed up to rip out carpeting and paneling, and worked all day with very few if any breaks. I was more than impressed. They also brought huge fans and a dehumidifier. Every person was polite, smiling, handsome, and knew their job. It made this horrible experience so much easier. I felt that this company was taking care of me and really did care about my little house. They treated it like it was a castle. I appreciate all of them - Jerry, Dallas, Dustin, Diego, Jan, and I hope I didnt miss someone. This is the nicest group of people I have come across in a long time...and very efficient. If I could give this company more than five stars, I would.. Thank you all so much.

    We had a garage fire and smoke and water damage to our home. We are in the middle of the process at this time and have been amazed up to this point with the customer service of the entire Paul Davis team. Sunshine our project manager has made herself available at any time we need, returning calls and text quickly and helping us with design ideas as we rebuild. Miranda and her team have been right there side by side as they go thru contents. I can not say enough good things about this company. They truly treat you as if you were a family member taking our stress and absorbing it, and putting us at ease.
