I had a washer back up in our laundry room with water flowing into kitchen and living room like a river before I could shut everything off.This happened early Saturday morning I called Ray Lusk and the plumber was at the house in in forty minutes. I spent a couple of hours unplugging the drain line, making sure all drain lines were clear and flowing and provided excellent information on how to prevent future problems.Very impressed by his experience and professionalism.Will call them in the future if needed.Thanks

I sent online inquiries to three different plumbing companies regarding my leaky toilet. Lusk was the only company that called back the same day and came out and fixed it my toilet the same day. The tech was nice and got the repair done quickly. I do feel they were a bit expensive. I also already had new parts on my toilet and they wouldn’t reuse those parts. However they do warranty their parts and labor for a year. Overall I had a good experience. They’re just a bit expensive.

I hired Ray Lusk to help me with a complete remodel on a 1920s craftsman bungalow in the Argenta Historic District. I cant tell you how pleased I was with the incredible service that I received all along the way. Josh G. came out and gave me a quote on the spot and then returned to do the work. He was extremely professional and a great plumber. He installed all new water lines and gas lines plus a new tankless water heater. The work was perfectly done and I had no problem getting approval from the city inspectors. I have suggested Ray Lusk to several friends who have also been very happy with the work that was done. We had to have our kitchen totally gutted about a year and 1/2 ago. Due to black mold. It was taken down to the studs. We were out of our home for 9 months.We called Ray Lusk last Friday, as we noticed MOLD under our sink again. These 2 Wonderful and Professional men came to our rescue. They totally went under the crawl space, and found and fixed, what was the original problem a year and 1/2 ago, that was never fixed, just covered up!We recommend, Ray Lusk Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. The gas water heater was located in the attic in my house. It started leaking and damaged my ceiling. Tommy and Davi with Ray Lusk Plumbing came within hours and removed it as it was close to catastrophic failure. They definitely made things better!Then, Tommy and Chance returned and installed a new Rinnai gas tankless heater in my garage. They were so professional, answered all my questions, explained all they were doing and cleaned up when they were finished. They completed the job within one day.Everything is working wonderfully and I have no more worries about a water heater in my attic. Ray Lusk Plumbing and the is the best.

The scheduling was quick and easy. The crew called first thing in the morning and arrived exactly when they said they would. They detected the leak quickly and within the cost estimated. They were courteous and considerate. They installed a temporary valve to allow us to turn the hot water on and off to a bathroom sink and tub to until we can get the line permanently repaired.

Have to give high praises to Ray Lusk Plumbing and their guys, Tommy and James, for coming to our rescue today. My in-laws had been suffering through low and unpredictable water pressure in their West Little Rock home for almost a year, and over the past several weeks it had gotten down to just a trickle. Tommy and James quickly identified the source of the problem (bad regulator) and within hours had water easily streaming through all the faucets! What a relief to finally get this fixed. Weve used them multiple times in the past for our primary home and two rental houses. Cant recommend them highly enough!

Thanks Don!After the plumber finished up today, the drain was still clogged due to the drain in wall never been cleaned after many years. Don called Kyle and he was able to get here in about 10 minutes—perfect timing. He worked quickly and thoroughly and was able to clear the very old clog. Thanks Kyle!

Making an appointment was easy although I had to wait 4 days to gat a technician. On the appointed day the technician called before he came and showed up shortly thereafter. He gave me an upfront estimate with a maximum dollar amount assuming the problem was what I said it was ( a bad water control valve). He replaced the valve with one I provided in about 20 minutes and then presented me with a bill for $269 (which was the max amount he mentioned earlier). He did great work and was very courteous. My only complaint was the cost. 30 minutes of work for $269 with me doing the diagnostics ahead of time and providing the part. Other than that I have no complaints and was very happy with the tech and his work.

I called about my issue on a Friday and a tech, Nicholas, was here in about an hour. He had my issue diagnosed pretty quickly (major water leak under house) and even brought treats for my dog! He explained what the exact reason for the leak was and showed me the pictures. He gave me an estimate and explained what would happen from there. I called the office to give the go ahead and they were gracious enough to get me on the schedule for Monday at 8:30 and brought the contract with them for me to sign. Tristan and Drew were here at 8:30 and got right to work and I had water by mid afternoon on Monday. They came Tuesday morning to check a couple of faucets that had blockages and quickly took care of those. They were polite and so pleasant. They also explained what they were doing so I would know what I could check for. JD and Josh came on Wednesday to finish up. I asked abt the shut off valves they had installed and JD took the time to politely explain where they were at and answer my questions. They returned my yard to really good shape given that I live on a rocky lot. I am so thankful and appreciative that they came so soon and that their employees are so personable. Would highly recommend!

I recently had to have my sewer line repaired and I could not be more pleased with the results! I had been trying to get someone to repair it since the end of July and could never get anyone to come out and give me an estimate. I called RLP and they were out in the next couple of days to give me an estimate. They also scheduled a time to do the repairs before they left my house. They did not charge a service call to come out and give me the estimate. The repairs were done the following week. They were very professional and the cleanup was fantastic. It started raining while they were doing the repairs but they stuck with it and finished the job. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service by Shawn. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He helped me understand what options were available and explained each one thoroughly. Add to that his friendly personality, and I couldnt ask for a better tech! Very nice job, Shawn!I gave a 4 vs 5-star rating because of the price that Ray Lusk charged to repair our hot water heater. I felt it was a bit excessive. I was charged $502.49 which includes tax, to replace both thermostats and both elements in our hot water heater. A quick search online shows that two AO Smith thermostats and two elements for a 50gal water heater can be purchased for about $35.00. Its probably even less when purchased wholesale. Ray Lusk charges $144.00 for a service call and a diagnosis. So $144.00 plus $35.00 is $179.00, which leaves a balance of $323.47 for labor. I was really happy with the outcome of that.Even better, yesterday I got a call saying they had spare time and if I was home they could come check it out a day early.
