My fiancée and I recently purchased new carpet from Home Depot, and Romanoff was the install company. Fernando was our installer and did an amazing job with the install. We’re both very happy with the results. Both the company and installer were punctual, professional, and ensured the job met our needs/standards. Communication was on point as well. I’d welcome this company back in our home again for future projects. Romanoff set a high standard for future contractors.

We ordered carpet through Home Depot and Romanoff Renovations was the installer. Fernando did our installation and he was awesome! He showed me the layout he was given and it was NOT what I approved at the Home Depot measuring appointment. Fernando was able to work with me to adjust the layout and move the seams to a low-traffic area. He also worked with some minor adjustments we requested to have a seamless transition to tile. Thank you, Fernando!

This is the second time we have used Romanoff for our flooring installation through Home Depot. The first was for vinyl flooring and this time for carpet. Both installations have been a great experience. That not only do an excellent job, but the service they provide throughout the process is outstanding!

I was very pleased with my flooring installation. I received emails and texts ahead of time with instructions to prepare the room. The installers showed up promptly in the scheduled time window. They worked quickly and efficiently and I was impressed with their precise attention to detail. When finished, they cleaned up thoroughly and checked for my satisfaction before they left.

Purchased carpet at Home Depot that was then contracted out to Romanoff Renovations for installation. I received a call from Romanoff Renovations shortly after my order and was told my carpet should arrive in a week or so. A week goes by and no call. So I called them asking for an update. This happens again a couple of weeks later. The day before the installation I receive a call at the crack of dawn from Romanoff Renovations stating that their installers may not make it tomorrow due to the bad weather. Thats completely understandable except I was told Id be called first thing the next morning to let me know their decision. Except, you guessed it, nobody called me and I had to initiate the call yet again.When the installers did arrive they were polite and did an excellent job installing the carpet. Minor gripe: I work from home and it was very obvious to the two installers from Romanoff Renovations. Unfortunately one installer wore his Airpods and sang karaoke in the back of my house while he was installing the carpet while I was working. Not a huge deal but I do think it was unprofessional.Again, the installation was quick & flawless. I just wish theyd more proactively communicate their customers.

Other than the mess home Depot put me threw so if you can just go straight through to Romanoff renovations that would be your best move I dont recommend every using home Depot to get anything done for your house ever again BUT the guy who installed my carpet with Romanoff was awesome. His name was Fernando and I would recommend him to anyonehe was super nice and professional and did a amazing job on my carpet.

And as woman, I feel comfortable having him work in my home. Also, any questions you might have about your flooring will be answered. He is very knowledgeable about his work.

This is our 2nd installation done through Home Depot by Romanoff Renovations. We were extremely happy with their professionalism again! Sam and Micah were the installers that came to complete the job. They did so quickly, were complimentary of our house overall, and didnt stop working the whole time. My arrival window was between 8 AM to 11 AM and Sam and Micah were able to show up at about 8:30 AM and were done by 11:30 AM. They were able to install the carpet with no damage to any furniture, walls, or baseboards. There were a couple places where seams were needed and we cant even tell where they were now. We even had a tricky trap door on the floor of our closet that leads to a large crawl space that had previously just been covered because the last installer couldnt make it accessible. Sam was able to do it and unless you knew it was there, one wouldnt be able to see it! We would definitely use Romanoff Renovations again, and may even ask for Sam and Mican specifically! Thanks!

6 stars if I could! Wow! Professional and fast, and very, very good at what they do. Striped carpet matched up seamlessly. The first go around the mill sent them some bad rolls, which they rejected instead of installing. It meant a longer wait but it was worth it, because they wanted us to be happy about the finished product! Cannot recommend them enough!
