Arrow Plumbing knocked it out of the park for me this past Friday! We had an urgent issue with a clogged drainage pipe at our business and called Arrow Plumbing for help on a Friday at 2pm! Due to the time of day they thought they wouldn’t be able to get to us until after hours which I totally understood. Received a call 30 minutes later that someone was on their way to fix the problem!! I was elated to have the issue fixed so quickly!They were so great with the repairs needed for our home’s hot water heater this summer, and so glad I called them to fix our issue at our business.We will always contact Arrow Plumbing for all our home and business plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

Arrow came and gave me an estimate to install a faucet in my back yard. The service technician was very professional and helpful. The price was a little high, but he gave me a second one that was better doing it a less expensive way. I have 30 days to decide. He left me with a brochure explaining their Total Care Club, which I will seriously consider. I need a reliable plumber, and this might just be the one I go with.PS I did get this work done. It is very good work. Will go with Arrow from now on.

Nick is a nice young man and he was upfront with his findings before he attempted to do the work. He respected my household and completed the necessary repairs. Upon, repair work for my toilet, Nick discovered I have a major issue with it. He was professional enough to adjust the total cost of the bill due to the repair needed becoming greater. My adult children appreciated you being friendly with them and encouraging them to become plumbers. I appreciate your service and willingness to help repair my toilet.

He did a thorough inspection of all water lines, bathrooms and toilets, water pressure, and serviced the hot water heater. Very knowledgeable, professional, and courageous.

Called Arrow plumbing after waiting on Roto Rooter whom called 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I had been waiting on them for 4 hours. It was an emergency so I called Arrow. They told me they would be there within the hour. They showed up as they stated and my plumbing problems were fixed within two hours on the Memorial Day weekend. It was a service call charge of $150.00 dollars just for showing up not including repair service. The technician was very friendly and informative. Kyle from Arrow Plumbing just finished making repairs on the leak under our sink. We thought the problem would involve an expensive and possibly pipe-damaging extended router. He found a small hole in the pipe and was able to completely bypass the problem with a much less expensive solution. He told us what to watch out for in the future and what steps might then be taken. We appreciate Kyle’s integrity, creative problem solving, and courtesy. He was very respectful of our property and cleaned up any mess from his repairs before he left. 5 STARS!

I discovered a leak from the access to my attic late Friday, there is no way I could turn off water, and looked like all neighbors were asleep! Left message with answering service, and had a call, as promised Sat. AM…wish I could remember the dispatchers name, she was awesome!! The water began to increase and I called back…Zach called me and was here within probably 30 minutes after my distress call. He was awesome, I am SOLD on Arrow. Zach took a video of where and what was the problem. He accounted for my age (!) and kindly removed the wet insulation, cleaned up and carried the HEAVY bag off with him.Arrow…truly appreciate your care of my problem and me, especially since I am not a regular customer….my regular plumber had a family obligation. Truly considering making Arrow my go to! It could have been a huge ceiling repair issue, cleanup would have been very difficult for me. Zach explained to me the possibility of other services offered, and checked on the “user” friendly main water valve cut off that I could handle, and have been wondering about.Thanks again, I had planned on writing something and actually put it on Facebook 1st and thought I would call y’all in the morning and have you copy it but thank you for the message with the connection so I could do this the right way. The folks with the can do attitude! Showed up on time and was able to quote what I needed done. Even after them having difficulty lining our sewer service line. They stayed late into the night. Got the liner in most of the way and a temporary liner the rest of the way. The next day we got another day scheduled and they completed the job! We will absolutely be using Arrow Plumbing for any future liners!

I noticed a stream of water coming from the base of my well pump house on Thanksgiving eve. I immediately knew we had a big problem! I live in the country and called a number of local plumbers only to find out most of them were closed. I saw that Arrow offered 24 hour service so I called and got a real person to talk to. I arranged the service that night and was told the technician would call before coming out. The tech, Eric, called at 10:00 p. m. saying he would be out that night. But we agreed the best time would be the next morning, Thanksgiving day.Eric came out and I gave him a brief overview of the problem. He knew immediately what to do to correct the issue. He did his work, was very knowledgeable and professional and most of all very courteous. He cleaned up the work site when finished, presented the bill for services rendered, which was very reasonable considering it was on a holiday weekend, and we payed it, and he left.I would highly recommend Arrow Plumbing anytime but especially in an emergency situation. Rosa, the receptionist, was very helpful and Eric Moore, the Technician, was wonderful! You need to look no farther than Arrow Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

I had a hot water heater cooper pipe suddenly spring a leak inside a wall and soaked everything. Luckily I was able to shut the valve off until then next day (Sunday no less) and Eric Moore came out (he was on-call) He was great. He was determined to find the leak (and he did) and even more determined to fix it on the spot (which he did also) without just giving an estimate and coming back another day. Having sewer piping stoppages on more than one occasion, knowing there was an issue causing the problem. Called Arrow Plumbing to come and access my problem with the stoppage. After televising piping found roots from area trees had been growing into the piping system. Due to piping running underneath concrete and asphalt replacement was out of the picture, settled on installing a liner. My bill did not contain a breakdown of what the cost was. I knew there was a $75 services charge after a phone call. I was told by tech there is also a $180+ to dig up area by the meter. Tech was told the water was coming from the meter. So in order for me to get an estimate if was going to costs me $255+. After he dug the area by meter, he show me what needed to be repaired. At that time he said total cost would be $469. Not sure what others would charge, but since I already had a $255 charge, of course I would pay $214 to finish the job. It would be crazy to try to get more estimates.I honestly believe, the companies could give an estimate to the customer at the front end on how much it would be repair a leak at the meter.

The guy was really nice and respectful. He replaced two simple washers in my washing machine...hot and cold taps. And, capped off a gas line for me. The total was $267. $40 for the house call, $40 to cap gas pipe, $187 to replace two simple washers. He was in and out quickly. Again, the guy was nice but when we were looking at it...for him to give me a quote, he said it would be $130 to replace the washers. When he handed me the invoice it said $187. Not cool. I didn’t question him but would appreciate it if you would tell your guys to stick to the quote they give. If it was a really hard job, I wouldn’t complain and would happily pay it. But something so simple for him to do and probably cost the company pennies to do, I can’t keep quiet about the misquote. If it wasn’t for the misquote, I would have given 5 stars. I would appreciate a call from Arrow to discuss this invoice.

After a less than adequate experience(to be tactful) with the company that American Home Shield sent, I called Arrow. The phone was answered by a very professional and helpful young lady who said they could be out that day between 2-4pm. At 2pm Caleb called and said he was on the way. He quickly assessed the issue, gave me a worst and best case estimate(even worst case was far less than I expected) and got to work as soon as I gave the go ahead. Not 30 mins later I got a call on my cell and it was from Caleb, on the roof, asking me to try the toilets. Well the best case came to be and we are very happy to have toilets again after two days without! Thank you Caleb, you were awesome! I wish I’d have gotten the name of the young woman who took our distress call too! I’m firing American Home Shield and from now on only Arrow Plumbing gets to touch our pipes!

The leak was very small and he explained that it could be one of two places. He quoted a price for detection of the leak by technicians, but not actually the full price since it could vary depending on where and what needs to be done. He listed the option that he thought would be first, but also quoted the second one as well. All in all, very impressed but will wait until it’s all done to write a final review. He could have done the leak detection for *** and still wouldn’t know where it was. I think that is good business. Will give that 5th star ( or take it down a notch) when it’s all done.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris, who provided me a quote on installing a new water heater. Chris was on-time and very pleasant to speak with. Arrow offers several guarantees and appear to provide excellent service; however, you will pay for this service as they we considerably more expensive than other quotes I received. Unfortunately, there are new plumbing codes that must be met and Chris stated it would be more cost effective to install a tankless water heater. Right now that is not what I’m looking for since it is a long-term investment.Overall, I would definitely give them a call for a quote and it appears they strongly guarantee their work.

They examined my clogged sink and dish washer then listed all the possible issues that could be happening. They gave me best case and worst case scenarios of the problem and cost and asked several times if I was okay with the possibilities! I even asked them to look at another one of my sinks that was leaking and they fixed that as well. They unclogged one sink and dishwasher and repaired a damage part of my leaking sink in less than 40 minutes! Most plumbers don’t arrive on time, get cost approval before any services are done, and don’t allow additional services to be added day of!! In other words, I HIGHLY recommend Arrow Plumbing and will be using them if I ever run into another plumbing issue.
