We needed some work done so we could get a new water meter installed. First of all I love that this company ACTUALLY is responsive via email! A few issues were found and Brandon was very honest about what work MIGHT need to be done. When he accessed the outside waterline and saw what was on the citys side, he recommended I did NOT get the extra work done as planned. Since he was in contact with the city he was able to do the water meter installation as well which was very convenient for us. Pricing was fair. The communication the whole time was great. They were also very patient with payment since we were waiting on insurance things. Funny tidbit, Brandon must have accidentally brought in a little mud and got it on our carpet (we didnt mind, it happens!)... He came back inside and cleaned it up with his own supplies. Lets just say the last plumbing company from a big job a few years ago didnt do that at all during their 2 week job, and we had a mess to clean up afterwards. The little details like that are really appreciated! Thank you guys!

Weve lived in our home for 16+ years and have used a number of other plumbers for various things throughout those years. Ive used a number of different plumbers throughout those years because of the varying levels of service I received. I needed a cast iron pipe fixed and after a few calls it was Jen who said they could be out later that same day. Brandon came and repaired the pipe but also ended up cleaning the pipe as well because of how clogged it was. He was very helpful in suggesting ways to maintain them and keeping the pipes clean naturally. I found this to be very helpful considering he wasnt trying to sell me on anything I didnt need. We were working through a bathroom remodel next and it was Plumb-Rite that I called to provide me a quote on getting a drain moved. Brandons quote was fair and on point. I called them to schedule the job and Brandon again did a great job getting the job done timely. I again called them to install the shower pan and set the drain. During that process I had decided to have Brandon just install and set the entire shower since he was here. He was more than happy to do so and did a great job. He made it look effortless and what would have taken me a few hours to knock out. He did in no time. I will definitely recommend Plumb-Rite Plumbing to anyone and everyone. I was really impressed with their response time. I message them online and the next day Brandon was at my place and was able to install a new water heater the same day. On Sunday I had a leaky pipe and I left a voice-mail Jen called me back in 10 min and had Brandon to my house in 20 min. They were very professional and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them and will also call in the future if i have plumbing issues.

Brandon and Jen are great to work with. Brandon explained everything when he came out to give the estimate. He took his time and made suggestions. He completed job very quickly and worked fast. He is knowledgeable and wants to be certain your satisfied with his work. I was long over due for a new toilet and removal of some very old piping that was leaking with constant plugging of drains. Definitely will call them again if ever have plumbing needs.

I had water leak in the garage ceiling connected to a bathtub. I called Plumb-Rite and Brandon came to take a look at it. He said there is no issue with bathtub and pipes, but suspected there might be a different reason for the leak. To have professional opinion, he invited a contractor, Blake. They together examined the problem and explained to me what may have caused the leak (Great team-work). Both of them were very professional and prompt. This is my second time of using Plumb-Rite and I am very satisfied with their services. I highly recommend the Plumb-Rite Plumbing for anyone who wants to get quality plumbing services.Update: Once again, I utilized the services of Plumb-Rite Plumbing and was extremely satisfied with the results. Brandon replaced my water heater and shower with expertise, arriving on time for the appointment and executing the installation flawlessly.

Brandon gave an honest opinion of what we should do with our water heater and we ultimately took his advice. He replaced our water heater with a brand new unit in approximately 2 hours. This was quick considering the small space he had to work in to get the old unit out and the new unit in. His price was significantly better than others in town and was informative with us about the process. We highly recommend Brandon and his wife for any plumbing needs. They are professional, conscientious, and responsive.

I called Plumb-Rite after calling 6 other places that either didnt pick up the phone or couldnt come to the house for three weeks. Jen answered right away and lined up a same-day visit.Brandon came and couldnt have been friendlier. Our job wasnt a difficult one and Brandon had it done in about an hour (and his rate was very reasonable).What stands out about Brandon is his attitude and personality. We decided to renovate a bathroom in our 100+ year old house. Called a few plumbers in Mankato/North Mankato to come and bid on the project. Some didnt even bother to call back. Plumb-Rite scheduled a time to come out and look and I received a fair bid back quickly. When we started the project this spring, construction supplies were hard to come by, so took the construction took longer than expected. Jen and Brandon were great at communicating and following up with me, asking me how the project was going and when I needed them to come back out. When Brandon was onsite, he was very good at explaining options and talking to me about the work he was going to do. He was on time and got the job done when he was onsite. Jen was very good at sending us reminders and information. When it was all said and done, the bathroom looks great. To top it off, we had a baby (were actually in the hospital for the final inspection) and Brandon and Jen took the time to send us a very thoughtful gift for the baby. I highly recommend Plumb-Rite. Dont waste your time trying to call other plumbers in town.

They are just honest, hard-working people. So happy I found them.

I broke my outdoor water faucet mid Saturday afternoon and it would not shutoff, (unless I shut down water to the whole house). I googled Mankato Plumber and started reading reviews and looking to see who was open on Saturday. I found Plumb-Rite Plumbing, gave them a call and they were here in 20 minutes. They replaced the faucet and installed shutoff switches on faucets, so I will not have to deal with this again. I will be using these guys again and highly recommend them.

Easily the best plumbing service I’ve used in Mankato. The customer service was excellent! Very quick responses by text, and call or whatever you prefer. I had a leak from bedroom ceiling that was coming from the bathroom upstairs. I texted Jen on a Sunday and had an appointment scheduled Monday. Found the pipe where the leak was coming from and had it fixed by Tuesday. They also fixed my sink that fell off the wall (all sorts of problems I’m having). Definitely will be using them for all plumbing issues in the future and recommend to everyone.
