I have to say that having had Home Services Solutions install my central air unit in May 2024 was an excellent decision! Dealing with them was quite easy and they listened to what I needed in the installment of central air to my home. Dealing with Jayden was a great experience. His professionalism and hard work ethic made the installment go pretty smoothly. He made sure that the unit worked very well, even coming back to do a secondary check to it. I am very glad that I installed the unit especially when the temperatures were above 90 degrees these past several weeks. The unit worked efficiently and cooled my place down very quickly! Definitely recommend contracting them for HVAC type work!

It is challenging to find companies that will send technicians up to my home in the mountains. They either dont service my area or charge an unreasonable rate just to drive up here. That was not the case with Home Service Solutions. They were immediately responsive and helpful. Jaydon was an excellent technician. He was extremely communicative both before and during service and explained what he was repairing and why in terms that were understandable for a lay person. Highly recommend Home Service Solutions.

Saved me $12,000-$17,000 approximately.Then fixed mis-installed pipe and display meter for free.Coming Friday to put in a new R.O. filter on guest floor bathroom.Young but knowledgeable, smart and patient.

Carver and David are two absolutely amazing technicians who went all out to get our A/C unit installed in some of the hottest weather all month. Not only did they install a complicated unit indoors in a small utility closet, but the two of them somehow lifted a heavy condenser unit up onto the roof of our 3 story apartment complex. Because of the nature of our HVAC system they had to come back to hook back up the furnace and were able to do so the next day and finished up in just a couple hours.David and Carver got the job done fast, were super friendly and professional and now weve got a massively upgraded cooling system as we head into what looks like another stretch of hot weather. I couldnt recommend these guys enough.

I called because of a plumbing issue that came on suddenly. They were friendly, polite, and scheduled me for same-day service. The plumber, Justin, was courteous and explained everything to me very simply and respectfully. He went above and beyond by looking at my whole water softening system and showed me what to watch for and explained how it works. Then he took the time to unplug a sink, which wasn’t related to my initial call. Great company. Great service. Great people.

I just have to give a huge thank you to Rick, not only did he do a great job. He made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Hes very knowledgeable, great customer service, I got lower quotes but, I didnt like the guys personality or pitch. This unit was more than I wanted to spend but the way Rick talked about his coworkers and the type of service I was given I will recommend this company to my friends and family. I got my quote on Tuesday, scheduled the install for Thursday and received the install a day early. Rick was very fun to work with and made this so easy.

I’m very impressed with Home Service Solutions. I initially booked on line, but called to see if there was any possibility of getting a technician sooner as we had no heat. They were very understanding and added me on to the end of the day calls. It was supposed to be 4 degrees that night and I really appreciated that they cared about my household not having heat. Technician Dillon showed up even earlier than expected. He was professional, friendly, and helpful in explaining what was going on. Fortunately, ours was a fairly easy fix and Dillon was able to repair the heating system that same evening. I highly recommend Home Service Solutions. They are fair, prompt, friendly and courteous, but mostly they really care about their customers and how to help them.

Lucas came out and not only confirmed everything I brought up, but even further educated me with so much valuable information. We had Gage come out the day after and install our reverse osmosis and QRS whole-home systems, and I am so happy with them! The taste in the water is incredible and definitely noticeable, and now I have the peace of mind that I am drinking and showering in healthy water. Well worth it and these guys are so friendly and professional!

I would recommend this company! They provide routine maintenance at a very reasonable price. Every time they have sent a technician to my house, they have been trustworthy, taken time to explain to me what they are doing, and dont push unnecessary maintenance. Jaydon came out to do an AC inspection most recently and walked me through what he was inspecting and explained what work he would recommend I have done as well as maintenance that was not needed at the time and why. He also pointed out routine maintenance I can do to avoid having to pay for costly services and repairs in the future.

Excellent communication and service. I spoke with someone on the phone about replacing our Rainsoft carbon filter. I was scheduled for within 3 business days. On the day of service I received text messages that allowed me to track the service team to arrival and both Dreyson and Logan were professional with very positive attitudes. They had the filter replaced and water tested within about an hour. Id highly recommend.

We have had Home Service Solutions install our RainSoft water system, water heater and furnace with AC. Anytime we have had an issue, they have come out to troubleshoot. No issues with the water system or water heater. Once the furnace was installed I thought I smelled a gas leak. David Sellmer has been our technician since installation and he came out to test it. David thoroughly checked everything and there was no leak. Our AC was the latest issue, where the system was not draining properly. David again came out to our property, assessed that the drainage pipe was not properly installed, removed the setup and refit the piping to a proper angle, fixing the error of a previous installer, tested the system, enhanced the airflow, and checked the exterior unit to ensure it was operating properly. He took his time, detailed out all of the work he performed and walked me through all diagnostics.I am seeing a lot of negative reviews on Yelp and some on Google, and what I want to convey is that these home systems that Home Service Solutions put in place are backed by warranty and every time I have called with a concern, they have been quick to come out and have been thorough on diagnosing and correcting anything faulty. Really appreciate these guys, and though the equipment carries a high cost, it has proven its efficiency and it is the service aspect of the business that really shines. David has been an invaluable asset for us. I highly recommend you consider what this company has to offer beyond just the initial sale.

Our experience with Home service solutions was amazing, from start to finish. Our air conditioning unit went out on the weekend and with the temperature nearing the hundreds, we were in a rush to get this fixed. After calling a dozen companies, we finally happened upon this company. First, they answered their phone immediately, unlike other companies that ask you to leave a voicemail or call back. The young lady who took my call was professional , courteous and efficient. She was able to find someone, Jaydon, who came in on his day off to help and drove from about two hours away. Jayden was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He knew exactly what he was doing and he was accommodating when it came to me asking questions about the process. I don’t know if this company is on the less or more expensive side of their industry, but to be honest, if I were to ever have a problem again, I will not hesitate to call them immediately. If you have the ability to request Jayden, do it. He was fantastic.

Justin came ro Red Feather Lakes to limspect t our new plumbing install that was done by another plumbing company that waa not complete. He finished their job correctly so that we can use water hot and cold! We origially made an appointment to took a look at our septic line. He took the camera down the line from the house and then to the house from inside the septic. Our lines are frozen! But he took the time to locate the line and diagnose what is causing the issue and gave us feedback of how ro take corrective measures. This was our 4th plumber out to oir cabin. We aporeciate his attention to detail, and professionalism. We will definitely be using him again. Great plumbers are hard to find.

Wes Dunham is the absolute man. I will forever be a loyal customer to Home service Solutions… PLEASE do not use “One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning” they are completed rip offs and want nothing more than money out of your pocket. Vernan from the “one hour company” supposedly took a few test on our AC unit and Furnace and immediately stated that we would need to replace them without looking more into why they are not functioning well. He would go on to begin quoting 15k rates for new units that they would need to install.Well, thank God for Wes Dunham at Home Service Solutions. This guy (who is the company’s GM), came out looked at our AC unit and Furnace for 15 minutes, diagnosed our issue, and fixed it by replacing our capacitor. My house has cooled within 45 minutes of this man’s visit. Please do yourselves a favor, if you have any issues HVAC related CALL HOME SERVICE SOLUTIONS.
