Absolutely by far best Plummer in Mankato! I messaged him in the morning and he was able to come in that afternoon and got my hot water working again after not having hot water for over 72 hours. I tried to call other companies and nobody made me feel like I was priority and telling me they couldnt help me until later the following week. Eric most definitely made me feel I was on his priority list the minute I messaged him.I was updated on everything the minute he knew. He also explained what he did and why he did it. For being younger and not knowing how the system really ran that was super helpful and it didn’t feel like he was trying to just “make a sale on me”. Eric genuinely cares about his quality of work and how he treats his customers! I will definitely be a life time customer of Steel Point plumbing and I will recommend him to everyone I know!

I called Steelpoint on a Sunday evening with a sump pump issue as a new customer. Winter melt and heavy rain. He was ready to come out and replace my pump if needed that minute. He came out and checked my pump and told me my float ball was stuck inside the float mechanism. I was so impressed with his honesty. He could have told me the pump was shot and charged me, but he didn’t. He was honest! 🫶🏼 With that being said that kind of honesty is what I look for in a contractor and needless to say he’s my one and only plumber in the central/southern MN area. They have done a couple of projects for me now and they are fair with his pricing and the craftsmanship speaks for itself.

Called Eric on New Years Eve for a suspected water heater failure and he spent a good chunk of his Sunday on the phone with me trying to get me up and running - did not expect that level of service on the phone on a holiday weekend. Got me limping along until he could stop out and confirm a leak, decision was made to replace the leaking unit, with no pressure from Eric at any point during the process.Fit us into his schedule quickly, explained the work being done both ahead of time and post-install, did his diligence to check the warranty of the old unit, took care of all the permit work, and was super polite, courteous and respectful of our home while working.Did my part to call around and ensure the bid was fair, since he was my first call, and he came in $200-300 dollars under anyone else in town.All good, no bad - wont be calling anyone else in town for anything plumbing related. Thanks Eric!

As a new customer, I reached out online on a Sunday afternoon about replacing my leaking hot water heater. I had a response from Eric in a couple of minutes and an estimate within the hour. He was able to get a new water heater installed on Monday afternoon. Eric answered all of my questions and gave a recommendation about another issue I have while he was here. The day after the installation he sent a follow up text to make sure things were working properly. Eric was responsive, timely, thorough and reasonably priced. These guys were amazing. They were very knowledgeable with older homes and figured out my broken pipes. Went from the second floor all the way to the first floor. They repaired the issue and gave me options to make it easier on the bank. I would definitely go with these gentlemen again.

ISteelpoint Plumbing was sent to my home by Home Depot as I purchased a new hot water heater. I was impressed that could install the next day as my old heater was leaking. I was called early in the morning and told a plumber would arrive soon. Tim, my plumber did arrive promptly and in the course of the morning installed my new water heater. He was courteous and pleasant and I am more than pleased with his work. I also showed him my bathroom and discussed a remodel. He assured me that what I am planning could be done, and when the remodel takes place I will call Steelpoint for my plumbing needs.

Eric saved the day! After my moms water heater went bad in her mobile home I had called multiple plumbers that would not work of plumbing of a mobile home. Eric was recommended to me by one of those plumbers thank goodness. I know crawling under a home in very cold temperatures is not what everyone would want to do.
