I had a great experience with this company and the guys who came. The guys Eric and Austin showed up at the time that they said they was going to be here. Was very friendly the whole time. They did an amazing job, done it fast and efficiently. Eric even gave me advice and info on how to avoid the issues i was having. Will definitely be using this company again if i ever need anymore plumbing done and would definitely ask for them.

Eric is totally awesome. Everytime we have needed Highland Plumbing to come out, its been him Everytime. Always right on time, Always helpful, lets me know whats going on while hes fixing stuff. WOW!!!What an exceptional plumbing contractor!!I called on a Friday at 4pm and Virgina was able to coordinate a couple of gentleman to come to my home the next morning(on Saturday)to repair a faulty water heater!Greg called first thing the next morning and had found and acquired a water heater for my home when most of the supply houses were closed and let me know the installers were on there way!Stephen and Tyler showed up on time and were very professional,polite ,efficient,and trustworthy!!The repair turned out to be cheaper then first expected!I would highly recommend Highland Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done!!A big thank you to the whole team!!

Our downstairs toilet and shower had been backing up anytime we used water. We had previously had two plumbing companies attempt to fix the problem with no success. The metro sewer dept was also not helpful after digging a 7-ft hole in front of our home and washing their hands of the problem. When Highland Plumbing arrived on the job, they immediately understood the situation and got right to work. Eric and Thomas found the blockage that neither the city nor the private companies could find and worked for 2 hours on the weekend to resolve the problem. By the time they finished, everything was in working order. These two are godsends and are some of the only plumbers that weve worked with that have their heads screwed on straight. They were very personable and the whole experience was excellent. Big thanks to Highland Plumbers; theyll be the first we call in the future.

Highland plumbing is great. My wife and I came home one evening to find our kitchen soaked and covered with water leading from the kitchen sink. Called highland plumbing and they were at our home bright and early the next morning and corrected our problem flawlessly in under and hour!They were very professional and kind, and got it right the first time. Will definitely be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future!
