We are in the middle of moving to a different state and just before we were leaving our kitchen sink plugged up and given that it was the day before a holiday we were very surprised how quickly Connors came out and solved our problems. They sent out Eric and he was patient, courteous & very informative and took his time showing me what was wrong & explained what he was going to be doing In terms that I could understand-and gave good recommendations

Connors was prompt in getting out to me the same day. Carson and his apprentice were great even though he couldnt fix my water heater, it was just one thing after another. He did set me up with a deal on a new water heater and since it was after hours by that time, they called right away the next morning to schedule. Jake and Eric came out and did the install. They were great. Everyone I talked with were very knowledgeable and gave me great advice in extending the life of my new water heater. They just dont make things to last anymore.

We emailed Connor’s yesterday and already today(it’s noon now) Corey came over, solved our problem and gave us a very good price for the work he did. Within the span of 2 days, we found an issue and had it fixed! Their customer service team is amazing as well. I was contacted within half an hour of reaching out to them just to ask for their latest coupon and check pricing, and like I said, today they have already fixed our problems! If you’re looking for reliable, VERY reasonably-priced, and fast service, I would suggest Connor’s to anyone. Jon did a great job, was on time, very knowledgeable and explained everything so I knew what we were dealing with. Did the work quickly and was finished in a couple hours including going to the city utility office to pick up a new water meter and take care of some paperwork. Price was a little steeper than I expected, but I know the job is done right and peace of mind and a dry basement is worth the price.12/18/23 - Our water heater cracked and started leaking. Called Connors and they sent someone to check it out that day. Luckily it wasn’t still heating water, just leaking. But still had to be replaced. Two days later the service technician came and replaced the old heater in about two hours and cleaned everything up afterwards. Professional job well done and done quickly. Grateful for the service.

Left a very clean work area.Edit: Had an issue with my a/c unit a little over a year after install. This was outside of the warranty for labor, however they did not charge me to fix it for me. Marco was able to quickly diagnose and fix my issue, and he was great to work with.

Had Connors out this last summer due to a clog in our kitchen sink. They got everything working again, professional and gave me a quote for what it would cost to get everything replaced (because its ancient copper piping). I signed up for their service program because I figured Id need them again for something. Not too long later our main pipe clogged and they were honest, they dont work on that stuff so they sent me to another equally as great company. Now today they were out because my kitchen sink pressure was low. Easy fix for now, I already knew this but it was recommended our faucet get replaced. Typical flipper house, damn thing only lasted acouple years ugh. But Eric gave me pricing to replace when the time comes. Because I have the service plan then I didnt spend $65 today. I know well need them again. Thanks for being awesome, the whole team is great.

The workers arrived on time and worked all day until the job was completed, in spite of the house temperature being 90 degrees. They tested the units before completing the job. The workers were polite and very professional. There were no surprises with cost or material. Everything was done as defined in the estimate. They asked if I had any questions or concerns before considering the job completed.
