Jeff did an amazing job! Our sewage ejector pump started leaking/failing (photo with green box) and Jeff arrived promptly, was so friendly, and fixed us up the same day with a soft close system (photo with red knob) which was a much better option than the not so soft close that was originally installed. Babe Plumbing Heating Air has done all of our work! I had knee surgery in April so they remodeled my bathroom. I have a new tankless water heater that I love. Jeff explained the positives to going tankless and my only negative is I didn’t do it sooner! I have called them numerous times and they are always so fast to come out! Most recently my furnace was giving me trouble. I called Wednesday am and they were here within an HOUR! Another bonus is they are family owned and gave us a military discount! I can’t say enough good things about this company!

Awesome team. Jeff and his team came to my house to clear up a smell due to some leaking pipes in a really old home. After the repair, there was an issue with something but they came back the next day to immediately take care of it. They get the job done in a very reasonable amount of time.

I had my first emergency at my home where the outside faucet froze and busted and had water shooting outside, and cascading down the walls in my basement. My mom contacted Babe’s and within minutes someone head called me to help me shut the water off so it would stop shooting out. This was an awful situation and they acted so quickly to help me! And scheduled me as soon as they could to get the faucet fixed and look around to see if there are things that aren’t code! 10/10 would recommend!

I had water backing up into my basement on Easter when we ran the washing machine. I called Monday morning and they sent someone out later that afternoon. I received a message. Letting me know a technician was on their way, they told me the cost up front before any work was done. The camera showed a crack in my sewer line going out of the house. They sent me photos of the work before and after work for the insurance claim. We have used them for two major jobs now and I won’t call anyone else in the future.

Along with nearly everything else in my brand-new Pavek built home, the water heater failed in less than 3 years. Up until then, it was completely unreliable, never knowing whether wed have hot water. When it eventually completely failed, I called Babe Plumbing. The owner lives near me and I thought Id do business as locally as I could. They arrived less than an hour after calling. After explaining that the unit installed by the builder was of exceptionally low-quality, we discussed my options. While not exactly cheap, I decided replacement, with a tankless water heater was my best option long term for multiple reasons. During the install, they were kind enough to point out the builders sub-standard installation, such as an inadequate gas regulator, well undersuited for my home. The Babe Plumbing techs rectified this shortcoming at no extra cost and completed the install in just a few short hours. I now have a much more reliable unit that only burns gas on-demand and allows everyone in the house to be using hot water at the same time. As a bonus, I freed up a lot of space in my utility room. I was pretty happy with the service and final outcome. The technicians were friendly and professional.

We had a sewage main that got blocked twice in a week. The first time it clogged the service techs were very fast, courteous, professional, and understanding of a tight financial situation.The second time another man came with them to look for another cause. They cleared the blockage and fixed the problems with the main for a very impressive price. I cant say enough good things about them and I have no reason to call a different plumbing company.

If I could award more stars to this company, I would. We had a plumbing mishap at our residence (as in 140+ gallons of water from the second-story bathroom found its way into the bedroom below it), and one of my colleagues recommended Babe Plumbing. Because it was after-hours, I submitted a digital contact us form and was surprised to find—an hour or so later—a personal email in my inbox from the owner, Jeff; he reassured me that his company could help. Hes a man of his word. Before long, two of the most friendly, experienced, and good-humored plumbers came to the house and quickly identified the problem: the drainpipe to the bathtub had disconnected (broke). Thatll do it. Within an hour, the problem was fixed, and all along the way I knew exactly what was going on and why. The pricing was transparent, and every dollar was worth it. The plumbers left the area clean, and someone from the office followed up to make sure my husband and I were happy with their services. Its clear Babe Plumbing cares greatly about the quality of their services, and they are loyal to their customers and community. In return, we plan to remain loyal to them, and hope you will, too. Offered me different options - and was able to replace it that same day - 1 hour later and they were done! Great experience start to finish. Called Jordan Plumbing after discovering my water heater was leaking. Anne answered and was extremely friendly and straight forward with billing policy. Jeff was my technician who came the same day. Jeff was knowledgeable, prepared and also friendly. Jeff brought the facts on different options for water heaters which we discussed in detail so that I could understand what I was getting. Service would have been done same day but I had something that interferes with that. Job was completed promptly the next day. I called to ask about updating some drain lines for a bathroom in our near 100 year old house. I had an appointment with Jeff the next day who was very prompt and gave a detailed recommendation and quote with three options. We set up the appointment for a few days later and he arrived on time with another tech and worked quickly, to do the work. Both Jeff and the tech with him were professional and took care to do the work with minimal disruption. They updated the drain lines from the tub and sink as well as replaced the supply lines to the sink, toilet and tub. At the end there were no surprises in the cost as it aligned with the quote I was given.I would happily have Jeff and his team perform any future plumbing work we need!

If something is going to go wrong it’s going to happen at the worst possible time (holidays, weekends, just before a party!!!) We’ve been there. Service was timely, professional, and well done. My only qualm is that I had a leaky bathroom sink and a leaking main water pipe in the basement to look at. The repairman gave me three different tiers of quotes for those two items. Lower tier was fixing just the basement leak, mid tier was fixing just the bathroom sink, and third tier was combining them both. I am wondering if I would have had a different price point suggested in their three tier system if I had only asked for the basement pipe to be quoted (which was the real emergency, bathroom was just because he was there anyways so might as well look). Knowing nothing about plumbing, I cannot say if $575 is the going rate for replacing a foot of pipe at a cross section of pipes. As the customer I should have asked more questions. However, knowing how their system works now I would still use them again because the repairman was very quick and professional and got there that same day within hours.

Outstanding service today by Babe Plumbing and Weston J. that did the actual plumbing work at our home. I called late morning to schedule an appt. to fix what I thought was a failed seal in one of our toilets. First, a very polite person handled my call and scheduled an appt for the very next day. Then, I received a follow up call a few hours later that a plumber could get to our house today -same day I called! Weston was professional and incredibly thorough. Our toilet issue was more complicated that a seal. Long story short - Weston diagnosed the issue and did a full toilet replacement along with handling other misc. sink issues we were having. Weston was very knowledgeable and friendly. I havent had this level of service in a LONG time. And, I normally dont write reviews. I couldnt let this experience go by without giving a 5 star review. We had a water heater tank fail on us this Friday afternoon. We called and set an appointment first thing Monday morning for a wonderful time frame of 8-830. Not only is this a better scheduling then I’ve had from other companies (“We can be there between 8-4”) but also holding to the window. Jason showed up promptly at 8:10 falling into our scheduled window. We went to look at the location and discussed options of a tankless and a traditional tank including all the pricing. We all agreed on a traditional tank and the different options we can go with. Jason gave us the price and jumped right into working. Yes he did have to go to the shop to get the tank because we at first set the appointment for a tankless. He came back and the remove and install took less then an hour. Gave us the same price with he quoted cleaned up and left. Very professional from scheduling all the way through to payment. We now have our go to plumbers for all future plumbing needs.

These guys are great! Found my water heater leaking and called them at 8:20am. Weston was at my house by 8:45am to give me an estimate for replacement before I had to go to work. We have a larger than normal tank that he didnt known if he could get right away, but found one and had the tank replaced by 11:00am. Other places that I called were between 1-2 weeks out to even come to give an estimate, but Babes had the hot water back working withing a couple hours, which for my large family was amazing! Jordan Plumbing and Heating was fantastic! Not only did they get me an appt the morning i called, they assessed the problem and were able to replace my water heater the within the same day when it went out. And they were able to fix a leak under my sink. Super friendly and accommodating staff and highly recommend them and use them again!!

I would highly recommend Jordan Plumbing to anyone. I have known the Jordan family for 5+ years as old neighbors and have had Jeff do plumbing work in our home several times. I am a family childcare provider and normally when my kitchen sink drain was plugged and/or bathroom sink needed to be up to code for state licensing, Jeff was at our house the next day after I texted or called him. Whenever I see a post online for someone in the Mankato community looking for a plumber, I always comment with Jordan Plumbing! You will never be disappointed with their high quality customer service and work.

Jeff from Jordan is a life saver!!! We called them when our water heater went out on a weekend. He quickly came out to the house. Changed out the water heater! He was super friendly, very knowledgeable and very reasonable! I highly recommend them!!!

Ive had Jordan come to my place several times. Once when my kid flushed a toy down the toilet and I couldnt get it out - another when I tried to replace a toilet part and broke it off, and then again to have them replace my water heater. I wouldnt have had them come out three times if I wasnt happy with the work. Ive always gotten good service, theyve never left a mess behind in my home, and they didnt make fun of me for botching what should have been a simple DIY job.
