He worked tirelessly on a Sunday evening until the difficult situation was resolved. Communication about the clog was excellent. He definitely put in extra time for no extra charge. Very good service for the $$. I wouldnt hesitate to hire him again if needed.

Excellent work. Our main water line in was frozen due to old heat tape malfunction and very cold temps. New Years Day/Saturday and extremely cold conditions. No other businesses would consider coming until next day but Aaron came and resolved our pipe freeze issue same day and replaced heat tape. Above and beyond service! Extremely professional and all services quoted at reasonably good price. We are very pleased with the work from start to finish. I highly recommend Hot Shot Jetting to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber.

I came home to a big mess in my basement. The drains had backed up and I wasnt sure what to do. I called Hot Shot and they answered on the first call. I live in Owatonna so I wasnt sure if theyd have to wait to make the trip over. Aryn was there that same morning and he worked until the issue was completely fixed. Called Aaron and he came right away and cleaned out our kitchen sink line. He was here for an hour and cleaned it out. When Jetter Clean was here in June they were here for 20 minutes. We will definitely call Aaron again and refer him to our friends and family.

This guy did what Jetter Clean didnt. If you want your drain lines actually cleaned, use Hot Shot! They send a camera down to ensure the lines have been completely jetted, and to assess the condition of the pipes. Jetter Clean wont do that! He even came out on a Sunday so we could start using our water as soon as possible.

Aaron responded promptly and throughly inspected our plumbing and duct system. Because our problem is intermittent he was not able to give a definitive answer to our problem but he suggested a rational course of action. He did not suggest expensive work we may not need. We are glad we have him in reserve if we need him.

Hot Shot Jetting was absolutely fantastic and very responsive. When we initially called them about a backed up drain - they said that they would be at our house between 3-4pm. They were there at 2! Which was great! I do wish they had notified us of the time change, but we were happy to see them earlier. Ayron was quick and very informative and talked us through the problem (tree roots). Will definitely be contacting them with any future problems!

Hands down the best plumbing emergency service around the Mankato area! Aaron was the only person to answer my call when we had our basement floor drains backing up over the weekend. He was able to make it to our house within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem with his camera and clear up the roots in our drains that was causing our issue with his equipment. I highly recommend his services to everyone with any plumbing issues and his prices are very affordable compared to the bigger plumbing companies. 10 stars all around!
