I absolutely LOVE my new windows! The installation team was fast, thorough and did a fabulous job. I got two large picture windows and 12 other windows and they were all completely installed, house and yard cleaned up in one day. My house (built in early 1950’s) looks do much “younger” and updated and is so much brighter inside!! I cannot say enough good things about Windows Direct! The whole process, from quote to installation could not have been any easier or any better. And my house is so much warmer now!

Brad, Tracy , and Saya at windows direct are amazing!! They were all a pleasure to work with. Saya made the process easy we felt no pressure and very happy with the deal we made.Brad and Tracy are GREAT at their jobs . Holy moly. We threw quite the challenge at them but they delivered. We enjoyed having them around , they’re professional, hard and fast working and they definitely do quality work. I want to post more photos but my home is currently a construction zone (not their doing) so I will post more final photos when we finish renovating.But wow!!! even with just the window and feels replacements it feels like a new home. Our neighbors have even commented on how great our home is looking now. Thank you windows direct USA Louisville!!

Windows direct did a great job on my house. Knowledge of the sales guy was great and really opened my eyes to current products and making the right decision for my house.Installers were very professional and committed to time and dates and actually showed up. They did a great job and really took care of my home. Also I felt totally safe leaving them in my house while they did work, you can tell these guys were really honest and knew their job very well. We just had all the windows and doors in our house replaced it was long overdue and a big job, our old windows were all odd sizes and poorly installed would be an understatement. Tracy and Bradley worked so hard on our installment they had to do so much extra work to just fix the mess that was left from the old windows and doors. Our home was respected through the entire process we couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with windows direct. Our windows and doors are absolutely beautiful and great quality our house is already staying cooler!!!!

Love my Shower! I entered the contest and Won! It’s not a gimmick! Bradley came out measure every thing and explained how long it would take. Then Matt came and installed it. He was clean and quick. They were all nice and very family feeling people. Please believe me this was the best thing I’ve entered and I would recommend this company to anybody. I love my shower!!!

My only wish is that I just would have called them first and saved hours and hours of time doing research, they already know what everyone else has, which is mostly junk! Working with Windows Direct has been a wonderful experience, from the sales call through installation. The installers were professional, courteous and kept me informed throughout the day. The installation manager, Bradley truly saved the day. Things started off pretty rocky because there was a huge opportunity for the salesperson to be more honest about the turnaround time. In addition, I didnt care for the way he spoke to me when I contacted him to follow up about the installation date.Honesty is always the best policy and I value integrity and respect. Bradley gave me both, as well as a job well done.Yes my install was still delayed - but he communicated differently and that made the difference. If the salesman had been honest...I would have waited until the fall to have my windows installed. They would have still gotten my business and I wound be happy and referring my neighbors and friends. Bradley helped them keep my business - Ray and Silas changed 5 stars into 4 and lost all of the referrals I would have given.

Josh came to my house on 9/24/20, for a estimate on windows. He was very direct and awesome to work with, he went through the entire process of telling me about the company and how they operate, along with the manufacture and how they are made. He also gave me a the best windows with the best price ever that no competitor could even touch or even come close too. He was so precise that I was very confident and signed a contract that day. Needless to say, I’m very excited to get my new windows installed!!! I know I’m going to love ‘em!!!

I was informed at each interval of the process and when a date and time was scheduled for the installation Bradley and Tracy arrived within the timeframe promised and the job was done within the time quoted. Our service was My Last Bath, through Windows Direct. Bradley Thompson sent his team of Josh and Jonathan. They were very professional and personable. When our old shower was removed, there were extensive repairs needed we were not aware of. When complete, they were out the next day. There is family staying with us, Josh even missed a family wedding, so we would have a 2nd bath. They were there for us, and took care of everything to make our bath complete. After selecting high-end vinyl clad famous name windows for the last house we built and having to replace every sash in them I decided it wasnt worth it. The Windows Direct windows are not only lower cost but a much higher quality window than the famous name windows I previously purchased. I have already referred them to multiple friends and family! I love my new window from Windows Direct! Everyone I talked to was very friendly and professional. The price was very reasonable, too. I only needed one window because it was broken. Josh found a window to match the others in my house almost perfectly!! It was just installed today and I cant believe how well it matches!! My house is 20 years old, and the windows are all still original. You really have to look hard to tell the difference. And, even if you see the difference, you can tell that the new window from Windows Direct is a better quality window than the original windows. If I ever need more windows or doors, I definitely know who Im going to call!

I can be long winded sometimes. I first saw an advertisement on Facebook from my friend Frankie Carey for the house full of windows promotion from Windows Direct. I signed up for the promotion and since I never win anything I decided to get a consultation because I was curious on what it would actually cost for new windows from Windows Direct. Josh Pettit came out and showed me their lineup of windows and pricing. Josh gave me such a great deal that Id be stupid to pass it up. The window installers showed up on time and did an awesome job on installation. I couldnt be any happier and satisfied with everything. Id recommend this company to anybody and everybody.
