    Went to Central Lock to get a couple extra house keys. Service was prompt, knowledgable, price very reasonable. Took in an auto key the next day. This key was for an older vehicle, key was somewhat worn. Same story. All keys work smooth as silk Will definitely use this business again if need arises.

    What a great deal..the guy was so attentive, and so professional, the business really cares about their customers..Im so happy with the results..I was afried, to spend the $$ as Im retired...etc.etc. so dug and dug for keys in car and in all areas .(i left keys in car as battery was dead, so waited for help../keys gone. 😥). but ended up calling them back. It was all good..Im happy. Great place!Thank you

    The most exceptional customer service and quality workmanship of any business in Mason City! The staff is SO friendly and helpful! Ryan is the BEST! Anything that has to do with locks, you should make Central Lock your go to one stop shop! Customer service and satisfaction is a HIGH priority at this business!     Excellent service. We were on our way south from northern Wisconsin, realized forgot extra set of keys to camper, Ryan at central lock accommodated us promptly even though they had closed already!! Excellent service, excellent product!! 👍👍

    They are quick and efficient! I locked myself out of my car at hy-vee right before a severe thunderstorm warning and we’re able to get me into my car before the storm hit. The technician also was kind enough to teach me about insurance possible covering the cost (it did!) thank you, central lock!!

    Central Lock installed the door access control system at our manufacturing facility. The installation was quick, seamless and professionally done. The training provided covered all our needs and they have been quick to respond to any lingering questions I have had. I worked with Nate and Isaiah and they have both been awesome! 5 stars!!!
