    Rudy did a quick, thorough, and excellent job installing my new ceiling fan. He properly prepared the work are, ensuring that our furniture was protected from anything that might fall and the area underneath stayed clean. Rudy removed the old fan and installed the new one, which is 14 feet above the floor, in under an hour. He tested the fan while he showed me how to use the remote control.I highly recommend Rudy and Infinite Electric for reliable, trouble-free, and dependable electrical service.

    I had an excellent experience with Allen at Infinite Electric. I called him about a strange electrical issue where half the rooms and outlets lost power. Instead of rushing to schedule a visit, he took several minutes to talk with me on the phone. He quickly diagnosed the problem and suggested it was likely an issue with the Dominion power company. He guided me on the exact terms to use when I talk to Dominion. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to avoid any unnecessary charges from an electrical company coming out.He was absolutely right— Dominion came out and found the issue, and they fixed it the same day.     Rudy just left my condo, with the power restored. Yay!! He did a great job of troubleshooting the outage that a building contractor caused, and fixed the problem.     I like to work with small local companies and Infinite Electric is one of them. I just had Rudy from Infinite Electric fix our control panel, which was not up to standards, and he did an amazing job. Rudy is very professional and friendly. As for Alain, the boss, it is always a pleasure talking to him. He listened to our needs and only sent us an estimate for what we really needed. Last but not least, their prices are reasonable in comparison to other bigger companies.Will definitely be hiring them again!

    I had a problem with my GFCI. Alain over the phone told me how to troubleshoot it and how to figure out if the receptacle is bad. It was all free. He saved me money by not needing to come. He is old fashioned - he wants to get a customer for life, not just for one task. This is the kind of honest electrician you want to have !

    I have been working with Infinite Electric for several years and they have always been professional and easy to work with. They do charge a premium but the work is done quickly and I have never had to have it redone. They also will walk through exactly what they have done and their approach to find a way to do things quickly and cost-effectively- being upfront with if it were my house- I would do this. Alain has even talked me through a few small things over the phone when he feels that it is something minor- like a bad lightbulb.I have lived in primarily old buildings- many of which have mystery wiring- and infinite electric has never been phased by any of it.Today I had them come out to repair work that a very reputable local outdoor lighting company had done for me previously. I was so concerned that this would be a full rework of my backyard but Rody quickly identified the problem and had it fixed within two hours- finding that it could be repaired with only one fautly wire that had to be dug up.

    For a number of reasons I needed to replace both service panels in this 40+ year old house. Of the firms I contacted for quotes, Infinite Electric was the most responsive and was competitive. Office staff was prompt and knowledgeable in scheduling my service.Speed is important when you have to completely shut off electricity to your house. I am an electrical engineer with decades of experience but could not possibly have done this job as quickly as Rudy and Henry. They were also able to bring the house grounding into line with today’s code standards. Their wiring skills were top notch (I’m picky) and they took the time to test and label every outlet, light and appliance in the panel. They also installed a 240v/50A circuit in my garage for future EV needs.I was very pleased with the work done by Infinite Electric and highly recommend them. If you can get Rudy and Henry consider yourself extra lucky.

    What can I say...there are no words to express the outstanding workmanship, customer service, and professionalism from Infinite. Just recently, they wired an addition for us which included a temporary power stand, going from 200 to 400 amp supply, adding Tesla chargers in the garage, HVAC, rerouting old line that werent up to code, and of course tying in all in. Im sure there is more. The work is stellar. Always on time, always done right, always at a price thats unbeatable. Rudy is the man. I am amazed at what he can do in such a short amount of time. He is the ultimate problem solver and works on the fly. I have NEVER had such outstanding service, and we have completed a lot of projects.

    I used Infinite Electric for the first time in 2018 to replace our electrical panel, which was very old and outdated. I also added a new line to add another outlet in the living room. Gerry performed the install in one day and did a fantastic job. The county inspector commented on how well the work was done during his code inspection after the work had been completed. So when I needed some electrical work done in 2024 I called Infinite, and Gerry showed up again, I needed the panel checked to see if there were any issues due to some damage to the main power line coming into the house. He checked everything and all was well with the power coming into the home coming from the main power line. He was very knowledgeable on what the electric company is responsible for and what the home owner is responsible for. He also quoted another new line run from the main panel to the bedroom and a replacement light for the back porch. The price was less then expected and I knew it would be done professionally. Joseph arrived for the installation on time and did a great job, he was very professional, experienced and courteous. I was very pleased with the work, and the owner Allan called to ask if I was happy with the work performed after the job was completed. It is very difficult for me to try to find a local company that I have full confidence in and Infinite Electric passed with flying colors.     I normally dont post comments for public view but this case is an exception. My son who previously used Infinite Electric LLC suggested that I call them for an urgent electrical problem at my house. It was already late on Friday and so any tech services will already be on Monday. Infinite Electric FEService Tech Mr. Alain Verheugen called me back that Friday and gave suggestions on what can be done by my contractor on next day (Saturday). My contractor followed the suggestion and everything went well. It save me a lot of money but most importantly it proves that the FEService Tech Mr. Alain Verheugen is the absolute best and is highly recommended for any electrical service needs.

Jerry expertly advised us, and then coordinated all the work required to update our home electrical system, and to install new security lighting on the property.     The team at Infinite is incredible! I reached out to them to get an EV charger installed at my house. They were prompt in getting the installation scheduled, gave me a price quote and the necessary materials, and answered any questions that I had before proceeding with the installation. On the day of the installation, Jerry arrived and was ready for work. He did the install, gave me updates on its progress, and ran through all of the necessary components of using the EV charger after the installation was done. He tested it out and made sure that it was charging correctly, at the appropriate amperage, and also called the next day to ensure that there were no problems. I would easily use Infinite again! I cant recommend them enough.

    I had a great experience right from getting an estimate with Jerry for running new circuits from my basement panel to garage and on the day of the job with Rudy and Henry, who were very easy to work with and patiently answered my questions. I had an issue getting my EV charger to work post installation, when I reached out to Jerry and Alaine, they were prompt in responding and Jerry came back and helped verify things. It turned out to be possibly some issue with the charger s connection with the 14-50 outlet. It is all good now.Im so far very happy with the level of service and responsiveness and recommend them.     We had a great first visit from Infinite Electric - I was able to schedule a couple of days after my initial call. Rudy came and fixed the faulty outlet that was bothering us within a short time. We had a coupon for an hours time, so he went ahead and replaced the rest of the outlets in the room for us, which were all very old. What was most appreciated was that he made suggestions and offered other options, such as changing one of the outlets so that only the top half operates from our light switch - I didnt even know that could be done but he did it in no time! We also asked for solutions and an estimate for two other larger issues and Rudy also offered advice and even better options on these solutions as well - we look forward to having them back to fix these. An excellent experience - the owner kept me informed on my appointment and Rudy was an expert electrician who completed the work quickly, carefully and correctly with explanations.     Sergio and Henry did a great job at installing my level 2 EV charger. We’ve also added a 60 amp circuit to our electrical panel. Wiring was tricking since the electrical panel was in the opposite side on the house where the EV charger was located (garage). They were able to run the necessary wires through my finished basement to the garage without any internal drywall damage - just a small drywall hole in garage to fish the wires. Process was smooth. Would recommend them if you need an EV charger installed.

    I was in need of a new electrician to install several new fixtures in a condo. Gerald came to do an estimate, looking at pictures of the fixtures and addressing my desire to install LED dimmers on all of them. Some of the fixtures turned out to be more complicated to put together and install, but they kept at it. Some of the wiring done by the builder was not done to the standards it should have been either, complicating and delaying the job. Gerald came to assist and the result with the three working on the project was success and it has made a beautiful difference in my home. Very polite, conscientious and knowledgeable. While I ended up paying a little more than originally estimated, they were able to fix the problem that otherwise would have made two of the lights inoperable at the same time. I wanted to have a Nest doorbell installed outside my front door without existing wiring in place, and I found it quite hard to get an electrician that would agree to do the job.     They were terrific! I had lost power in an area of the basement and contacted Infinite Electric to come out and fix the problem. I had already checked the circuit breakers and there was no evidence that anything had tripped. Al contacted me the afternoon before they were due to come out and asked me some questions. When I told him that I had already checked the circuit breakers, he told me that sometimes there was no evidence that they had tripped, but a methodical turning all of them off and on again one by one may fix the problem (since they werent labeled to indicate which could have been the issue). Success! Al also educated me on another issue I was having and fixed that problem as well. We were up and running again right away and saved a service call (and a lot of embarrassment if someone came out to flick a switch). What great customer service for someone who turned out not to be a customer. However, Infinite Electric is the company I will always call now and highly recommend to anybody needing electrical service. Thank you!

    We recently moved to the area and bought a house that needed some work, including adding a fan and vent to the outside in a basement bathroom, replacing ancient fans in the other bathrooms, and adding lights in all three showers.     We have been householders for almost 50 years, and never have we had a better experience with a service contractor than with Gerald Wills of Infinite Electric. We discussed our unusual issue with Jerry by phone, and he patiently went through the possible options for dealing with it, which included contacting the manufacturer of our aging clothes dryer. In the end we chose to have Jerry study the problem, which proved to be a worn breaker block, and he replaced it at the minimum charge. It was $150 dollars well spent.

    Jerry listened to our issue and quickly diagnosed it by asking a few questions about the year of the house to determine if it was an older or newer house. He discovered the outlet was tripped and found out where the reset button was. He also explained best practices that we should not use an extension cord in the garage for a refrigerator and that mightve been the cause of the problem. Also he advised that our refrigerator may be too old and tripping the outlet. We appreciated the useful information. We also asked about installing another outlet and he provided a quote. Then he mentioned a light fixture outside was out and he identified it was a sensor issue and replaced it. Jerry was efficient, trustworthy, and fixed everything within the hour.     Great work, extremely professional from beginning to end (from initial on-site quote with Al to getting the work done with Rudy). I was upgrading to a 20 amp outdoor circuit so larger things like a power washer could operate without blowing the circuit. Not only did we get a new outlet installed, but it looks beautiful. Beyond the actual job itself, the electrician spotted a few troubled connections I had and suggested a very inexpensive fix I could do on my own to make my home safer. Rudy, in doing the job, found a way to overperform -- I expected wed need to run some pvc pipe along the outside of part of my house to allow the new outlet to get power, but he found a way to hide the cord behind my siding and avoid use of the pipe at all. From beginning to end, Im very happy and will be using Infinite Electric again for other needs we have.
