We have used Kaduce multiple times over the past couple years and we have been impressed with their responsiveness, their service, their price, and their quality of work. You’re always greeted with a friendly and helpful voice when you call the main line. Jay has been great to coordinate and communicate with on all of our projects, big and small. Eric has been a rockstar, always willing to help and provide an expert eye and advice on top of providing great quality and service on all of the work he’s done. Just recently, he worked us in last minute same day to quickly fix a leak after a pipe was bumped during some work in our basement. We can’t say enough how much we recommend Kaduce!

I cant say enough good things about this company. They were always on time if not even a little early - and so professional. Jay kept in touch with me constantly about the status of the project, who would be coming by, and the progress. The quality of work was outstanding. We even had an issue where some electrical needed to be addressed that was not anticipated, and right away he found someone that could come and do the work promptly, when I quotes I got for at least a month out. He really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When he arrived, he was very professional and wasted no time getting to and servicing the furnace unit. After his inspection he explained what he did in terms that I could understand. I used kaduce for my Plumbing and Heating.I bought a house that I knew needed renovation did not realize how intense that was going to be.I called several companies they either gave me the run-around or they couldnt schedule me in not even for a price quote.When I called kaduce they said we will have are estimators call you right away and they did!! The next day Tony and Jay came to the house looked at the job and said there could be some obstacles here but we can handle it.Within a week there guys came in and did Full Plumbing and Full HVAC installation. Tony and Jay were with their guys every step of the way making sure that everything was right and stayed in full communication with us on how things were going.Their customer service was awesome, and their service technicians were highly skilled.I would recommend kaduce Plumbing and Heating for your next project bigger or small!!Ethan Rabenhorst

Kaduce was quick to dispatch a plumber when I emailed and said we had a gas leak. The technician, Dan, was here in 60 minutes. He diagnosed and fixed the leak in under an hour. He sent me pictures of the issue so I have a record and replaced all the ceiling tiles that were moved to diagnose the problem. I will call Kaduce for any future needs.
