We had Matt at Good Guys Home Service install an Amana heat pump with a high efficiency gas furnace as a back up. Matt clearly explained the choices we had and spent time working with us to make decisions. The installation was excellent and very carefully done. Communication with the company was clear, notifications were sent before arrival and he was on time. We are very pleased.

Called Good Guys about our heat pump not turning on. They had Matt come over within a day! Turns out it was a bad capacitor AND under warranty! Problem solved in under 10 minutes. Totally blown away! Every time we call them, they are prompt and get the job done! Can’t recommend them more highly!! Good Guys really are Good Guys!!!

Good Guys were referred to me by a client of mine, and I was pleasantly introduced to Bill, their service tech. He was professional, on time and honest. I unfortunately ended up needing a new furnace, and my experience from start to finish was great. They were more than happy to answer my plethora of questions and helped me make an informed decision. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

I highly recommend Good Guys Plumbing Heating and Air. I am always so nervous when calling service companies and never know who I can trust. I was referred to these guys by my neighbor who also spoke very highly of them. They really are the good guys! They were up front about the cost, very clean, courteous, and knowledgeable. They are very honest and I knew I could trust them. I will always call Good Guys!

Highly recommended! Professional and friendly with quality work. We had a steam humidifier and whole home air filtration system installed in our house, as well as some gas line work. The work was done efficiently with highly skilled team members. If you want the job done right the first time, call this company! We wont use anyone else!

I had my furnace go out in the middle of the night. Called Home Advisor and the gave me a list of furnace companies in my area. I called Good Guys and they were able to come out the same day and get my furnace up and running. Jacob was awesome! He explained what happened and gave me my options. He was able to find the part needed to fix it but in the future when we replace I will give them a call again.

After traveling for 10 days, we came home to find our water heater leaking, causing a decent amount of flooding into our crawl space and laundry room. We called Good Guys to come out (hoping same day) and they fit us into their schedule and we’re out a few hours later. After realizing we needed a new water heater, Rob got us taken care of and spent hours in and out of the house to get it knocked out!! With New Years Eve and holiday closures, we forsure thought we would be days until we could get on the schedule.... but not with Good Guys. It feels great to know we can call them and Rob will always treat us like family. Thank you for making these tough moments as first homeowners a piece of cake! :)

My dishwasher was not draining and I called an appliance repair company to come fix the issue. The technician found the problem to be in the plumbing and let me know that I would need to call a plumber to resolve the issue. I called Good Guys, Bill was at my home and had the problem fixed within a number of minutes. He was in the neighborhood for other work and declined to charge me because it had only taken him a few minutes of his time. As you can imagine, I will thrilled not to have to pay a second repair cost and will absolutely use them in the future. That kind of service builds loyalty!

Second call was also very favorable. Technician arrived at the agreed to time and also called to tell he was on his way. Jacob went through the system and said what the issues were and provided me ways to save money. Slight billing issues that was resolved by Matthew over the phone.The thermostat was not working in the house that I rent to my daughter and her roomates. They had no heat. I live out of town and did not know who to contact. I found Good Guys and their positives reviews online. Good Guys went to the house and quickly solved the minor issue and did not charge me. I will definitely use Good Guys in the future and will recommend them. THX

When our water main line burst and flooded our basement, the other guys gave us a quote that was WAY out of our price range. We called Good Guys and got a quote that was 1/3-1/2 the price, and the job was done the next day. We were so grateful! Good Guys has earned our loyalty!Fast forward two years, Good Guys comes through again. Efficient, friendly, honest and timely.

My old boiler quit soon after Christmas. Good Guys came out to my house way out in the foothills and installed a new, high-efficiency unit. Stayed until 6:30 on New Years eve to make sure it was perfect. Didnt charge a premium for that service. Cant say enough good things about their knowledge, punctuality, and work ethic.

Words literally cannot express how happy I am with Good Guys Plumbing. I had some horrendous drain backup/ clog situations and Matt came out the same day. Matt ran into some problems of his own as this was a bad situation, but his persistence in finding a solution paid off. Matt did not want to make holes in my wall if at all possible, even after I told him to go ahead and do it. Matt would not give up and bingo, paydirt. I am one happy homeowner and a new steady customer of Good Guys Plumbing. Good work, and please keep it up.

Our AC crashed mid July and with 3 St. Bernards it was imperative we get it fixed relatively quickly. I called several places and anyone who would get us in quickly wanted at least $75.00 just to show up. These guys came quickly and with a great price. We dont have a lot of money since Im a full time student so they accommodated our price budget by showing us what we could do and letting us do the work even though it meant they got LESS MONEY. AMAZING I will likely use them in the future. FYI: The tech Jake was awesome: showed up on time and was very friendly.

We had a problem with a valve and pipe coming loose in our upstairs shower. To fix it, I was afraid wed have to go through the tile or have to come in from the wall behind it, which would necessitate re-drywalling, etc. Matt from Good Guys figured out a way to fix it without doing any of that, and all for a very reasonable charge. I will always call Good Guys from now any for my plumbing (and HVAC) issues. Thanks!

I was very satisfied with my overall experience. The technician showed up on time, inspected the clogged drain in question, and gave me a fair estimate prior to starting any work. The Technician was able to remedy the clog almost immediately and graciously adjusted the price because the job took so little time. From there I was also shown how I could better access the drain, should a clog occur in the future and I wanted to attempt fixing it myself. For me, it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Called Bill to come out to fix our furnace which had stopped running. He promised to come out first thing the following morning. He didnt arrive at the agreed time, so we called to find out when hed get here. He apologized . Fair enough, I get my calendar messed up often enough too. He was honest about the mistake when he arrived, found the problem, clogged filter, made a couple of helpful suggestions and was done in no time. He was a great help, had an excellent approach and did a professional job. Highly recommend Bill and well call him next time we need HVAC work done.

I own a property in Fort Collins that I rent to local students (go Rams!). I live in Idaho though, so when the shower stopped working, I called Jake and the team to come out and get the water flowing again (college kids need showers). I was initially quoted a little over $600 for the job, but since Jake was able to fix the issue for much cheaper, I saved almost 50%! Whats more, we had trouble locating the water shutoff valve, but Jake was a kind, patient professional every step of the way. I just cant speak enough to the integrity of the team. They could have easily charged me double for a job I wasnt available to physically be there to see for myself, but they did the right thing. That speaks volumes to me, and it means so much to know theyre going to take care of the people they cant meet, in addition to the ones they can. I highly recommendJake, Bob, and the team, and I would call them again in a heartbeat--no doubt about it!

I did not call back the other company because I had been unimpressed with their service. I called GG. Liam found some careless wiring that had been done when the furnace was installed. Now everything is cool and we have a new go-to HVAC company.

I had a very tricky plumbing situation as a previous home owner did a questionable DIY shower install. As it was such a large job to remedy the problem, I ended up going to four different companies to get a quote to be sure. Good Guys Home Services gave me a very fair price and explained their approach in perfect detail, which I highly appreciate! I felt like I was in good hands. I was on a bit of a time crunch and they scheduled me in to accommodate. The project went very smoothly and they made sure everything was to code. They even knocked down the price a bit as it turned out that a certain step was no longer necessary. Very honest company! The only unfortunate thing is I will be moving away and wont get to use their services again!! I highly recommend this company.

Our furnace stopped working overnight, and with the outside temperature at 18 degrees, by morning our house was at about 54. I called two larger firms in Ft. Collins and was told the soonest I could be scheduled for a service call would be the following afternoon--obviously unacceptable. I then called Good Guys, and within one hour, a technician had arrived, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the faulty igniter in our system. The fee was very reasonable, and the technician very competent and friendly. I will gladly call on Good Guys again, and highly recommend them.
