    I love my beautiful new walk-in shower! Kevin and Brad did a wonderful job. They were very respectful, professional, and efficient. They totally cleaned up all the mess. They were finished in only half a day. Kevin even returned the next day to hang the curtain rod for me.

    Really great experience with Bath Fitter. They were very professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend if you want an easy, fast bathtub/shower remodel or update. Everyone involved was great. Brad was the installer and Wayne was the consultant in the project, and they were both pleasant to work with and I would recommend to anyone.

    My wife and could not be more pleased with our tub removal and shower installation.Tony was our sales person and he exemplified what customer service is all about.On the day of our scheduled installation there was a mixup in our design choice. Rather than making us wait two weeks for a reorder Tony personally drove to another out of town warehouse to get the correct product for us.Our installer was Brad and he was extremely pleasant and professional. He was right on time and a diligent worker. A very skilled craftsman that did a beautiful job of remodeling our bathroom.Bathfitters was not the only company we talked to but they were positively the most impressive in terms of sales, service and pricing. We highly recommend them.

    We had a new tub/shower combo installed. Our old one was 25 years old and had cracked at the bottom. Brad installed our new system, and he was great. He did an excellent job. I would totally recommend Bathfitter to anyone looking for a new tub/shower system.

    We are returning customers from two previous shower replacements/installations. This time we had two showers replaced. Both were done the same day. Marvelous! They give a completely different look to each bath, since the old ones were all tile.The installation team were the nicest guys and hard workers - they didnt even stop for lunch. They even left an extra shower head! Id recommend Bath Fitter to ANYONE!

    Best purchase I’ve ever made! Just called Wayne Guest to install handrails. Why I didn’t listen to him to begin with I don’t know. Just do what he suggests…that’s why you called Bath Fitters to begin with. Have two friends that called him for installations of walk-in shower.

    Kevin Leary, installer, spent two full days with the remodel in our master bathroom, taking the bathtub out and replacing it with a totally walk in shower. He does excellent work and enjoys the job. He was very diligent and his craftsmanship was superb. We are very pleased with Bath Fitter and the work done for us.

    Remodeled bath tub to shower. They were also able to swap out shower head for bigger one as we didnt realize new shower would feel 2x bigger than tub setup. Advice for new customers, if you do convert from tub to shower, dont get the small or medium shower heads.
