    Excellent all around. Had major foundation problems and leaning/cracked brick and major gaps in the masonry! Work was accomplished on time as planned for and in a completely competent manner. Solved all of our foundation issues and repaired major cracks and separation of brickwork. Pleased at the total professionalism and courtesy throughout the experience.     Roman and his crew were very friendly and did a great job. They laid tarps on floor in the walkways, hung a tarp around the area being jack hammered to keep the rest of the basement clean. They explained everything they were doing and why. Everything was cleaned up when they left.

    I had my yard graded with new topsoil. The company that supplied the topsoil brought bad soil with a lot of rocks in it. The workers spreading it didn’t realize there were so many rocks. BDry/Ram Jack could have easily said I needed to get ahold of the topsoil company and work it out with them. But no, they took responsibility and had new quality topsoil delivered and regraded the yard. That shows what type of company they are and I would recommend them anytime.

    Called Ram Jack to come look at my house because I was afraid it was sinking. Their representative Bob called the day before to confirm and then arrived promptly at the time arranged. The best part was that after looking at my property he told me the house had just settled and that I did not need to take any action. I was delighted and very happy to be given an honest assessment rather than having someone try to take advantage and charge me for something I didnt need. Thanks Bob!

    It looks like they did a pretty good job overall. The concrete work could have been a little better. I had to go back over it to fill in some low spots and even things up a bit to make sure there wouldnt be places where puddles would form. Im not sure if they glued the pvc pipe joints together. I didnt see them putting cement on the pipes as they connected them. Hopefully they wont come apart.

    I had the owner come out and give me an estimate on my cracking bricks. I was surprised with his diagnosis of my problem. A competitor showed up later and gave me a $10,000 estimate. Ram Jacks estimate was no where near that. In fact, he gave me a number of a brick layer to do the work for me. He said I had no foundation problem. Thats integrity! Thats not just selling a product that you dont need. I appreciate the honesty.
